Lokasi hotel berdekatan dengan kedai yang menjual sarapan pagi yang sedap dan murah. Tempat letak kereta yang berdekatan dengan pintu ke lif. Berdekatan dengan masjid dan. akses yang mudah untuk ke pantai.

There's an infestation of baby cockroaches at the kitchen area. Found a used pad in one of the bedroom closets.due to that one of us didn't even sleep in the room Comforters,bedsheets,pillow cases are not up to par with servicing hotel or airbnb standards And we have travelled quite a lot This experience made us think twice for the next travel communication broke down as we left the note ,non replied. We booked for three nights and left after the first. *Not even going to post the picture of the sanitary pad below*

Amazing stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was available. The host was friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

المكان هادي وقريب من الشاطيء والغرف. نظيفه والفندق نظيف ايضاً بأستثناء اماكن الألعاب للأطفال تريد بعض الصيانه والاهتمام والتجديد وإضافة بعض الألعاب التي تثير الأطفال

The apartment is on the beach and also has a nice swimming pool.

We have to change to new apartment twice! When we arrived we didn’t get the apartment we supposed to have and the day after we moved to the new apartment but it’s so noisy because this apartment is so near the mosque, like on the other side of the fence. So we moved to the third apartment. This one is located a little from the mosque and more quiet but one of the bathroom is not useable.. there is no warm water and we have booked the apartment with 2 bathrooms and basically have only one. There are lacking a lot of kitchen ware. The bedrooms are ok but the beds are very small and short. This apartment and the other two really need some upgrade, specially the last apartment needs to be fixed warm water in one of bathrooms.

El estado del apartamento. Muebles rotos, colchones incómodos que se clavan los muelles y sucio. Tuvimos que limpiar toda la cocina. Y por último informamos al propietario y no nos dio respuesta. Lo que es grave es que te cobre 100 por limpieza. Y las fotos de booking no pertenecen al apartamento

Everything. Nie zostaliśmy tam nawet jednej nocy. Podróżowaliśmy cały dzień, żeby odpocząć tydzień w apartamencie jak ze zdjęć z widokiem na morze. Apartament w ogóle nie wyglądał jak na zdjęciach. Było brudno, grzyb na ścianach, podrapane ściany i meble. Kanapa poplamiona i śmierdząca. Łóżka inaczej ustawione niż w opisie. Pralnia śmierdzaca i zagrzybiona, nie jak ze zdjęć. W kuchni brud, stół sie kleił. Kuchenka niedomyta, kurz na lodówce, odpadająca okleina na meblach. Widok na wielki meczet i jakieś wysypisko gruzu i śmieci. Klimatyzacja raz działała a raz nie i śmierdziała grzybem. Pracownik pokazał nam jeszcze dwa inne apartamenty, każdy gorszy niż pierwszy i inny niż na zdjęciach. Umówiliśmy się, że bez problemu opuścimy apartament. Niestety zaraz po wyjściu kontakt się urwał, komunikator został zablokowany. Brak zwrotu pieniędzy.

Ben, the host was the best. He waited for us even though we've delayed about 2 hours. He checked us in, and share a lot of information on activities around. The accommodation was very comfortable, all the facilities in good condition, all working very well, the bed was so comfy. Very clean as well. Recommended for family of 6. Tq Ben.. we will see you again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this sea-view property. The host was friendly, welcoming, and managed everything very well. The property was clean, beautiful, and equipped with great facilities, including a gym and a swimming pool. The best part was the easy access to the beach, which is only a 2-minute walk from the property’s backyard. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Everything you need is conveniently located nearby. There is a restaurant directly in front of the property, and the mosque is right next door, making the location very convenient. I highly recommend this property to anyone who loves the relaxing vibes of the sea. It is the perfect place to stay, and I will definitely choose this property again if I return to Penang for another holiday.

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay at this unit. The host was truly amazing, super responsive, attentive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The unit itself was excellent: very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. You can really tell that great care is put into keeping everything in top condition. The apartment also felt very secure, which gave us extra peace of mind throughout our stay. We really appreciated the free car park, which made things very convenient. The location is fantastic as well—the beach is just a short walking distance away, making it easy to enjoy the seaside anytime. The pool was another highlight, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Overall, this place has easily become one of our favourites, and we would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

WiFi was very slow, I used my own mobile data in the end. 2 out of 3 air conditioners were not working but the owner did offer us another apartment (it wasn’t as nice though so we stayed where we were) luckily the ceiling fans were adequate

The location is perfect host Ben was very accommodating and was at hand for and questions I had. Beach is a stones throw away overall a good experience when visiting again I'll be using Ben's place

Appartement très fonctionnel avec une cuisine tout équipée et une machine a lavé et sèche linge à disposition. Les chambres et les salles de bain étaient très propre. Nous avions un grand balcon avec une très belle vue. Le personnel était très disponible 🙏 Emplacement directement sur la plage principal avec commerces et restaurants à proximité. Nous avons apprécié notre expérience dans ce logement, nous recommandons vivement 😊

Air conditioning didn’t work in the main room. It was impossible to cool the place down. We had very poor sleep because of the heat. Ben the host ignored messages about air conditioning. He didn’t respond at all. Next message from him days later was to tell us checkout time. We looked at reviews and see this air conditioning was broken in July 2025 so obviously an ongoing issue.

Lokasi terbaik, turun hotel terus depan pantai, depan pantai full aktiviti, semua ada, parasailing, jetski, banana semua ada, boleh mandi pantai, naik hotel mndi swimming pool,tapi pakaian kena lengkap utk yg mandi punya., yg bestnya bilik air apartment ni, lain dari hotel2 lain. Bilik bersih ,lapang, aircond sejuk beku. Ben pun ramah dan layanan terbaik. Nk kena repeat 3 hari 2 malam kat sini baru best. Kedai makan pun dekat berjalan kaki ja depan apartment ni. Nasi kandaq, tomyam, nasi briyani, western semua ada.. Best, terbaik. 10 bintang.

The homestay is in a very strategic location with direct access to the beach. In the evenings, we were surprised by the fire shows nearby, which added a lively and fun atmosphere to our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The host, Ben, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He briefed us clearly upon check-in and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come again.

لا يوجد افطار لأنها شقق سكنية

كان تعامل المضيف سيئ للغاية ولم يتجاوب معنا في أي طلب. هذا المبنى عبارة عن مجموعة شقق متشابهة نوعاً ما.. لكن تختلف في أمرين صاحب الشقة والأثاث.. للأسف لم نوفق بالشخص المناسب أظن اسمه السيد (بين) صعب التعامل معه

Dès notre arrivée nous avons eu des difficultés avec le personnel à trouver notre appartement qui a notre désarroi etait sale et infesté de blattes nous en avions informé la personne qui gérait notre appartement et avons du attendre jusqu’au lendemain pour que le service du nettoyage repasse tout nettoyé de plus nous ne pouvions pas utiliser la machine à laver ni le sèche linge car le compteur électrique disjonctais nous avons du racheter des serviette de bain et toilettes

The place and facilities were great. It’s very close to the beach and convenient to find food nearby. I initially booked two apartment units, but the hosts kindly offered to replace them with a penthouse at the last minute because the two units available were quite far apart, and we had requested units that were nearer to each other. The penthouse was extremely spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group of 8 adults, 3 children, and 1 baby.

The traffic - Driving traffic to & from Batu Feringgi to other places is quite hectic. But this was expected.
