La casa es super amplia, cómoda y limpia. Juliana es un amor y se encarga de que esté todo perfecto hasta el mínimo detalle. Dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días....es genial!! La ubicación es muy buena, hay supermercados cerca y la playa a muy pocos metros. Lo recomiendo al 100%

La gentilezza e la disponibilità della signora Juliana. Ci ha accolti letteralmente a braccia aperte. Offrendoci anche succo di benvenuto, uova, pane marmellate e un buonissimo avocado per le nostre colazioni. Abbiamo avuto sempre indicazioni e aiuto da parte sua per rendere la nostra vacanza meravigliosa. 2 belle camere con il propprio bagno con doccia doppia in ognuna.spazio giorno spazioso, cucina attrezzata complete di olio sale e zucchero oltre il necessario per la pulizia, dispenser acqua per tutta la vacanza e fuori un spazio lavanderia utilissimo, completo di lavabo estendi biancheria e lavatrice. Parcheggio davanti a casa con cancello automatico chiuso durante la notte per maggior sicurezza

L'unica cosa è la stradina sterrata e piena di buche per arrivare alloggio. Ma è solo questione di abitudine e non dipende dalla struttura

Vse je bilo čudovito. Apartma je velik in lep. V njem je na voljo vse, kar bi lahko potreboval. Lastnica resnično pomisli na vse. Dodaten bonus je tudi pralni stroj na zadnji terasi, ki je skupen za oba apartmaja. Ekstra pohvale pa lastnici, gospa Juliana je resnično zelo prijazna gospa, kot nekakšna mama, ki poskrbi za vse. 🙂 Pričakal nas je sok dobrodošlice, v hladilniku nekaj za zajtrk, voda, sveže in zelo okusno domače sadje. Bivanje tukaj je res čista 10-ka. Hvala še enkrat.

Апартаменты отличные! Рядом продуктовый магазин, сувенирный, автобусные остановки, в пешей доступности есть кафе. Правда, на острове практически нет тротуаров, так что до кафе придется идти по обочине минут 7-10. Если брать машину, то сложностей вообще не возникает. Кстати, хозяйка может помочь с арендой авто, мы воспользовались и были очень довольны. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое и даже больше. Плита, микроволновая печь, тостерница, кофемашина, фен, утюг, гладильная доска, стиральная машина, сушка, кулер с водой, все принадлежности для душа и туалета и прочее. Во дворе есть всё для барбекю и шашлыков. Мы ни в чём не нуждались. В апартаментах две спальни с душем и туалетом в каждой и кухня-гостиная. Хозяйка Джулиана невероятно приятный, внимательный и отзывчивый человек. Готова помочь во всем, и помогала! Угощала нас кокосами, папайя и даже ужином! Спасибо Вам огромное! Нас Джулиана встретила прямо в аэропорту и проводила тоже (обговаривали заранее). С карточками на автобус также может помочь Джулиана. Пляж Анс Рояль в пяти минутах на машине или 25 минут пешком по обочине или в двух остановках на автобусе (ездят часто и быстро). В 10 минутах пешком есть ещё пляж, но менее привлекательный. На машине мы объездили огромное количество пляжей, по дальности - не более 30 минут. Вообще апартаменты расположены удачно, недалеко от аэропорта. В общем, рекомендуем!

Были небольшие перебои (нехватка) с горячей водой, когда в одно время все гости обоих апартаментов принимали душ. Нам это не мешало. Немного освежиться после жары тоже хорошо :)

Un appartamento bellissimo Appena defilato dalla strada principale, lo si raggiunge seguendo le precisissime indicazioni e percorrendo una breve stradina effettivamente un pò dissestata, ma niente di trascendentale. Ampio parcheggio davanti all'appartamento. Il living con la cucina è ampio, con un divano grandissimo e una TV TOP, e con la cucina dotata veramente di tutto di più, friggitrice ad aria compresa! Aria condizionata perfetta. Le 2 camere hanno entrambe un letto matrimoniale king size, comodissimo, e ciascuna è dotata un bagno ampissimo, con addirittura doppia doccia! Sul retro è disponibile uno spazio lavanderia con anche lavatrice, con sapone compreso. Oltre agli asciugamani vengono forniti i teli da bagno. Il valore aggiunto di questo appartamento già perfetto? Juliana, l'host, che ci ha accolto con un fresco succo di mela, e ci ha davvero coccolati, da prima dell'arrivo fino a che non siamo ripartiti con l'aereo.. ci siamo davvero sentiti a casa. Avendo l'aereo del ritorno alle 23, Juliana ci ha consentito di utilizzare l'appartamento fino alle 19, permettendoci così di poter stare in spiaggia fino all'ultimo minuto. Intorno ci sono diversi ristoranti, alcuni take away lungo la strada, e un supermarket a pochi passi. Noi avevamo l'auto, che riteniamo indispensabile a Mahe e Praslin, a prescindere dalla location, ma sono sicura che anche senza non sarebbe un grosso problema, con Juliana a fornire tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Se dovete andare a Mahe questi appartamenti sono insuperabili! Grazie ancora Juliana per tutto!

Очень большие апартаменты, удобные матрасы, чисто, есть уборка. Фото соответствует. Есть всё для приготовления пищи, даже рисоварка и кулер с водой, что очень актуально в данной местности. Также есть возможность постирать вещи в стиральной машинке. В апартаментах для каждого постояльца есть полотенца в 2х экземплярах для дома, а также отдельные полотенца для пляжа. Хозяйка просто замечательная, очень отзывчивая, всегда поможет. Рядом автобусная остановка и магазин. Пешком спокойно можно дойти до завода Такамака, Креольский деревни и фабрики духов. Это место расположения апартаментов очень удобно для посещения большинства красивых пляжей острова, причем не только на авто, но и на автобусе.

Не хватает пляжа рядом с апартаментами, но до Анс Руаяля и Фериленда пять минут езды, хоть на авто, хоть на автобусе. Так что это совсем маленький недостаток.

Julianna l’hôtesse est vraiment d’une grande gentillesse et disponible. La fontaine à eau est vraiment très pratique pour remplir les gourdes . Proximité avec anse royale. Petite épicerie à 3 min à pied .

Есть все необходимое для быта. Вся техника , даже аэрогриль и кофеварка . Посуда новая , готовить удобно . Кондеи тихие , постель широкая и удобная . Уборка за 7 дней была 1 раз , нам хватило . Джулиана сама втстретила в аэропорту , а потом помогла взять в аренду авто , очень удобно, не надо было никуда ехать . Сдали и получили машину во дворе . Рядом супермаркет и фабрика Рома . До пляжа на автобусе 2 остановки или машина . Рядом с аппаратами пляж не для купания , только посидеть посмотреть вечером ) Карточку на автобус Джулианна тоже предоставила . Мы катались на машине 6 дней и 1 на автобусе . Машина конечно удобнее) объехали весь остров .

В пешей доступности нет купательного пляжа

Buena ubicación, de fácil acceso al aeropuerto y cercana a la hermosa playa de Anse Royale. Departamento muy cómodo, con dos amplias habitaciones con dos baños y un amplio salón. Parking privado y cerrado. La anfitriona, Juliane, muy atenta a nuestras necesidades. Pudimos chequear antes de la hora. Precio muy razonable.

She carefully considered our journey and provided us with a lot of help. She even prepared a bus card for us and took us to the airport at 5am. Our English is not very good, but Juliany patiently and enthusiastically explained everything to us. The house is spacious and clean, with everything available. We even found needles and thread to mend the broken backpack in the room. Resting at night is very quiet and safe, and beautiful birds wake up in the morning. Everything is so wonderful. There are two supermarkets nearby that can meet daily needs. What's even more surprising is that you can reach a very beautiful beach by walking or taking a bus. We returned from Ladigue and felt the warmth and comfort of returning home in Juliany's house, where we have very important travel memories. I loved the neighbourhood. Quiet and locked away from the hustle and bustle of the Island. The property is close to a number of beaches, shops and restautants within walking distance, making it easy to access other amenities.

The Appartment was very clean and has everything you need. Juliana picked us up at the Airport and also explained how to get around by Bus and gave us a rechargable bus card. It is very close to nice beaches and the Bus stop is only 3 min walking away. It was perfect for us to stay there for two Nights after arrival. Thank you again.

Juliana is super, surer host. From the moment we arrived to the time we departed she was always there to help us. On arrival we were provided with a plate of fresh fruits and coconut drink. She cooked delicious breakfast and dinner for us at absolutely low prices. The apartment was very clean and you have everything needed in it, even beach towels are provided. You can use washing machine if you need to. Internet was very good. The place is very quiet as it is away from the main road. There is a supermarket nearby and some nice restaurants. Very close to the beach. Juliana and her husband are very kind and provide very good taxi services at low price even in the evenings. Juliana, thank you for making our stay so comfortable. Looking forward to see you on our return. ❤️❤️❤️

The only thing I didn’t like is that there is no pedestrian zones and you could hardly walk anywhere, but this is not property fault it is the same for the entire island I suppose.

Juliana was an exceptional hostess. She provided eggs, bread, butter, jam - everything you need for breakfast. Washing machine was a huge plus and they even provided the laundry detergent. House was very clean and the couch was so comfy for a night just watching a movie. Great stay. Thank you!

Amazing apartment in strategic location, with two spacious rooms and two bathrooms, kitchen fully furnished and also laundry available. Juliana is the perfect host: she is attentive to every detail and since before our arrival she helped us in everything we needed with care and warm kindness, it really felt like home. Our stay was beyond expectations! Highly recommended.

Juliana, die Gastgeberin, ist sehr herzlich und kümmert sich einfach um alles. Die 2 Schlafzimmer haben eigene Bäder und Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Wohnraum groß. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Man kann zu Fuß den Strand, den Supermarkt und die Takamaka Distillery erreichen

The owner was very accommodating and even helped with airport transfers. A hire car is available for a daily fee. The owner was very patient and lovely.

The apartment was huge and elegant. There are two bedrooms with 2 private toilets. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything you may need (and beyond 😊). Juliana welcomes you in a heart warming way.. She provides also something for breakfast so we don't have to rush to go to the supermarket. We used also the washing machine and it was so helpful traveling with kids. I strongly recommend this apartment.

Juliana is a very attentive host. We are returning here always when we are at Seychelles. Just 10 minutes drive from airport, about 200 metres from coast. Further walk 5 minutes to nice beach in front of Takamaka destillery. Apartments clean, fully equipped, mosquito nets (!), barrels of water provided, washing machine etc.

Very nice apartments in Au Cap, near beach. Very attentive owner - Juliana, any request or need we had was not an issue. Apartment is well equipped with many great small things, which are not usual at this price range - bathroom kits, mosquito nets above every bed (first time we have seen this in Seychelles), water barrels provided, garden fruit... Location is quiet, well stocked supermarket is 3 minutes by foot, vegetable/fruit market is about 5 minutes walking and nice beach suitable for children is about 8 minutes away. Good restaurants nearby as well.

Extremely hospitable hostess!!! She helped us with all our questions which made our stay very relaxed and enjoyable! You just need to ask her for help with any question (incl. finding trips to other islands, buying bus tickets, renting a car etc.). It was a comfortable and clean apartment with two bathrooms and 4 showers, and a fully equipped kitchen. A supermarket (quite good compared to other markets on Mahe) and a small beach (nice especially at low tide) are just within a 3-4 minute walk. You need only 10 minutes to reach Takamaka Rum Destillery. There is a bus stop close to the apartment. From there, you can easily reach to the main spots (Victoria, Baie Lazare etc.). In any case, a rental car is more recommended. For bird lovers! We could enjoy every day near our apartment almost all the birds, which we met on Mahe!

Nothing to do with Farida Apartments! but the East Coast has almost no pedestrian sidewalks so you have to walk along the streets ,,together,, with the cars.

The best place and host in the whole island! If you are looking for a place to stay where you feel like at home, this is the one!!! Nice two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Extras like baby crib, baby potty and sand toys, supermarket, bus stop and take away just few steps away. But the most valuable thing is the host - Juliana! She is the most generous person in Mahe!!! Thank You for everything!

Lovely apartment, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, nice living room, kitchen well equipped, canister for hot/cold water, coffee maker, all as described on booking, simply perfect for us (family with 3 kids). Rooms cleaned every 2-3days. Juliana is very nice and friendly person, helping with each request or question. She is able to help with car rental as well, knows the local places, people etc. She also cooked for us, prepared fruit platter and we loved it. Place is very close to beaches, 3-4 minutes drive to Anse Royal.

Our host Juliana was warm and welcoming and gave us coconuts and herbs from her garden! The apartment was new, spacious, fully equipped and very comfortable. Good wifi.

The cleanness, hospitality, generosity of the host made our travel worth twice of what we expected. They attended our every need, including the last minute calls for pickup at random places in the island, and we felt zero judgment.

The space and the equipment of the apartment were extraordinary. All you need for a nice stay is provided, even a washing machine. The area is nice and quiet. Juliana is an excellent host! A well stocked supermarket is just around the corner and there a take always as well. We didn’t have a car, but this not a problem. Anse Royale is very accessible by bus. The Takamaka destillery is a 15 min walk away.

Everything you need to have a good night sleep and rest after a nice day on Mahe.

We cooked our own breakfast but Coffee and Bread were provided by the hostess on Day 1. Juliana, the hostess and her family esp. Marlin were like family members who provided everything and have been enquiring throughout our stay about the things that we may need. Situated next to a well-stocked Supermarket, everything was available nearby. We enjoyed our bus rides to Victoria and the nearby beaches. Juliana had organized our Mahe daily trips and conveyance whenever we wanted. I recommend to everyone to stay in Farida Apartments and enjoy the hospitality of Juliana and her family. I promise to stay in this Villa whenever I visit Seychelles.

Juliana is a very kindly person, and the apartment is very confortable. Everything was perfect!

The location is good, pretty close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Mahé, Anse Royale. There are small supermarkets, restaurants and take away food trucks less than 5 minutes car riding. The hosts live next door and they are great. Juliana and her husband are really helpful and nice, the really made our stay fantastic.
