Great location! Ida was very kind and helpful during our stay, sharing helpful information on restaurants, etc.The rooftop patio was so beautiful and a great addition to our stay.

We were disappointed that the safe did not lock. We asked to have it looked at so we could secure our passports, but heard nothing back.

Location not bad.

It was basically uninhabitable. The air condition made noises and therefore was technically on but the room temperature never dropped below 27C/80F. There was one fan added but in such conditions more were needed but were not brought. If Italians are culturally used to this Room 101 should not be rented to others who need some form of modern working air conditioning. It should not be advertised to have air conditioning.

Fint lille værelse på bagsiden af ejendommen ud til et gårdareal. Det var muligt at enten åbne dobbeltdøren fra køkkenet og ud eller tage bord og stol med ud og sidde udenfor. Så alt i alt et fint og hyggeligt sted. Taget i betragtning at det var det meget varmt. Lejligheden lå i en kælderetage, og derfor havde varmen ikke så stor indflydelse på rummet, og airconditionen fungerede rigtig godt. En sjov lille ting: Der var både potter og pander og diverse til at lave mad i lejligheden, men der var ikke noget komfur, så det grinede vi lidt ad.

Perfect location, the room was very clean and well designed, we especially enjoyed having the space to sit in the kitchen nook. Everything felt of high quality, and the cute cats on the street were a bonus

The soap in the shower does not lather well, shower is slow to drain and can flood over into the bathroom. More pegs on the drying rack would have been nice.

Everything was perfect here. We had a room with a terrace and a spa which was wonderful for watching the sunrise over the sea and enjoying the view. L

Pretty disappointed they wouldn’t change the towels / booking a hotel you’d expect this as a standard and for the price we paid! No lift available - you have to walk up quite a few stairs to get there. No parking available - very hard to get a park and to get our stuff to the location due to distance.

Mooie kamer met een ruime badkamer en een super locatie. Tip voor wie in het hoogseizoen komt: reserveer vooraf bedjes bij een van de omliggende lido's, want deze kunnen snel vol zitten.

Enige minpunt voor ons was de airco: deze zat in onze kamer in de muur direct naast het bed en maakte behoorlijk veel geluid.

The room has a great location, positioned right in front of the cathedral in old town. It was very spacious and bright, with a beautiful bathroom, kitchen/ seating area, comfortable bed, excellent mattress, everything was just beautiful.

We did notice some humidity in the room, possibly due to the insulation of the building.

The location and huge terrace were wonderful, but that’s where the highlights ended.

The actual room we booked was tiny, with no storage space for luggage and no seating area inside the room. The kitchenette was a cluttered bench with plates and utensils cramped into a tiny cupboard. The bathroom was good as it was almost as big as the bedroom. The aircon barely worked and pumped air at the wall, not cooling the room so sleeping was incredibly uncomfortable. The huge terrace was great but the spa was shallow and awkward to get in and out.

Unfortunately I give this a bad review because it was very difficult to find the place. The address and pictures on the booking do not match the location we were given. We wasted 2 hours trying to find the place and communicating with the staff where he hung up the phone on us. The place itself was clean however the AC did not work

Location is amazing!

If staying for 4 nights like we did, place does not get cleaned. Trash didn’t get changed, towels never got changed once in 4 nights. When checked in they advised us that the towels would get changed after 3 days and noting happened .

Świetna lokalizacja i widok z okna na morze. Bardzo czysty obiekt, pokój był codziennie sprzątany. Sprawny kontakt z obsługą. Dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny. Przyjemny taras.

Location was superb, a unique experience staying in a cave environment. Large apartment with plenty of space.

The AC struggled to cope with 30 degree heat, which in turn made it very hard to sleep due to the sound. It never got below 25 degrees.

De moderne uitstraling. Wij hadden onze eigen ingang en ook was het wasrekje en de keuken inclusief spulletjes erg handig. Via de app was het personeel goed te bereiken.

Er zat een klein beetje schimmel op het plafon boven de badkamer en het bed maar dat is misschien ook niet te voorkomen met deze temperaturen.

The AC never got below 25c/77f. With that said, it was an insane heat wave and we never said anything about it, so I can’t say if that’s normal.

Fantastic, quirky apartment in simply the best location for exploring all that Monopoli has to offer! We were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff/host who showed us to our beautiful room and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival! There was also complimentary water and coffee pods for the machine in the kitchenette, as well as toiletries in the bathroom 😊 We had to contact the receptionist a few times - for help to get the tv working, which she went out of her way to sort and she also arranged a taxi for us to nearby Alberobello (not accessible by train) and booked our return taxi transfer to the airport. She was always so very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even nicer! We would 100% recommend staying here and would like to hope that we might return again one day 😊

Location, location, location. Very new, nice room, friendly staff, and very easy to reach and find. Well-equipped room. There was a kitchen too, which we didn't use. Very good for the money, season, and location. Fast and easy communcation.

late check-in from 16:00 is quite, late so we added a city tripp between checkt of previous hotel and checkin. With Car very easy to manage without, not so easy. But they offer to take over luggage and keep at their receptions. The aircondition is not really working and whatever you set on the room, is overriden by the system. Room gets very light if somone opens the first door (leading to two aparments entries with Glas windows). The shades did't really block the light, hence if you are senstive you will need a sleeping mask.

Location is fabulous, the rooms are clean and very comfortable.

The air conditioning could do with some work, it makes very little impact on the room temperature.

Da es sich in der Altstadt befindet ist es wegen des Gepäcks etwas umständlich

Súper fijne studio op top locatie met een heerlijk fijn bed en een goede douche. We sliepen er met onze zoons van 19 en 22 jr, ook een volwassen bed.

On the last day there was no hot water but it wasn’t really a problem as everything else was brilliant.

Aida que nos recibió y Alma que nos hizo el check out. Lo mejor del palazzo son ellas. El lugar lindo, ubicado detrás de la catedral en la ciudad amurallada, habitación amplia, bonita terraza, cómoda cama, buenas toallas pero lo mejor son las personas. Gracias Aida y Alma por la ayuda.

La larga escalera que había que subir para llegar a la habitación. Claro que eso no fue una sorpresa por que está avisado en la página del hotel.

Conveniently located in historical part of town. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent communication with reception staff prior to arrival especially about where to park.

Top choice! The terrace among the two church towers, lounging in the jacuzzi is just phenomenal. The vibe of this experience, as well the whole place is immaculate. Highly recommend, no notes.

Right in the city centre, perfect for a stay in Monopoli.

We loved the location and the large spacious room. The staff were lovely, in particular Ida, who was incredibly helpful and provided lots of useful information. There is a great bar next door, which we found perfect for a morning coffee and pastry or evening drink. We found it an excellent base for exploring Puglia.

If you have mobility issues or would struggle with a heavy case, the upper floors (where our deluxe room was) are best avoided as they are up several steep and narrow flights of stairs.

Our host, Ida was fantastic. She was so friendly and helpful. Our room (standard) was spacious, clean and had a fantastic balcony. Excellent location right in the centre of town yet close enough to walk to the station .

We arrived early in the season but it was warm enough to use the roof top balcony which was a lovely spot. Unfortunately though, there were no cushions out for the chairs (they were not comfortable to sit on without them) so we couldn't use it. Ida was most apologetic but perhaps if cushions were stored easily for guests to access for the warmer off season days, that would be helpful. Only a small thing and probably not a worry in high season!

Location was excellent for seeing old town. The room we reserved had a small balcony that was very nice. Big towels!

Nous avons tout aimé, l’accueil, l’appartement très beau, la décoration très belle et soignée, la vue l’emplacement en plein centre ville. Tout est merveilleux nous avons passé un super séjour en famille à monopoli nous reviendrons au palazzo et le recommandons !

Palazzo Mulini is heel mooi gelegen aan de rand van het historisch centrum op steenworp afstand van bezienswaardigheden, restaurants en gezelligheid. Je kunt een fantastische massage boeken, de handen van Angela zijn magisch! Daarbij is er een heerlijke stoomcabine en jacuzzi. Ook de kamer op de bovenste verdieping had een heerlijk zonnig dakterras mét jacuzzi - met uitzicht op zee. De bedden zijn super!

De volledig uitgeruste keuken bleek een klein kastje met servies, pannetjes en een kookplaatje.

Eine Toplage am Rande der Altstadtmauer. Von 16_20h ist die Rezeption besetzt, unproblematische Schlüsselübergabe und sehr freundliche Rezeptionistin , die einem alles erklärt. Parken in den Strassen Procaccia Gebiet, 3 min zu Fuss.Top Zimmer, mit bester Matratze in der Woche, für längere Aufenthalte Top mit Kaffeee- und Teekocher ausgerüstet, Induktionsplatte, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, einfach klasse. Top Bad, schön modern und sauber. Kleiner Balkon bei Zimmer 108, nett zum Frühstücken. Ab 10h kommt Reinigungsdame jeden Tag, falls neue Handtücher gebraucht werden und das Bett wird gemacht, Kaffe, Tee und Zucker nachgefüllt. Fazit: einfach ne Topadresse!!

Schloss Zimmer 108 springt allein auf, Tür muss von innen verschlossen werden.

L'emplacement et l'accueil étaient parfaits.

Les escaliers ont des marches hautes, attention cela peut gêner certaines personnes et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. C'est plutôt une chambre qu´un studio, la partie cuisine est très petite et peu pratique.

Our only complaint was that the internet was locking. Signal was very weak, and a lot of time the internet did not work. It couldn’t handle sending pictures to family and friends.

Very modern and clean like new property , excellent location , could not of been better , staff were very friendly & helpful , plus point having Netflix , only used once in 5 days though ! Well equipped .

No negatives other than the noise of the hot tub above us that was being used every night between the hours of 11.30 -1am !!! Would not let that put me off though as everything else was excellent .

The apartment was very central and we loved the patio with the jacuzzi, loungers and tables and chairs.

The 60 steps were a killer especially with luggage. We also found the room to be smaller than we thought.

Jolie chambre et bon emplacement dans la vielle ville.

Une odeur nauséabonde d égout persistante nous a contraint a laisser la porte sur rue ouverte en permanence. Malheureusement, il a fallut la fermer la nuit tout en laissant la petite fenêtre de la cuisine entrebaillee. S en est alors suivi une autre nuisance, sonore celle-ci. Cette fenêtre donne sur une sortie de ventilation très bruyante qui tourne en permanence. C est sans compter la lumière de la rue qui pénétrait dans l hébergement. Vers 5 heures du matin, rendu devant l'impossibilité de fermer l œil, nous avons choisi de quitter la chambre et tenter d obtenir quelques heures de sommeil dans la voiture. Autre problème: Impossible de faire fonctionner l air conditionné. Un membre du staff a été envoyé vers 21h mais nous étions déjà sorti alors il est reparti. On nous a accordé une remise de 30% mais ca reste cher payé pour une chambre dans laquelle on a pas pu dormir. On nous a proposé une annulation de la chambre lors du checkin au constat commun de cette odeur moite et nauséabonde. Il était déjà relativement tard et nous n'avons pas trouvé d'autre hébergement à proximité dans une gamme de prix acceptable et nous avions prévu un restaurant restaurant pour célébrer un événement. Cela a considérablement entaché la soirée prévue. Nous ne recommandons donc pas la chambre économique en sous-sol et il serait bon de signaler ce gros problème sur l'annonce pour ne pas mettre les gens sur le fait accompli. Nuit blanche et dernière nuit de notre séjour. Amer !!!

Le site montre beaucoup de photos avec jacuzzi, spa mais la réservation ne les comprends absolument pas. Il faut rajouter 60€/personne pour 1H de petite piscine !!! C'est exorbitant !!!!!

The rooms were extremely clean. In my opinion, the best location in Monopoly, next to the Cathedral and only a few minute walk to the main street. Eda at the front desk was so helpful and nice! My entire family is returning in September for my wedding and renting every room. She was so helpful in showing me all of the details of our future trip. I’m excited to go back!

Nothing! Everything was amazing. For us it didn’t matter, but I would know that there is no elevator, only stairs. Just prepare if you have large luggage!

We stayed for 1 night in april in the double room basement. The room was spacious, the beg very big and very comfortable, and the bathroom really huge with bathtub + large shower, everything clean, we liked the towels. Great location at the beginning of the old town.

It is in a basement so almost no natural light. Electricity stopped when getting our of the room (and so did the fridge)

Szuper környéken lévő, nagyon szép kis szállás. Nagyon jó kommunikáció, kiváló tisztaság ! A környéken mindig lehetett nem fizetős parkolót találni ! A könyéken minden megtalálható: bolt, kávézók, éttermek.

Nagyon-nagyon kevés a ruháknak való tárolóhely. Aki nem egy-két éjszakára érkezik, az bajban lehet emiatt...

Heerlijk bed en goede douche! Fijne ontvangst bij receptie. Gelegen in hartje centrum. Parkeren in omgeving is wel een uitdaging.

Uitzicht op zee viel wat tegen vanuit onze kamer. Op dit moment is het strandje nabij afgesloten en zijn er werkzaamheden gaande. Zag er niet uit alsof dit volgende week opgelost was. Mocht je boeken omdat je dan bij strandje zit, check dan even of strand alweer toegankelijk is?

Superior apartment - sea view. Includes bedroom bathroom and balcony with sea view and a private hot tub. Host was super friendly and accommodating. Great location. Spa facilities and massage were a bonus that were worth the money. Super clean and tidy.

As they stated, no lift. But the host helps in carrying the luggage.
