Abby and Shelley were wonderful, easy to communicate with and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and were able to add an extra night which we were grateful for!! Thanks so much :)

I’m going to be honest, needs some maintenance. The ensuite toilet water ran all night, we had cold nights, a winter duvet would have been nice. Instead of a ripped bean bag in the corner of the bedroom, maybe something to put your bags on. Give the bathroom floor a deep clean. And put in the folder about the dim lights. Maybe I was expecting a bit much, but didn’t feel I got value for money.

Nothing to not like apart from a couple of maintenance issues. Ensuite bathroom cistern continues to run after flushing, probably needs a new seal and the couch in the main lounge has a bit of a body odour smell to it and needs a bit of a deodorising.

Access to Marine Parade closed meaning a longer trip to cafes and beach. Shower glass wasn't clean and generally bathrooms could do with refreshing. Fridge was smelly and door and hinges need cleaning out. Pillow slips were well worn - better was expected from a deluxe apartment. Workmen outside our entrance for the whole stay which we were not told about prior.

The en-suite was slightly dated but by no means spoiled anything for us staying there!

There isn't anyone to assist you onsite, finding the keys wasn't bad but finding the car park and access to accomodation was very tough. I also had a problem with the payment, however had two different people sms's me asking to pay into a bank account instead, since then my credit card been locked down. I'm still unsure how secure the payment is. Note there is a cafe next door which receives deliveries early so our kids where woken up super early due to noise.

Bottom floor had an unpleasant smell, musty, ensuite had hair from last clients, towels were small and thin.

On arrival, the room we booked was not suitable as across 2 levels with stairs. My mother can't walk up the stairs. Had to change rooms. No seaview in other room. Very disappointing. We choose to stay there in the first place as we wanted a sea view. Room faced street and had traffic noise.

Not enough cupboard space in master bedroom, no drawers. Mostly locked off for owners cupboard. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance. It did feel more of a residents block rather than holiday let. Quite a lot of rules and had to be in your apartment with door closed by 10pm! We are a quiet middle aged couple and would have liked to sit on the balcony longer in the evenings.
