Pessima insonorizzazione e forti rumori dal piano di sopra che non ci hanno fatto riposare bene. Avevamo scelto la struttura per la presenza di una bella piscina, rimasta però chiusa per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno. Alla nostra richiesta di spiegazioni nessuno ha mai risposto. Avremmo preferito essere avvisati preventivamente visto che in questa zona non è possibile fare il bagno in mare.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement et la proximité avec les différents attraits: parc national de Penang, Entopia, plage. Nous avons apprécié les 2 grandes salles de bain et nous avions un bel espace pour toute la famille. C’était propre. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter.
La sécheuse ne sèche pas vraiment, après 1h30 c’est encore humide donc à prévoir si vous faites du lavage.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026I am extremely disappointed with how this booking was handled. When I made the reservation, the property was clearly advertised as a Free Cancellation booking. However, when I unfortunately fell ill and was unable to travel, I attempted to cancel the reservation in accordance with the stated booking conditions. Instead of receiving assistance, I was repeatedly passed back and forth between Booking.com and the property owner. Booking.com advised me to contact the property, while the property owner insisted that cancellation was not possible and that the full rental amount would be charged. Neither party took responsibility for resolving the issue or honoring the terms under which the booking was made. This experience has been frustrating, stressful, and highly unprofessional. A booking platform and property owner should provide clear, consistent information and honor the cancellation policy advertised at the time of booking. The lack of coordination between both parties resulted in poor customer service and left me feeling misled as a customer. I would not recommend this property based on my experience. The booking and cancellation process was poorly managed, and customer concerns were not handled fairly or transparently.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Erg groot en mooi appartement, super schoon en van alles voorzien. In elk vertrek een airco, uitzicht op zwembad en stukje zee. Dichtbij veel faciliteiten. Restaurant naast appartement (Boatman restaurant) is een absolute aanrader.
Zwembad was aan de warme kant (35 graden) maar kan ook niet anders met die hitte en zon. Er was weinig schaduw en bedjes langs het zwembad. Wel af en toe wat lawaai van feesten.

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and everything worked. We really appreciated the washer and dryer. The pool was great. Ady who we dealt with was THE BEST communicator and always happy to help!
The bed and pillows-bed way too firm, pillows too big for the pillow cases so they were stuffed in like sausages. Staff around the building weren't friendly (unlike anywhere else we've been in Malaysia). You can't swim in the sea due to jellyfish!

Geen echt grote minpunten, airco van de masterbedroom werd niet erg koud. En weinig ligbedjes bij het zwembad.

Ab Mitternacht ist alles ruhig. Sehr gutes Libanesisches Restaurant vor der Anlage. Klimatisiertes Gym und großer Pool. Kleiner Supermarkt vor der Tür.
Handtücher und Kopfkissen müssten mal ausgetauscht werden, da etwas alt und abgenutzt.

There can be very noisy in the evening until midnight. In our case, the noise came from fireworks fired from the beach. When we stayed there it was Chinese New year so that was probably the reason for the noise. Nevertheless, it is a beautiful celebration.

The pool and the view were great. The place is conveniently located close to a bus stop and you can explore everything easily!

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Man könnte sich Zuhause fühlen. Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel und Trockner könnten wir gut gebrauchen. Der Pool war toll. Es gab aber leider etwas wenig Liegen.
Die Küchenutensilien und der Küchenblock hätten sauberer sein können. Tassen mit ja Kaffeerückständen und stinkende Schwämme und Lappen haben etwas gestört. Der Rest der Wohnung war aber sauber.

The unit itself is spacious had all the little things needed for a short stay including paper towels in the kitchen. Everything worked good- door locks, lights, fans, aircons, washing machine, hot water system, filtered water in the sink, good water pressure. A well maintained accommodation is hard to find. This is a gem!
Loud noise could be heard from the activity at the beach at night time.

House is very clean, spacious and the amenities in the house made our stay smooth and comfortable. I love the big, long balcony too. So enjoyable to hang out there while enjoying the swimming pool and the sea view. Really love the big glass windows and balcony doors.
