Good location

The carpark access was impossible to access due to being narrow and not suitable for bigger cars. Had to park on the road where close carparks weren’t often available especially if you returned later in the evening.

Great location, clean, comfy, safe and easy.

The spa was a bit grubby.

Perfect location right by the Mount & beautiful beaches. Spacious apartment, well equipped and super clean. Friendly and very helpful staff enabled my late checkin. Nice wide parking spaces as well - thank you.

Location and the actual property was wonderful

Unfortunately the second room did not have curtains. The outside light shone through during the night and the room was too light as a result and we couldn’t sleep. I would recommend some curtains on top of the blinds

Really great location to walk/bike along beach, cafes and restaurants are close. When mentioning all the disappointments about staying in this complex, staff were understanding and helpful.

Its an older, run down apartment complex, not value for money.. Only enough hot water for 1-2 people to shower. All the amenities are run down. No heatpump in our apartment, had to ask for a couple of heaters.

If you stood on the balcony and looked right then the sea view was nice

No hot water. At all. We had to go to the gym downstairs to shower. Couch very uncomfortable. Room needs doing up - broken hinges etc.

1. No one is at reception when we arrive, you have to call and wait. Resulting in an international charged phone call 2.The room was very very cold- our heater was broken kept shorting out the apartment, the managers had to give us their heater but it was insufficient to heat the apartment, we need to have blankets on us through the evening 3.The blinds did nothing to block out the light from the neighbouring hotel and were broken- room was very light all night 4.The fridge was noisy 5.Everything in the apartment was run down and shabby ie: the tv didn’t work and we had to call the office multiple times ragtime heater and tv

The location was very close to the shops and beach. The apartment was very clean, beautifully furnished, and the staff went out of their way to provide assistance in all ways they could.

No heat pump. The was a heater but heat pump would be ideal.

My major beef was that the apartment was small. It was the most expensive property we stayed in on our entire three week holiday in New Zealand. It was in a good location but half the size of the properties before and after that were much cheaper.

Shower bottom of door seal on short side was missing. This has the potential to cause carpet damage if left. Replacing the light above the basin in bathroom with LED, the toilet roll holder and the heated towel rail, will be a good investment. It would have been nice to have more than one sachet for filter coffee.

The Atrioum is in a great location, and the apartment was clean and well appointed. Vue from the balcony was excellend with access both to the beach side an harbour side of the peninsula. would absolutely visit again.

We were on the 5th floor and the elevator ws out of order. Understandable given the recent natural disaster. Staff ssured us it would be fixed the next day. They were very helpful porting luggage etc for our 1 night stay

Stayed in a property along the road for the same money 4 weeks ago that was much bigger and better than this property so was a little disappointed

Pool & spa was fantastic. Tiles were very slippery (we watched 4 people slip over). Excellent parking, had a lovely stay. Beds were pretty comfy. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Great location overlooking Pilot Bay. The room had kitchen facilities, a washing machine and dryer. The bed was really comfy and the location was fantastic.

It is a little bit dated but we weren't paying top dollar so it was very good value.

Everything about our stay at The Atrium was perfect. Yvette was amazing as the hostess she made sure we had everything we needed, accommodated an extra request, gave us clear and precise information on beach access, parking etc. She was very professional, helpful and friendly. The room and amenities meet our expectations for our mini-cation.

Very clean and central to the mount itself. The pool for the kids is always a hit and the spa for relaxation. Room was clean and comfortable. Your grounds are amazing and the outdoor flow as you enter the room is a fantastic touch

We have stayed in a lot of placed travelling with basketball and honestly I can’t find a fault at all. Probably the stay was to quick

I don’t think the price was right, we have stayed in Mt Maunganui a number of times and this apartment whilst comfortable was inferior for the same price, small balcony, no view, no air con, light coming in from outside etc

Check in was so easy. The room had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The pool and spa were lovely. Easy access walkway to the beach. Our own parking spot. It was a great stay for us with our two kids. We will stay again.

The only thing that could be improved would be to have pedestal fans in the bedrooms as it was pretty warm at night when we stayed, so we left the windows and ranch slider open .

Great location and we had a fantastic view over Pilot Bay. The little walkway at the back of the building to the beach is so good as it saves a lot of time when walking to the beach with all your gear!

A dishwasher was provided, but the door wouldn’t open properly so didn’t use it, no real need for two.

Everything was great !!

We had a great stay! Really good layout, it was awesome to have the pool and spa. We also loved the location and that the property backed onto the beach!

The location was perfect! We were close to eateries, the beach and ofcourse the Mount. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The view from our studio room was excellent. We enjoyed all the facilities, including the gym and spa everday.

The only issue we had was with the layout of furniture in our room. The couch could be upgraded to add colour to the rooms decor. It would be best moved by the bed to enable easy TV or view watching. There was no need for the large work desk, which could be replaced with a compact table and two chairs for dining. Otherwise the room was very comfortable, clean and tidy, with a great fully equipped kitchen. The view was amazing. We had a great stay, and would book again!

Size, lack of kitchen equipment, internal windows, dated decor, shower head worn so pressure pushed up.

Such a neat spot and well accommodating. We had a very large group and nothing was a problem. Highly recommend
