Extremely disappointing experience – I do not recommend this property

Unfortunately, our experience with this apartment was extremely disappointing. The apartment we received was very different from what we expected based on the listing and photos. We specifically booked a ground-floor apartment, but the apartment we were given was not on the ground floor. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The apartment was extremely dirty and, in our opinion, not in a condition suitable for guests. There was a strong musty/moldy smell, and the bathrooms were particularly dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. When we complained about the cleanliness and asked for the apartment to be cleaned, instead of properly resolving the issue, we were provided with cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves. The kitchen was also in poor condition. The stove/cooker worked extremely slowly, and there was no proper extractor/ventilation, which made using the kitchen unpleasant. Because of the overall condition of the apartment, we could not comfortably stay there and decided to leave early.

We had a very pleasant stay, and the whole family really enjoyed it. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Mustafa was extremely helpful and always on time. Both check-in and check-out were very smooth, with no delays at all, which made the whole experience easy and convenient. The location is also great, very close to Naama Bay and everything you might need. The price was quite competitive compared to the quality and location. Overall, a very good experience and definitely good value for money. Highly recommended, especially for families!

1- صغر مساحة الشقة ، فالمذكور في بيانات الشقة في موقع بوكينق أن المساحة 180 متر مربع ، وهي في الواقع لا تتجاوز ال 120 متر مربع. 2- وجود أعطال كثيرة بالشقة ، مكيف لا يعمل ، كسر في أرجل بعض الأسرة ، عطل في صندوق الأمانات ، عطل في التلفاز ، عطل في الإنترنت ، عطل في الهاتف . 3 - تم مراراً وتكرار طيلة الأيام الأربعة المطالبة باصلاح هذه الأعطال ، وقدمت لي وعود بإصلاحها ، ولكنها مع الأسف وعود كاذبة من كل من المدعو عمرو ، والمدعو محمد ، وتبين لنا أن الشقة ليس لها أي علاقة بإدارة الفندق ، وأنها ملك خاص لسيدة تؤجرها تحت مظلة الفندق من أجل تسويقها استفادة من سمعة الفندق وتقييمات النزلاء لغرفه وشققه الحقيقية . 4- قدم أثاث الشقة ومحتوياتها ، وإهمال صيانتها سنين طويلة. 5- عدم وجود مكتب استقبال . 6- بُعد موقع الشقة عن الشارع الرئيس . 7- عدم وجود أي فعاليات أو كافيهات محيطة بموقع الشقة ، عدا مسبحين أحدهما للكبار ، وآخر للصغار. 8- إتساخ الشقة ، وعدم تنظيفها طيلة مدة إقامتنا فيها . وكل ما ذُكر آنفاً هو خاص بالشقة رقم (8149) فقط ، ولذا أُحذر جميع عملاء بوكينق من الوقوع في الفخ الذي وقعنا نحن فيه ، والله على ما أقول شهيد .

הוילה/הדירה עצמה מאד ישנה צריכה חיזוק רציני בהרבה מקומות, מקלחת אחת לא עבדה בכלל והשניה היתה סבירה ומטה זרם מזעזע, הנעילות של הדירה לבחוץ שבור מרגיש ממש מלחיץ מגניבות, מזגן קצת מרעיש ובכללי מקום ישן ומוזנח קתת

Host was very responsive and helpful in resolving our issues. Maybe just read the details better to understand that this villa is not really part of the main hotel facilities and is a time share villa.

Constant electrical trips, some beds were not comfy, the place wasn’t clean, bathrooms were dated and broken. It was a time share villa so we didn’t have access to the main hotel facilities like gym, other pools, private beach

Очень большой список: 1. Вилла находится не там, где отмечено на карте. Из-за этого находились значительно дальше от моря и центра развлечений. 2. По этой же причине пришлось ещё пешком идти к такси, которое приезжало в адрес, указанный на карте в приложении booking. 3. Неверный адрес также осложнил поиск мест, где можно было бы покушать. Приходилось преодолевать не маленькое расстояние. 4. В вилле было грязно при заселении. Попросили убрать, но так никто и не пришёл. Пришлось два дня жить в неприятных условиях, хотя цена за виллу была не маленькая.

We stayed at the villa from November 11th to 18th. It's plenty of space for six people, with a large living room equipped with dishes, a stove, a sink, a microwave, and a terrace. Those are the only positives about the villa.

The cleaning was terrible: the toilets were dirty, there was a smell of smoking in every room, and the floors were filthy. On the first day, they took the rugs out to the terrace and asked for them to clean them, but they didn't clean them until the fifth day. They provided four large and two small towels for six people, and foot mats arrived on the sixth day. Water was $6 for six liters. No one from the room service staff spoke English.

la struttura è molto spaziosa e accogliente, mostafa è molto gentile disponibile e soprattutto paziente, nonostante qualche disguido (colpa nostra) iniziale, nonostante la barriera linguistica lui si è dimostrato molto paziente e disponibile.

devo dire che non mi è dispiaciuto nulla, apparte il letto del divano letto che era un po’ scomodo, però nonostante tutto sono stati molto disponibili a cambiare lenzuola perché non versavano in condizioni adatte.

Mustafa very friendly and helpful. Google translate really helped with language barrier, he used it well. Nice looking apartment, nice furniture, amazing beds, great air con. Nice close walk to beach.

Unclear as to how to check in. Had to wait a long time. Apartment rough round the edges. No washing machine although it stated it had one, airport pickup wasn't complimentary although it stated that, plug sockets wires exposed here and there, clean but if you lift the rugs and its full of debris swept underneath, no brush or dustpan, only 1 bowl but loads of plates, outside decor fallibg apart, unclear as to how connected it is to the dreams village, which looked like a nice place to hang out. Hope they sort these things because its a great spacious apartment perfect for big family.

Great accommodation! The apartment was very spacious — three rooms and two bathrooms, everything was clean and tidy. The host was very friendly and helpful: he met us, helped us get oriented, showed us where to exchange money at an ATM, and answered all our questions. I definitely recommend staying here!

So long waiting for check-in and moving to the villa. So far from reception and long way from the beach. Little discomfort with changing of towels.

This is a private villa within a hotel complex. You can use the hotel facilities, the pools, pool towels and private beach for free. (You have to get the pool towels from the second pool area down, Tropical I think it’s called, on the villa side of the road as you can’t use the towels from the main pool area across the road). There is a daily cleaning service, if you require it, they ask you every day, and bottled water provided daily, tea, coffee, toiletries and washing up liquid. You can also pay to eat at the hotel if you wish or walk into town. We liked the food from beach bar on the beach for lunch. (Cross the main road to the sister hotel on the beach.) Mustafa, the person who met us to give us the keys (despite it being 3.30am when we arrived!) was on hand at all times and was very helpful.

Nothing really. The villa is a little worn in places however everything was functional. It is a little bit of a windy 10min walk down to the main hotel area which was fine for us but something to be aware of for less mobile people. Mustafa organised for a golf buggy to take us and our bags to the villa on arrival which was great. You have to explain you are staying in a private villa a lot and give your room number as security people do ask where your wrist band is, which is what all the inclusive hotel guests have.

Mustafa was our contact and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Our vacation expectations were definitely exceeded and as such, well be back next year.

Rooms were very dirty, there was hair in our bedsheets, kitchen and bathrooms smelled really bad. Villas were far from the lobby and the shuttles didn’t come frequently.

New year night was very expensive. All inclusive option was not included (had to buy it additionally).

The villa is very clean, Mustafa is the person in charge of the villa. He is a very friendly person and is always there to help anytime I need him.

Bad communication with the representative of the house, check in took forever. Beach is 15 minutes walk at another hotel. Stains on the sheet. Bathroom very old and not so clean.

The area was outstandingly beautiful. The garden was well kept and it smelled so fresh. The villa was spectacular and spacious. I will definitely bring my family here next time! We had a good visit with my dog all in all. I hope that next time I could stay for longer! With the visit of a private villa, I got a very privatized stay and I had a person's phone number to meet my needs at all times. Responses were fast and in high quality. :) A local-level experience on a luxurious level, indeed!

No complaints from me! I wish I had stayed for longer. Sharm is very hot, so bring plenty of sun-screen! Hosts were willing to help with this as well :)

We paid for a deluxe villa and got a completely different villa that is cheaper. The rooms are not clean. The shower is not in good condition. The hotel staff are not good. They are not willing to do anything. It takes a day and a half to get towels. There is no room service. They do not clean the rooms. Very bad hotel staff. Don't go near this place liars don't fall into the trap

Absolutely gorgeous area at all hours of the day, it's a delight to wake up to the morning sun in these villas. The hosts of the property are so lovely. And the fantastic beach and pools are right there! It's easy to get around from here and enjoy the area. It's nice and quiet. I'd highly recommend this for anyone who needs a place to just kick back and relax.

The location was outstanding! The resort area was extremely beautiful, the gardens well kept and the pools were spectacular. The food was also amazing! The rooms were spacious and modern, and it seemed like they have been recently renovated. I was given a phone number to one of the guides, who was always available and extremely helpful. Overall, the location was great. I enjoyed seeing the Sinai mountains from my balcony, but also seeing the city of Naama Bay and the beach on the other side.

I wish I could have stayed for longer! There seems to be a lot to experience.

Very wonderful location. Short walk to the beach. Package inclusive of meals was very convenient. You can access the shopping mall very easily. You have a home environment away from home in the apartment. You have access to a private swimming pool between sunrise and sunset The food in the restaurant was enjoyable and always appetising The shuttle service came very handy whenever required

There are aspects of cleaning of the villas which need to be enhanced. Like the curtains had some stains. The bathtubs did not look inviting to take a warm bath. In fact there were no stoppers in the bathtubs I guess they encourage showering instead of taking a relaxing bath. As a fun of a relaxing bath I was unable to for a 9 days straight. The house keeper did not have their own keys so they would always ask us to leave keys while they cleaned. The rooms had too many mosquitos in the night. Th staircase leading to the room had visible stains.

It was one of the most enjoyable holidays. The hotel area is so comfortable and relaxing. It has a clean private beach full of beautiful fishes and corals. The staff is so polite and helpful.
