We booked a last minute stay after a late night cancelled flight and couldn’t have been happier with the service and ease of checking in to the accommodation. The whole service was very easy and after a stressful evening, we were very happy to walk through the door to a clean modern space that just felt very homely. Couldn’t recommend staying here enough if you need somewhere to stay in Heraklion

Unica difficoltà è stata trovare la via per accedere alla struttura perché il navigatore ci portava verso una direzione non corretta e il Parcheggio in zona, vicino alla struttura. Consultando Google Maps, Abbiamo trovato un parcheggio a pagamento a 200 metri a piedi e 300 in auto (molto comodo).

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Très bon séjour ! L’appartement est moderne, propre, confortable et très bien situé pour découvrir Héraklion. En plus il dispose d'une grande terrasse. Il est bien équipé et nous nous y sommes vraiment sentis à l’aise pendant nos 8 nuits. La communication avec l’hôte était également très facile.
L’établissement ne dispose pas de parking privé, mais cela ne nous a finalement pas posé de problème puisque nous avons toujours trouvé facilement des places à proximité.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Super Lage, etwas außerhalb der City aber fünfminütiger Fußweg von der Stadt entfernt. Cafe's und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Kleines Fitnessstudio (Personal Training) direkt gegenüber. Zutritt mit Türcode auch sehr entspannt. Kommunikation und Hilfe seitens der Unterkunft sehr gut, Probleme im Bad wurden umgehend gelöst. Neubau mit intelligenter Einrichtung (viele Steckdosen etc.).
Zimmer hat etwas zu viel Stauraum, dafür fehlt dann z.B. ein Esstisch (Couchtisch vorhanden). Harte Matratzen, Internet funktionierte anfangs miserabel und die Zimmer im Basement haben auch schlechten Handyempfang, Wir hatten das Zimmer zur Straße raus und man könnte leider von draußen stets ins Zimmer schauen. Auch wenn man die Rollläden schließen kann, braucht es manchmal auch frische Luft von außen. Bei Booking stand etwas von Schalldämmung. Das ist leider ein Witz. Wir haben jeden Eintritt in das Haus gehört, weil ein Luftstoß durch das Haus gegangen ist. Auch konnte man alle Geräusche im Treppenhaus hören. Ich kann nichts über die Zimmer in den anderen Stockwerken sagen, aber womöglich eigenen sich diese viel besser. "Deluxe Basement/Studio" würde ich auch eher als euphemistischen Ausdruck bezeichnen. Es sind einfach 1-Zimmerappartments. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Almost everything is in good condition, simple access with the door codes, multiple supermarkets nearby, close to the city center.
For some reason there’s no microwave oven which could simplify the stay, even though there’s an electric oven (although there’re no potholders). But that’s my fault that I didn’t check it during the booking. Also I checked that all 4 of my bookings on Crete have a kitchen but no microwave, so maybe that’s a local thing😅 Also there were minor issues with the shower - the mixing cock is a bit leaky and during the checkout day hot water was barely warm.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026The apartment was stylish, modern, and clean! The keyless entry was very easy, and upon entry, all of the supporting lights came on to guide me. There was a convenient little lift that was great, too. This apt was right where you want to be. A few minutes straight down the main street led to the center of Heraklion for fun nightlife, and all of the winding side streets had lovely coffee and restaurants of note. Easy walk to the harbor and the incredible fort, which was so worth a visit. Easy 13-minute taxi to airport. Would highly recommend!

Muchos supermercados, restaurantes, tavernas, tiendas cerca y también parada de autobuses al aeropuerto, palacio de Knossos etc a 1 minuto del apartamento. Anfitriones muy amables y siempre pendiente por si necesitábamos algo. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Logement moderne et récemment rénové, sans nul doute le meilleur de notre séjour. Le balcon est agréable en fin de journée et le lit est vraiment confortable.
Impossible de se garer a proximité (regardez les parkings 24h/24 pour le stationnement). N'amenez pas votre voiture devant le logement, les rues sont étroites et vous aurez beaucoup de mal a ressortir sans encombres.

Not sure about security of doors? If we had 1234 for the main door and our apartment door, did everyone have the same?. Seemed a bit slow running the hot water but the shower was fantastic once it came through.

Για την κ Μαρια οτι κ να πω ειναι λιγο.. Εξαιρετική..ανταποκρινοταν άμεσα σε οτι απορία είχαμε..οτι την χρειαστηκαμε ήταν εκει... Ήταν η καλύτερη διαμονή που μπορούσαμε να έχουμε.. Θα το ξανα προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα!!!

Reviewed May 5, 2026Nous avons eu la chance d'être au dernière étage avec un très jolie vue. Vous rentrez dans le bâtiment et dans la chambre via un digicode. Logement neuf et propre. Commerces à proximité, à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville.
La deuxième nuit, tout le quartier a subi plusieurs coupures d'électricité dans la soirée. Une alarme de l'école d'en face s'est mise à sonner et ne s'est arrêtée qu'au petit matin... Malgré les fenêtres fermées, nous n'avons pas très bien dormi. Les désavantages de la ville ^^

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026This room is incredibly thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort, with attention to every detail, right down to the most unexpected nuances. The room is fully stocked with everything you need, including laundry detergent, nail scissors, eyebrow tweezers, bandages of all shapes and sizes, elastic bandages, and so on, as well as wine and candy, coffee, tea, water, and bath amenities. The room also includes dishes, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a hairdryer, a kettle, a coffee maker, a washing machine, a place to hang laundry, and a balcony with a table and chairs for evening entertainment. It's incredible. ❤️🫂👍🏼 Thank you so much for this.
There was one downside - parking for the car and the balcony exit to the courtyard, but you don’t pay attention to this, given all the advantages that the room has.
