The house is very very nice. And clean. Nice view to sea view.

EVERY think was ok. Nothing to say bad.

Everything in the apartment was comfortable, it provided a lot of facilities such as a kitchen, hair dryer, and iron. the people working there were really cooperative, polite and nice. Pool was also nice.

PARKING isn’t free for whatever reason? 1 ringgit per 1 hour which ended up costing us 15rm total… and on top of that they say park at your own risk? so I’m paying for parking and I'm not even getting security in exchange? I felt as though that was really deceptive… the fact that I had to pay for parking in the first place was odd, I cannot lie.

At night time some taxis refuse to take you back to the property from George Town. Saying it is too far (I think it’s only 7 km !!!!???)

The security guy was so nice, funny, always happy 😊 spoke to us every time he saw us. The communication with the apartment owner/manager was great, very informative with what was required to access the apartment, and offered housekeeping as we booked over 4 nights, but we didn't need it. The VIEWS 🤩 excellent sunsets, even thunderstorms and lightening, were amazing to watch from the enclosed balcony. The apartment had everything you could wish for to make your stay comfortable, water filter machine, washing machine, iron, and board. Couldn't fault anything. Yes, it's an older building but we found it very comfortable 😀

The buses! Atrocious driving, we thought we'd give them a go as they drive right past the building. Had to get off way before our paid stop, as I was nearly vomiting 🤢 Do not recommend it sadly. Grab didn't cost that much, so we used them throughout the stay! The apartment is a bit of a hike back into Georgetown, but there were some great restaurants in the Batu feringhi area anyway.

A spacious and well designed apartment, with all the facilities you need and a good price. The owner seems lovely and gives comprehensive information by direct message before check in about the apartment and area.

The views were astonishingly good, Accessible to all top-most favourite areas,Very serene and calm., The security guards are all very decent Nepalis'. Overall, Nothing to complaint at all. My review would be 10/10 for sure. Thank you. Would be helpful if the main gate can be locked with a padlock in the future for the safety of customers' shoes

Big, clean apartment with amazing views. All the amenities needed for a long or short trip. A massive sofa which was so comfortable.

Even though there is public access to the beach just over the road, it is literally a patch of sand with 4 sun loungers. To get actual access to the beach i had to walk a further 15 minutes along the road.

Our host, Shimah, was amazing. She cared more about our comfort, more than anything else. The swimming pool was inclusive. It was relatively quiet for my family to enjoy.

There was nothing not to like as everything was taken care of.

I like that the house has everything! Comfortable sofa, dining table, queen bed, pillows and comforter. TV with NETFLIX and Youtube as a bonus, Internet as a prize. Love the view from the balcony. It also has complete kitchen, clean water dispenser, fridge and washing machine. The aircond and fan function very well. Easy check in and check out. Only use the code. I stayed for 3D2N but the house is perfect for more than 5 days stay. Free housekeeping for more than 4 days. My family and I are satisfied. Walking distance to beach, cafes and restaurants. Alive neighbourhood at night.

No housekeeping provided for less than 4 days stay. The floor was a little sandy, but there's a broom in the house so we kind of have to sweep the whole house again to feel comfortable. That's all.

Good size apartment,with everything to make your stay easy. What's it's not is ultra modern but what it is is very comfortable and quiet. Pool was clean and refreshing . Security good. fabulous washing machine and balcony to dry and. Air your clothes. Large fridge with freezer and hob for cooking. Both bedrooms had ensuite and good electric showers. Modern TV for netflix for a night in or when that rain hits. Excellent location to local restaurants and hotel bars .supermarket 5mins down the road and bus stop right out side .contact with the owner very good . Bedding and towels spotless.

It's an older building that could do with a little updating if I had to be picky. The poolside restrooms need sorting out .but owner was informed.

Little bit old property but value for money within this price range

The space felt very homey. Both bedrooms had ensuites and were on opposite ends of the property which worked great for us 2 couples. Host was also super helpful when we called very late and tired struggling to self check in.

I am a person who likes to go on vacation, among my vacations this is the best apartment especially in Batu Ferrengi area, I recommend to those who want to vacation in Penang this is the best appartment for you & family. check in/out is very easy, the equipment in the house is very perfect, the view faces the sea. I am very satisfied with the owner and the apartment. Rate out of 10 stars I give 10/10.

The view is amazing and the apartment is so clean and comfortable. Check in and check out process is very simple. There's ample parking space, we manage to park our cars in the compound even after coming back at mid night.

swimming pool is under maintainance and the beach across the street is not suitable for picnic. the space is too small.

Air Con really struggles to cool the property, it just isn't strong enough. The kitchen need some extra pots and pans, a small fry pan and a smaller saucepan means you can't cook a decent meal. Free parking would be nice.

Very clean, clear instruction for check ins. Overall I had a very comfortable stay with my family. It you have plans to vista Escape Penang, you may consider this home stay as close driving distance.

The shower was not functioning very well as water pressure was not so good (small issue)
