Villa Kordia

La propriété se compose de 2 villas typiques des Seychelles avec chacune une véranda pour se reposer. Transats à disposition avec meubles de jardin. Le jardin très bien entretenu est magnifique. Une place de parking pour laisser sa voiture dans la cour, avec des caméras de surveillance pour se sentir en sécurité même si ce n'est pas nécessaire. Les propriètaires ont à coeur de partager et de rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible, présents et réactifs en cas de problème mais respecteux de votre intimité. Ménage fait tous les jours, machine à laver à disposition gratuitement dans l'espace remise. Un plus ! Vous avez juste à côté en traversant la route une plage peu profonde avec des "baignoires" et des arbres pour vous protéger du soleil avec très peu de monde ! Sur la plage, il y a un hôtel qui possède un restaurant où vous pouvez commander et emmener en formule Take Away, très pratique si vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner ni de prendre votre voiture pour vous rendre à Pointe au sel. Les vérandas des 2 maisons sont très proches et se font face mais ça n'a pas été un souci pour nous. La route principale est juste à côté pratique mais bruyante la journée.

Cette villa est très agréable à vivre avec cette grande terrasse ombragée au milieu de ce magnifique jardin fleuri à 2 pas de la plage et 3 min en voiture de anse royale Notre hôte a été de très bons conseils quant aux restaurants typiques et activités

Il giardino e lo spazio esterno della casa sono incantevoli. La posizione comoda per visistare la parte sud e le spaigge a ovest. L'host e' stata veramente gentilissima ci ha permesso di restare ben oltre l'orario di check ou visto che avevamo il volo in serata

L'acqua calda co mette parecchio ad arrivare ed uno dei fuochi della cucina non funzionava. Sarebbe comodo un lavandino nella zona esterna vicino al bbq. Forse uno stendino più grande essendo ina casa da sei ed essendo al mare farebbe comodo

Lage

Accueil très chaleureux de Gervais et Fadette. Ils ont été très réactifs et disponibles pour nous. Merci à eux ! Ce sont des hôtes que nous ne pouvons que recommander. Le logement est grand, spacieux, et chaque chambre a sa salle de bain et sa climatisation. La terrasse et la place de parking sont des vrais plus.

L’environnement est un peu bruyant (circulation) La machine à laver est en fait payante et partagée (20 euros)

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man benötigt. Küche gut ausgestattet und tolle Sitzgelegenheit auf der Terrasse. Supermarkt und Take away in der Nähe. Äußerst freundliche und liebevolle Gastgeber. Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Wir haben dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Wunderschönes grosses Haus in einem tropischen Garten mit Balkon,Terrasse und hinter dem Haus ist noch ein grosser Tisch nebst 2 Liegen, sehr viel Platz, Das Haus ist gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es ist immer ein Ansprechpartner da, alle sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit.Fadette organisierte für uns die Transfers von der Fähre bzw zum Flughafen sowie unser Mietauto. Danke schön!!! Die Lage ist perfekt, Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt ganz nah.

Heerlijk ruim en schoon huis. Alles aanwezig en mooie tuin. Dicht bij het strand. Lieve personeelsleden en eigenaresse.

Weinig minpunten. 2 pitten van ons gasfornuis werkten niet. Soms was de douche niet heel warm. Maar dit zijn kleine puntjes.

Highly recommend..... Fantastic relaxing stay for 2 adults and 3 kids, the host was exceptionally helpful from weeks before our arrival everything was organised for us, Airport pick up even a hire car which was dropped at the house about 30mins after our arrival. A beautiful 3 bedroom house with a stunning garden where you could pick up tropics fruits like passion fruits. The house is ideally located about 50m from a beautiful beach, a bus stop acrros the road, a good small supermarket less than 5 min walk. We highly recommend the place for families or couples, very relaxing serroundings and a beautiful house that really felt like home, where the host Fadette and her husband were always available for anything we needed as well as Denise who kept the house and garden spotless and was extremely helpful. A well deserved 10/10 on every aspect, definitely recommended... Can't wait to go back!!!

Beautiful charming setting . Lovely flowering shrubs all around. One wakes up with the chirping sounds. Kitchen was large , all utensils and equipment worked well. Linen was clean ,was restocked.

Bathrooms are very basic , the basic toiletries like body wash and shampoo were not provided. Hot water was erratic. No overhead shower. The wooden slats in windows cut out all light. And allow lizards and insects to come in. A few adjustments and this place would become perfect.

Bei Ankunft wurden wir von Fadette herzlich mit einem Erfrischungstuch und frischem Obst begrüßt. In dem malerischen Garten stehen die zwei Villen in traditioneller Architektur, jede hat eine überdachte Terrasse mit Sitzgruppe. Zusätzlich hatten wir eine Terrasse mit Liegen und einem großen Tisch. Die Villa ist geräumig mit drei Schlafzimmern, jeweils mit Klimaanlage und eigenen Bädern und einer großzügigen Wohnküche. Zum Strand kommt man in 100 m zu Fuß, schönere Strände in Anse Royale/Fairyland Beach sind mit dem Auto zwei Minuten entfernt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und in den nahegelegenen Supermärkten bekommt man alles Nötige. Das Internet ist schnell und bspw. Netflix ist verfügbar. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur 100 m entfernt, in die Hauptstadt Victoria benötigt man mit dem Auto ca. 25 min. Das Zimmermädchen war sehr zuvorkommend und hat auch unsere Wäsche gewaschen.

Die traditionelle Bauweise hat zur Folge, dass die Fenster nur mit durchlässigen Fensterläden verschlossen werden, es sind also keine Glasfenster vorhanden. Bzgl. Temperatur kann man mit Ventilator und Klimaanlage gegensteuern, jedoch kommen dadurch Geckos und leider auch Mücken und ab und zu Kakerlaken ins Haus. Die Betten sind hart.

Very friendly owner, located in a luscious garden with gorgeous plants and flowers, parking spot right in front of house in a safe garden, spacious house and many seating areas.

There were no window on this house, only shutters!! Air-conditioning works well but due to the lack of windows l, it cannot cool down the place sufficiently. No mosquito nets either, which means we had all sorts of critters inside the house (insects and lizards included). The house is in serious need of renovation. Many things were out of order. Each of the three bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. Howevet, the hot water tap in one of the bathrooms didn't work, a pipe was leaking in the second one, so in reality, we could only use one bathroom. Safe didn't work, fridge was making a lot of noise. Needs to be refurbished as it is a beautiful house in a beautiful garden lose to a lot of attractions (walkind distance to Craft Village and Takamaka distillery).

Все було чудово. Вілла просторна, все є для комфортного проживання, ліжка зручні.. Місце розташування ідеальне, якщо подорожуєте з машиною. Поруч є магазин. А звуки! Стільки життя навколо - мед для вух. 😍 Власниця допомогла орендувати авто з дуже вигідними умовами. За це теж дякуємо.

это не про не понравилось, просто необычно, что нет остекления на окнах и дверях, а только жалюзи из дерева, но это, я так понял, традиционная история. неудобств не вызвало

Wir waren Selbstversorger. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns aber Öl und Salz zur Verfügung gestellt. Besonders gut fanden wir, dass auf jeder Etage eine Toilette zur Verfügung stand, zusätzlich sogar eine Gästetoilette. Die Wohnküche ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet. Der Gartenbereich war wunderschön und gut gepflegt. Die Gastgeber kümmerten sich sehr aufmerksam, besonders angesichts einer Erkrankung meiner Begleiterin.

Da fällt mir nichts ein.

Die Villa Kordia war für uns ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu entdecken. Das Haus liegt ruhig inmitten tropischer Vegetation, mit großem Garten und viel natürlicher Atmosphäre. In unmittelbarer Nähe befanden sich Strand, Bushaltestelle und ein kleiner Supermarkt – ideal für den Alltag auf der Insel. Besonders schön waren die Abende auf der Terrasse, wenn die Flughunde über den Garten zogen und die Geräuschkulisse an den Dschungel erinnerte. Eine Unterkunft mit viel Charme und echtem Inselgefühl – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Die kleinen Geckos, die regelmäßig durch die Wohnung spazierten, waren wohl unsere inoffiziellen Mitbewohner. :-)

Big rooms, nice garden

Le logement était très propre, nous avons été très bien accueilli, le personnel est au petit soin, l’emplacement est top !

Proximité avec la terrasse de la villa d’en face, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé

Très grande villa avec tout le confort qu'il faut, cuisine très bien équipée, chambre spacieuse,un magnifque jardin très bien entretenu et des transats pour se reposer, place pour garer la voiture de location en toute sécurité, proche de petit commerce pour faire des courses ,notre hôte nous a très bien reçu à notre arrivée et a était disponible quand nous avions besoin , rien a dire !!!!! Merci villa kordia Bonus : la femme de ménage passe le matin pour changer les serviettes et faire un petit coup de propre et elle vous propose de laver votre linge ! Très appréciables en vacances surtout avec un bébé !

Расположение очень удобное! На машине одинаково ехать в любую сторону острова! Через дорогу тоже был пляж. Очень приятные хозяева и гувернантка, мы были с двумя детьми, младшей 6 месяцев и помощница любезно делала каждый день ей место для сна безопасным , обкладывала подушками, приносила плед для ребенка, хотя мы не просили)) (Была возможность взять детскую кровать, но мы решили спать на отдыхе вместе). В доме все чисто было, вода горячая есть, две веранды, зелень, цветы, птички прилетами постоянно. А еще очень понравился душ для ног на улице, это был прям ритуал для детей)) Спасибо большое за возможность пожить на Сейшелах как у тети в гостях))

Villa spacieuse située dans un très beau jardin parfaitement entretenu. Bonne situation : arrêt de bus, plage, magasin d'alimentation. Propriétaire accueillant et discret.

EVERYTHING! Huge villa with superb Creole architecture and a beautiful garden. The kitchen and living room were really nice and we decided to cook all our meals rather than eat in a restaurant as we did in Praslin and La Digue. Bus stop and beach is across the street. Bus No: 9 goes to Port Launay and back. Kumar & Kumar supermarket is close by and very well stocked. Most of all we liked the consideration and hospitality shown by Gervaise and Fadette.

Everything was great.

Fantastic natural setting, beaches close by, as well as stores for supplies. The host was very accomdating, even helped us rent a reasonable price car, and facilitated a later check out. The welcoming lady was great, so kind and friendly, especially towards our kids. Thank you.

This is an amazing villa in the Seychelles! We were warmly welcomed, even with our early arrival. The house is beautiful, spacious, and cozy. The scent on the second floor — from the wooden dressers — reminded me of my childhood 😍, it truly took me back in time. The villa is very clean. The beach is just a short walk away — we easily walked there with the kids. One of the highlights was the outdoor shower under the tree — such a unique and atmospheric experience. A perfect place for a comfortable family vacation!

Wonderful house with 2 bedroom , kitchen, saloon. 2 toilets, 2 badrooms. Owner very friendly and quiet .You really feel at home. Thank you so much.

Everything ok

Everything was super nice! The villa looks much better than in the photos. A lot of space, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue zone, very nice yard. Also, the owner could help with renting a car and with tours. The ocean is 50 meters away, and the beach there is very good for small children. We had a late flight, and the owner kindly let us stay after the check-out time, which was very useful for us.

We missed glasses on the windows, so we worried that something like a lizard or a gecko could come through the window at night. But that was only our worry; everything was fine!

A wonderful villa situated in a calm area with a spectacular garden. Hosts are very kind and helpful. A perfect place for holiday.

The host was really wonderfull and sweet. Thought with us when we had a late flight and we could stay longer. Also ask us if she did a laundry if she could wash somethings of us. Warm welcome with cool towels and fresh fruit from the garden. The place was lovely; really spacious and comfortabele. Nice beds as well. Besides an inside shower also a beautifull outside one. If we would come back to mahe we would with no doubt stay here again because compairing to the other places we stayed this was the best!

Villa Kordia and especially Fadette and Gervais went out of their way to make us feel completely at Home, always checking in and happy to provide help with Anything. The Villa we stayed in with the outdoor grill and dinning area was truly a dream! Kako and the lovely cleaning lady ensured the house was always clean, Kako helped us fishing and genuinely we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. Some practical advice on location is to rent a car so that you can get around Mahe with ease, there is Anse Royal and Fairytale beach 5 mins drive away which are lovely, but some of the even more stunning coastal beaches are 20-45 mins drive away so it's best to be able to get around easily! We'll definitely recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We like the environment and the cooking facilities. We appreciated the help extended by the host and his family. The host was making sure of our comfort. Utensils were of good quality, and everything we needed was available, which made our lives easy to prepare our meals. There were grocery stores close by the villa.

There were no shampoo, soaps, and bidet in the toilet. A lot of lizards in the villa.l

Beautifully placed with the lovely garden surrounded by exceptional nature..spacious inside with lots of room in it..comfy beds and air conditioned bedrooms..

The only downside were the little ants things in the kitchen area getting into the food..

There were two villas on site. They were set in beautiful gardens with great outdoor space both front and back. Ours was three bedrooms with three bathrooms. It was very comfortable. Location wise it was just off the main road across from a beach, accessible at low tide. There were bus stops on both sides of the road which were very close. Also a good supermarket and ATM within two minutes. We stayed two nights towards the end of our holiday and i'd suggest hiring a car if you plan to stay here longer. There aren't many restaurants in walking distance. just one across the road in a small boutique hotel. A lovely place to stop for a short stay.

you couldn't really walk any where at night as there weren't many pavements and the road was quite busy.

The location was by far our favorite part. We had a car which we rented for such a good price from the owners who also came to talk to us personally and meet us, show us the fruit in the garden and clean and chop it for us to eat and gave us curry leave to use. So so personal. And Denise the manager was always there to help. Such a lovely woman. Bought fruit from the rasta next door who looks after the garden. Best coconuts so sweet. As I said we rented a car and drove about the whole island many times. Besides anse Solei beach which was magical the fairyland beach was lovely and the beach across from us so serine. Probably wouldn't stay anywhere else if I was going back

Best place at Mahé , the host is very polite and very helpful, he always checking if we need any. Support . There is a cleaning person who do room service The beach is front the villa Bus station is front also. Airport at 15 minutes by car. You will love it

We spent 3 nights in this beautiful house and we liked simply everything, but most we liked the host, they get 10 points! Villa is in the middle of a beautiful tropical garden with a lot of trees and flowers and birds. Ground floor and first floor with 2 very spacy bedrooms, nicely decorated with the flowers from the garden. Clean, very well equipped, coffee machine with coffee pads, that was fine, thank you for it ! There's terrace in both ground and first floor. The only thing we didn't like that much was a little bit noise from the main street, but in the night it was very quiet, so we could sleep very well. 3 minutes walk to a beautiful beach, not far away from ANCE ROYALE. Bus stop in front of the house, perfect, because we went everywhere by bus ( number 9 to Port Launay, such a fantastic and beautiful place, we loved it there !) Bus ride costs 10 srp per person and you get the bus card at Kummer and Kummer Supermarkt. We liked this place very much, especially the host, very kind, friendly and helpful couple and recommend HIGHLY this house! Thank you for everything! 👍❤️

Host & Hostess are very friendly and accommodation. We arrived very early in the morning but Fadette made a plan for us to stay at another room to relax while our room is ready.

Beautiful setting. Lush vegetation. Spacey villa. Kitchen well equipped. Outdoor shower. Helpful stuff.

I didn't like cameras everywhere. I believe there are more than 10 on the property, including looking at the veranda.

PROPERTY! Yes, the property. It's an amazing villa in calm & clean surroundings. Fadette & Gravis we’re amazing, and cooperative & thanks for arranging the Island trip at the last minute at reasonable prices. They do arrange the rental car for us when we arrived at the airport. There were a couple of fruit trees within the Villa compound - Kids really enjoyed it.

It’s not about unliking the property however suggestions only if something can be done to keep the lizards and bugs out. Kids were frightened as they weren’t used to seeing lizards at home or elsewhere living places. Using the net within Windows louvers may help. Even lizards were roaming on the floor. PS: The supermarket (as per local standards) near the property keeps closed on Sundays, just in case you need to buy at the last minute. You have to travel a bit north (near the airport) to have some nice restaurants, would suggest renting a car - it will definitely make life easier.

Excellent villa. Very clean with beautyfull garden. The owner is very helpfull. Very fast check in. We have been offered a small room with WC+bath for our later check out (around 6.30 p.m.) without payment. The place is very close to one of the best beaches - Anse Petite, Ance Intendance, Anse Takamaka, Anse Forbance.

There were not restaurants nearby, but two mini markets. It is recommended to use rent a car.

Our stay at Villa Kordia was an unforgettable experience! Both villas are spacious, with well-equipped kitchens with bathroom and toilet to each bedroom. They are set in a huge beautiful tropical garden. There is a bus stop 20 meters away, the beach 50 meters away and numerous grocery stores nearby. The owners are uniquely kind and responsive people. ❤️ Hygiene is at a very high level. The villas were cleaned daily, bed linen and towels changed every other day. I recommend Villa Kordia to anyone who decides to visit Seychelles and Mahe Island.

Thanks for the entire staff for their kind Hospitality .. Almost every thing available..Only you need to buy your daily food from the very near supermarket ...other kitchen stuff washing machine stove microwave..etc are available.. it's 2 Floor (Duoplex) Villa..with large hall downstairs opened from 3 sides to the beautiful views ..we also spend good time in the floor Balcony ..Kids enjoyed alot with the wide play ground in the back side of the Villa .. I am confident everyone should enjoy as we did.. Yousef

Great place and wonderful host! If I would go back to Seychelles, would choose Villa Cordia once again! It is not far from the airport, bus stop, beach, shop nearby. We enjoyed making dinner and bbq there, fully equipped kitchen. Surrounded by beautiful garden.

We chose Villa Kordia for our wedding stay and it was simply great. The villas were spacious, well equipped and maintained. The tropical garden around was gorgeous. We even liked the nearest beach - with the low tide it was perfect for our kids to play in, with the high tide for us to swim in. Gervais and Fadette were extremely helpful from arranging tours and transfers or doing our laundry to organizing a fantastic barbecue in the garden after our wedding ceremony. If we come back to Seychelles, we will stay in Villa Kordia again!
