Hidden cost

This was a budget friendly option for my family (2 adults + 1 child) in Batu Ferringhi. The location was convenient very close to the beach and a supermarket. We enjoyed the balcony and the view from all of the rooms. The host Frank was very nice and responded quickly to my WhatsApp messages. He was accommodating to meet us at 8am to checkout and return our security deposit. We didn’t use the pool during our stay but it looked ok.

The beds were uncomfortable and the sofa looked more for show than for actually sitting on. I would suggest bringing your own shower gel. The apartment did the job for two nights, but I say you get what you pay for. This was a budget friendly very basic accomodation with no frills. We didn’t realise that cash payment on arrival was needed, plus a security deposit was also taken, so be aware of this. There were no glasses provided which would have been nice, rather than drinking water from mugs.

اخذت شقه غرفتين وفيها صاله. الشقه كانت نضيفه جداااا. وكل المرافق فيها ممتازه. الشخص المضيف كان متعاون ولطيف وساعد في تعريف الأماكن القريبه . الشقه قريبه جدااا لشاطى باتو فرينجي. مسافه مشي ممكن توصل ليها. قريب منها سوبر ماركت وصيدليه وماكدونالز.

All facilities was complete...and clean very well, also nice with view by the sea, staff/personal in charge also friendly, surely we will repeat again

We needed somewhere to stay for one night as we arrived in Penang a day early. Frank was really helpful and met us at the property. It’s close to everything and you can use your Touch and Go Card to pay the RM10 overnight parking. It’s near the beach, has a shaded pool and we had two rooms. Great views of the beach. Thanks Frank!

Bring your own shower gel but everything less was great.

Overall The rooms/the house were good enough for a short vacation for minimal peoples...it was clean and comfortable. The view was nice. The host was polite and helpful.

- Disturbance and disrespectful neighborhood from upper level - The apartment's parking system has issues from the day we check in and until the checkout day... Few cars/ people faces this issue.

Kein brauchbarer Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Wasser im Meer war teilweise sehr verschmutzt.

La piscine était très agréable et propre. La vue était splendide. La proximité de la mer et des commerces.

The service residence is exactly behind Shangri La Rasa Sayang and it's within 3mins walking distance to the beach. Host is friendly however need to improve the facilities to accommodate travelers.

1. The unit doesn't comes with extra pillows. 2. The TV is relatively small 3. The sofa is pretty old need to change for guest comfortability 4. There's a washing machine but no detergent, so I need to buy one. 5. Guest will be charge RM20 if we're not washing our own dish. This is weird terms & conditions. Whenever I go to hotel / resorts never encounter this T&C. 6. The interior design is not welcoming, need to upgrade.

Excellent service, it was nice and clean, had everything i needed; iron, fridge, kettle, microwave etc!

After tiring cancelled then re-booked flight from Bangkok, and messy communication with agent Frank, we found Frank waiting for us in apartment near midnight to give us the key. Though image through booking dot con was of a hotel apartment which this place is not, we were impressed by this service. Great water view, mountains, fishing boat lights at night. Wonderful food places and cheap nearby

Photos not match presentation on booking dot com Building a bit old, aging quickly. Also no shuttle from airport which was advertised and a reason we chose this place Washing machine mouldy. BYO Malaysian electric plug adapters and toiletries No glasses, just coffee mugs! Apartment actually processed like AirBnB, primarily for guests in Malaysia. If looking for hotel, search ‘hotel’. This was our mistake.

The given apartment was super-clean and comfortable. The caretaker, Mr. Frank, has done a splendid job in housekeeping and ensuring an enjoyable stay for the guests. Basic amenities like the toilet and kitchen are well-maintained and Mr. Frank has graciously upgraded our accommodation to a higher floor which afforded a splendid view of the sea - at no extra charge. Both the elevator and wifi were super-fast and many interesting movies were made available via Astro (it would be nicer if Netflix was also included in the streaming package). Quite a spacious interior with minimalist decor and balcony with great views. The aircond units were deliciously cool that added to extra comfort in the bedroom and we enjoyed good night sleep. Overall, it's a pleasantly memorable 4 days and 3 nights stay in the apartment which is worth the money paid. Will surely make a return booking.

Seating place and benches should be arranged around the swimming pool area. The changing rooms near the pool are somewhat bare and not quite user-friendly. There are quite a few eating places about 10-minutes walk from the homestay when you turn left at the exit. However, the fact that there are no pavements for pedestrians makes it a rather hazardous journey. One has to cross to the other side of the road to use the pavement and cross it again when reaching the destination. Again, it might be dangerous depending on the traffic conditions.

Location, great view, fast internet, very nice and welcoming staff. Also apartment is quite spacious.

Apartment is a bit weary, some ants on the kitchen. Also soundproofing is almost absent.

Parking , as a guest they should have the privilege on the in and out to the apartment. Every time out ,our card charged for the parking. They should give free parking for the guest.

Location. Nice sea view.

Parking is RM 10 per night. Each time you exit, Rm1 will be deducted. Pools have no chairs and tables. No place to put your stuff. Rooms have no coffee and tea making facilities. No drinking water or mineral water provided.

on 11th floor there is one room a bit noise sound from the lift.
