8 herrliche Tage im Bacova Sur Mer zu denen wir sehr herzlich empfangen wurden. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Es wird im allgemeinen sehr viel Wert auf die Pflege und den Erhalt der Anlage gelegt. So wurden auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher während unseres Aufenthaltes zwei Mal gewechselt. Gegenüber der Anlage - auf der anderen Straßenseite - befindet sich der kleine Privatstrand, welcher mit genutzt werden kann. Den Tor Code erhält man beim Einzug in das Appartement. Wir haben ihn jedoch nicht genutzt, da wir immer mit dem Bus kreuz und quer - von Nord nach Süd und von Ost nach West - auf Mahé unterwegs waren. Das Appartement ist angenehm groß mit separatem Schlafzimmer und einem Wohnzimmer mit voll ausgestatteter Pantry-Küche. Welche Programme der Fernseher hat wissen wir nicht, da wir ihn die ganze Zeit nicht ein Mal an hatten. Die große Veranda lädt jeden Morgen zum Frühstück im Freien ein - auch bei Regen, und der kann auch schon einmal heftiger ausfallen. Zudem befinden sich zwei super bequeme Sonnenbetten auf der Veranda, auf denen man nicht nur den Tag ausklingen lassen kann, sondern auch super gut schlafen. Die Veranda ist sowohl vom Wohn- als auch vom Schlafzimmer durch große Schiebetüren begehbar. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich die einzige Klimaanlage im Appartement, ist aber auch vollkommen ausreichend. Ich hatte die Sonnenbetten das eine oder andere Mal zum Schlafen genutzt, da die Betten für mich sehr hart waren. Das ist aber mein Problem und wäre, hätte ich es angesprochen, mit Sicherheit beseitigt worden. In einem der Schlafzimmerschränke befindet sich ein fest montierter Safe. Das Bad hat eine angenehme Größe. Man sollte jedoch Duschzeug von Zuhause mitbringen, da es nicht zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Hat man es doch vergessen, kein Problem, es gibt genug Läden, die in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar sind. Busfahren ist ein Abenteuer für sich aber die günstigste Möglichkeit die Insel zu erkunden.

Beim Standort musste ich leider einen Punkt abziehen, da es keine fußläufig erreichbaren Take aways oder Restaurants gibt. Da wir im Appartement nur gefrühstückt und bewusst kein Auto gemietet haben, mussten wir mit dem Bus zum nächsten Take away fahren. Auch die Straße ist sehr laut, da sie die Haupt-Nord/Süd Verbindung auf Mahé darstellt. Wer, wie wir, kein Auto mietet, sollte diese direkt bei Ankunft am Hafen bzw. Flughafen kaufen. Diese sogenannten VisitorCards bzw. Tickets gibt es für 1 Tag, 4 Tage (198 SCR) oder 8 Tage (396 SCR) und sind in dieser Zeit für unbegrenzte Fahrten gültig. Diese Karten sind nur am Hafen, Flughafen oder in Victoria erhältlich

Logement grand bien équipé, propre ménage quotidien, personnel aux petits soins et agréable. Accès mer et plage magnifique proches.

Отдыхали в мае с мужем в этих апартаментах, на Сейшелах не в первый раз, но это место одно из лучших. В номере все необходимое по кухне, готовить любим сами. Очень удобная и большая кровать. Отличная веранда для того, чтобы посидеть вечером или просто позавтракать. Прекрасная ежедневная уборка. Пляж 100 метров, без людей, просто перейти дорогу. Рядом хорошие маркеты, минут 5-7пешком. Очень милый и замечательный хозяин Генри. А его собака вообще прелесть, приходила и радовала нас. Хотелось бы обязательно вернуться в это место.

Я говорила об этом хозяину, мне, как девушке, не хватало полок и места в ванной для хранения косметических принадлежностей. И не работала духовка, но нам она была не нужна, т.к. пользовались микроволновой печью.

L’appartement est spacieux. Au rez de chaussée possibilité d’accéder au jardin. Grande terrasse confortable.

Le passage des voitures mais franchement cela n’empêche pas de passer des bonnes soirées sur la terrasse et ne gêne pas pour dormir.

It was well located to the best beach, the crown restaurant and small shops for beer and snacks.

It was a room a view to the see , good security and great parking , so it's hard to say an unlikeable thing

Amazing accomodation!

Spacious room, clean and beautifully appointed. Good location with access to the beach across the road.

There was an issue with collection from the airport. I had arranged with the owner a week prior that he would arrange a taxi. Waited for 45min with no taxi showing up. Made my own plan to get to the property, then couldn’t access it because I wasn’t sent the gate code ahead of time. I was told that I hadn’t confirmed the taxi, but I had the text to prove otherwise? He did apologize and even gave me a complimentary bottle of wine, but not a pleasant way to start a trip.

L’emplacement du domaine était parfait. En revanche la propreté des lieux est à revoir, nous avions réserver un studio : Les serviettes de plage étaient tachées. Les tapis de bain étaient tachés. Le grille-pain était très sale. Le frigo avait des traces suspectes. En revanche, la literie était confortable.

Beautiful accomodations, the most friendly and helpful staff. Walkable to grocery stores, beaches and some restaurants. Very quiet and private beach. Peaceful ans amazing views! We stayed at both locations, Bacova le Domaine and Bacova Sur Mer. Enjoyed both but the seafront at Sur Mer is amazing!

Just that there is no pool but we knew that when booking!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura alle Seychelles, in una villa su due piani: noi occupavamo il piano superiore mentre i nostri amici quello inferiore. La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza, ideale per raggiungere facilmente alcune delle spiagge più belle dell’isola. Purtroppo, l’esperienza complessiva non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Ottima posizione.

L’appartamento al piano superiore era piuttosto piccolo e poco funzionale: la cucina si trovava prima dell’ingresso alla camera, in cima alle scale, e mancava completamente un tavolo dove poter mangiare, c'era solo un piccolo tavolino sul poggiolo esterno, di conseguenza siamo stati costretti a trascorrere la maggior parte del tempo nell’alloggio dei nostri amici. Un altro grosso problema è stato quello dell’acqua: era praticamente impossibile fare la doccia in modo normale, poiché usciva a tratti o spesso non usciva affatto. Ogni giorno ci veniva data una spiegazione diversa (lavatrice accesa contemporaneamente quando si faceva la doccia, pressione, pompa, ecc.), fino a quando, dopo ripetute segnalazioni, il proprietario ha ammesso che si trattava di un guasto e ha chiamato un idraulico. Di fatto, solo l’ultimo giorno siamo riusciti a fare una doccia senza problemi. Infine, abbiamo trovato anche una blatta in bagno; comprensibile considerando il contesto tropicale, ma comunque poco piacevole.

Room was very clean , furnitures are well designed , refined taste, nice details noticeable everywhere. Beds are very comfortable. Location is awesome,next to the Anse Royal beach, easy access to many local fine dine restaurants. No hills , no long walk. Mr. Henry is very kind and helpful. Very appreciated

Bella posizione, comoda per raggiungere spiagge bellissime! Appartamento molto spazioso con una veranda eccezionale. Noi abbiamo viaggiato con amici e siamo sempre stati nel nostro alloggio. Cucina attrezzata per cucinare e supermercato raggiungibile a piedi.

Per poter mangiare tutti e sei insieme abbiamo chiesto due sedie aggiuntive ma non erano disponibili. Abbiamo dovuto traslocare sedie e stoviglie tra i due appartamenti.

Henri ès Hugó nagyon segítőkèsz volt. Lehetővè tudtàk tenni a koràbbiàbbi becsekkolàst. Mindenben maximàlisan segítőkèszsèget mutattak. Az úton átmenve érhető el a tengerpart. Közelben pèksèg, és kis üzletek.

A terasz a forgalmas főútra nèzett, ès mivel egèsz nap napos, így nem igazàn lehet kihasznàlni étkezèsre vagy kàvèzásra.

Отличная, комфортная вилла,уютная терраса с кроватью, потрясающий хозяин Анри, очень приветлив и помогает в решении любых вопросов, ему отдельная благодарность! Прекрасное расположение , есть маленький пляж через дорогу от виллы, так же рядом остановка , несколько минут на автобусе и вы на Анс Руаяль,в 3 минутах пешком два магазина.

Не было таких моментов , все было отлично !

This was the second time we have stayed here as the location is near the airport. Very nice light spacious room with everything you need and friendly staff. Nice private beach just across the road. There is also a bakery and shop 2 mins walk.

Alle sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen Nachtflug und durften noch bis abends auf dem Arreal bleiben und bekamen auch noch frische Handtücher! Sehr aufmerksam und kundenfreundlich!

La struttura , si trova in un punto strategico per visitare le più belle spiagge dell’ isola, pulizia giornaliera , attrezzata di tutto, per cucinare e anche per fare il bucato, silenziosa , situata in una zona tranquilla per chi cerca relax e pace, la disponibilità del proprietario e di chi lavora per lui , fa la sua parte!

El hotel está muy mal para acceder,nos perdimos 2 veces para encontrar la entrada,la habitación que se nos dio estaba en una segunda planta que ni siquiera nos ayudaron a subir las maletas,en el piso de abajo se alojaba otras personas,la cocina está como fuera de la habitación,no es nada práctico y para colmo nos cobraron por dejar las maletas después de hacer en check out,nos dejaron las maletas abajo de la casa y encima nos cobraron por ello. No volveríamos

The owner and the staff were very helpful and we received good advise and tips about what to do and where to go during our visit. There was a man in particular who helped us to understand how to use the bus app. Without his help we would not have understood anything about the bus routes and time tables.

The location is a bit challenging if you have not rented a car.

La ubicación es excelente, hay sitio para dejar el coche, el anfitrión es un encanto, nos ayudó con consejos, nos dejó ir a la playa el último día accediendo por la zona privada, todo muy bien.

Que eran vacaciones y todo se acaba!

Logement intégral avec sa cuisine très fonctionnelle. Extrêmement propre, un plaisir. Le personnel aux petits soins et notre hôte Henri recherchant à convenir à notre confort. Merci encore. Juste une remarque, il vaut mieux à notre avis, pour un séjour prolongé, choisir le rez de chaussée de la maison Océan 1 ou 2 plutôt que le 1er. On dispose effectivement au rez de chaussée d'une grande terrasse avec un excellent confort et des stores très efficaces. La plage est juste à 50m en traversant la rue. Parking sans problème et résidence bien surveillée. N'oubliez pas vos capsules Nespresso. Bon séjour à vous tous Y aller sans hésiter

Great stop, unfortunately just one night for us, but the room was large and the balcony had comfortable chairs and a nice view of the ocean and the accomodation across the street. Henri was super helpful in accomodating our arrival a few minutes after 9pm.

Schöner kleiner Privatstrand, sehr freundliche Stimmung. Verlässlicher Transfer zum Flughafen. Supermarkt gut erreichbar.

La amabilidad de Jimy y de Henri (el propietario). Nos dieron tips sobre la isla y nos ayudaron a reservar un taxi para el último día. Las instalaciones están muy bien, no le falta de nada (cocina, utensilios para cocinar). Habitación muy amplia y luminosa, directa a una terraza. Comentamos que era nuestra honeymoon y nos decoraron la habitación, fue un detalle muy bonito :)

Alquilé a través de Booking un apartamento con vistas al mar y finalmente nos dieron un apartamento en el interior.

A well functional apartment, with a fantastic balcony. We had everything we needed. Really good cleaning. Close to beaches, a small shop and the bus.

The property location is good for staying in South Mahe. Beautifully decorated rooms & well equipped kitchen. Very near to Anse Royale beach. Huge sit outs for spending time with family gazing the ocean 🌊

They alotted a room to us which we were asked to vacate after paying the whole tariffs. We were forced to change room because of their allotment mistake done by staff. We have a baby & we opened our luggage too , but still have to vacate although both the rooms were same. I find it really unprofessional .

The apartment was beautiful, very clean and had all necessary amenities available. Henry was very helpful.

It is a must to have a car as it’s practically impossible to go walking anywhere .

Henri and his staff were amazing. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was what I wanted. Although Le Domaine de Bacova is south of Victoria there is a good grocery store nearby, plus a little dairy store and bakery very close by. I was lucky enough to be there on Saturday and could get some fresh local produce from the Farmers Market by the dairy. I did not have a vehicle but there is a local bus service which is very cheap and easy to use. I tripped around but also had time to relax on the beach which is a very short walk away. I enjoyed every moment of my stay. Thank you

Henri and the team from the start to the end of our trip were so friendly and helpful. The apartment was well equipped and has a 30 second walk to a private beach which was gorgeous and quiet. Great for snorkelling and relaxing. The apartment was always cleaned to perfection and the view from the balcony watching the sunrise over the sea was the best start to our mornings with a nespresso coffee. (Nice touch having a nespresso machine) We were incredibly grateful to Jimmy for doing our laundry during our stay. We would recommend this apartment as it is in a great location and has everything you would need to enjoy your stay in Mahe. Thanks again Henri and Jimmy!

Un posto meraviglioso con personale meraviglioso.E' stata una settimana davvero bella, serve la macchina però per muoversi.Secondo noi è la zona migliore dove soggiornare perché in poco tempo si raggiungono posti e spiagge da sogno.Il proprietario poi molto gentile ci ha aiutato per il noleggio della macchina e dato ottimi consigli per escursioni e ristoranti. Seychelles nel cuore.Noi torneremo. davvero molto bella, serve la macchina sicuramente

We loved having our own unit. Very clean and Cosy rooms. Had everything we needed to cook and they cleaned each day. Great beach towels! Trust me, when yours is damp and wet these are a saving grace haha

First access to the gated property was difficult. We had arranged arrival time but with no personal phone access we had to get a local to phone in order to make contact for check in.

Wonderful apartment and perfect location, we could not have asked for more.

Really nice studio with very tasteful decorations, comfy bed and a really nice terrace with sea views. The host and staff are all very nice and attentive. The location is easy to find and great for exploring the entire island. Sufficient parking available in the private yard of the property.

Stayed the the apartment at the back but then I was upgraded on the last night to sea front apartment. The sea front apartment is phenomenal. The place is well equipped and staff are great.

The location is a bit far from the center and there aren’t many restaurant options close by.

All was great and the beach just a short walk away!

Everything well done, clean, well-equipped kitchen, good service, great value for money. Don't expect too much of the private beach but it's great for a quick jump into the ocean in the morning or when you come back from a hike.

Would be a paradise if not for the road which runs in front of your terrase (behind a nicely greened wall, but still..)

All in all a lovely place to stay! We would come again!
