La ubicación y servicios de la cabaña son muy buenos. La amabilidad de los anfitriones siempre atentos y un muy variado y buen desayuno diario.

Nuestra estancia superó todas las expectativas; el lugar es simplemente excepcional. Se nota de inmediato que la cabaña está cuidada con mucho esmero y atención al detalle, además de estar impecablemente ordenada y contar con una ubicación privilegiada. Nos encantó la experiencia de principio a fin, por lo que la recomendamos totalmente a cualquiera que busque un alojamiento de calidad. ¡Sin duda un lugar al que volveríamos!

Sehr guter Frühstück-Service, schon am Abend bereit gestellt, so war man am Morgen unabhängig. Tochter mit Zöliakie erhielt perfekte glutenfreie Lebensmittel - vielen Dank !

Las cabañas son amplias y con todas las comodidades. Está a pasos del centro y de la costanera. Nos gustó que el desayuno era entregado el día anterior en una bandejita, por si uno debía salir temprano o levantarse tarde.

La ropa de cama no tenía buen olor 😔

Excelente, sobre todo que te lo dejen la noche anterior, así puedes salir muy temprano en la mañana para realizar tours o dormir hasta tarde sin preocuparse por la hora de término del desayuno.

Freundliche Aufnahme durch die Gastgeber. Offen und hilfsbereit für unsere Anliegen und Fragen. Zentral gelegen und wirklich gute Ausstattung! Reichliches Frühstück wird bereits am Vorabend vorbereitet. Bei früher Abreise oder Ausflügen ist das perfekt.

Comfortable, well equipped and well located with an extensive breakfast tray, easy parking and laundry facilities. Very friendly hosts. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The property is not fancy, but basic and clean. It was very well located and we were able to walk everywhere. We felt safe and they had parking for our rental car. The owners were awesome and gave us suggestions for delicious restaurants to try.

Complete apartment with all the amenities. Very nice and helpful staff. Exactly what we needed.

Shower temperature control was challenging (we couldn’t get it to stabilize) resulting in either scalding hot or ice cold water—nothing in between.

Es war ein Apartment. Das Frühstück wurde vorbeigebracht. War völlig ausreichend. Gut gelegen alles konnte zu Fuss erreicht werden. Wir haben das Auto nicht gebraucht. Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung

El personal fue muy amable. Pudimos entrar un poco antes y salir un poco después sin coste alguno. Nos dieron un detalle al final de la estancia.

Cada día traían una bandeja con desayuno variado pero no fue muy de nuestro gusto. Le falta poner una cafetera en los apartamentos porque te daban café soluble. Algunas camas eran un poco incómodas, se notaban los muelles.

The staff were very kind and helpful, it was a good breakfast every day, the apartment was comfortable and it was nice to have laundry service. It was also very convenient to our conference location!

No hay nada que no me gustó

Diese Unterkunft hat absolut alles was man sich wünscht! Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, starkes Wifi, gemütlich eingerichtet und vor allem in dieser Jahreszeit schön warm. Mit dem Frühstück waren wir auch sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, aber absolut ruhig. Wir sind mit dem Schiff weiter gereist. Der Hafen ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die gesamte Wohnanlage ist sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind extrem bemüht, alles schön zu halten. Was mir auch gefallen hat war die Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu waschen und gleich den Trockner zu benutzen.

Todo, fueron muy amables, llegamos muy tarde y nos estaban esperando. El departamento muy cómodo, céntrico, seguro. Te dejan el desayuno la noche anterior y van variando algunas cosas. Lo pasamos muy bien y esperamos volver pronto.

Gate closes at 10 PM but we had only 1 key between 2 of us attending a conference. They need a code activated gate and room entry for people who are not always coming and going at the same time.

It was a very pleasant stay. Very convinient location. The owner, Sergio, was always glad to help with an advice and even with our car problems

The owners were so nice and accommodating! They brought breakfast every evening for the following morning. It was more than enough food! The apartment was very clean and spacious on 2 levels. I was even able to keep my motorcycle secure behind the gates close to my room. Only a few blocks from the main square in town.

Ideal convenient location, very comfortable to stay in, well equipped kitchen, access to laundry facilities. Good shower Warm and cosy whilst it was really cold outside Hosts very helpful, with contact by phone when not on site

Recently renovated, everything is new and functioning, very clean, and does not have a cheap feeling. The furniture is new, convenient, and comfortable. Good breakfast (included) is delivered the evening before, therefore no problems with early start. Excellent kitchen, shower and good heating system. Good washing and drying machines are available in the common area. It is a gated hotel in the middle of the block, therefore it is safe and quiet. Just three blocks from the town central square and from the sea. Excellent hosts, can provide a lot of advice and a non-expensive transfer to/from the airport.

We stayed in a spotlessly clean, well equipped 2 bedroom apartment. It was in a central location (2 blocks from the Arts & Craft/Seafood Market). Breakfast was good and our hosts did there best to cater for 2 vegans and a celiac. This is a family run business and the family (we mainly dealt with Sergio and his daughter-in-law Carolina) were extremely friendly and helpful.

A little more information about using the facilities in the house (heating/TV) would have been useful, as would information on the different tourist attractions available locally (brochures, ferry timetable, etc.). I would give a 9.5 as the score for the property but Booking doesn't give this option.

My husband and I had been traveling for several days. We were mostly staying in hotels. It was nice to have some space (we had 2 bedrooms) and a kitchen, couch, etc. to spread out. The owner didn't speak english but seemed friendly enough. We used the on site laundry facilities ($6US a load). Good to have clean clothes without paying hotel prices. Clean and comfortable. Although there were only 2 of us it would be ideal for a family traveling with children.

They gave us a breakfast tray the night before. Crackers, breads, oranges, yogurt with some juice / milk / coffee and tea. Ok but would have preferred options to heat or cook something in the microwave, stove, etc. We stayed in Punta Arenas to do the penguin tour. Since it often cancels due to high winds, we stayed 3 nights to ensure we could take the tour if we had to reschedule. Not much to do in Punta Arenas for more than a day.

Location is good. Breakfast was ok. Amenities were quite good.

Language barrier but it was ok. Host tried his best.

Amazing Host. The apartment is excellent and has all the required kitchen utensils, comfortable beds and very near to the main plaza area. Easily walkable and felt very safe.. Overall, excellent and comfortable stay.

This was a great option for a family stay with young children, there was plenty of room for all of us and the use of a washing machine as well.
