Place was clean, with great location. As soon as you walk out of building there are several places for breakfast with sanwiches, pannininis...

Struttura arredata in modo semplice ed essenziale. Situata appena fuori le mura del centro storico funzionale per il parcheggio. L'ospite è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Monopoli è stata una bellissima sorpresa: merita di essere visitata e... prenotate a Cala Portavecchia!

Qualche rumore notturno ma la struttura è ben isolata.

Der Strand war in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man musste nur ein sehr kleines Stück laufen. Der nahegelegene Strand war wunderschön und man hat immer einen Platz bekommen. Auch die Altstadt Monopoli war so nah, dass man sie schon von dem Balkon aus gesehen hat. Die Innenstadt ist wirklich bezaubernd. Das Personal war sehr nett und stets in Reichweite. Das Appartment befindet sich in einem Hochhaus. Der Appartmentkomplex nimmt eine Seite der Etage ein und hat einen extra abgeschlossenen Zugang, das ist sehr positiv. Zu den Appartments gehört ein kleiner öffentlicher Bereich. Hier kann Müll getrennt werden, es gibt Sitzmöglichkeiten, sowie Kaffee und Tee. Besteck oder weiteres Geschirr ist nicht vorhanden. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, auch für 4 Personen und überaus schön.

Als wir ankamen mussten wir sehr lange nach einem Parkplatz suchen, und fanden schließlich nur einen der eine Stunde Zeitlimit hatte. Generell war die Parksituation sehr, sehr schlecht. Wahrscheinlich bedingt durch die Toplage. Ein privater Parkplatz steht nicht zur Verfügung Außerdem war das WLAN auch sehr schlecht, teils sogar gar nicht zu benutzen. Das Frühstück war nicht in dem selben Haus, sondern in einer Bar, die auf der anderen Straßenseite lag. Und das im Frühstück enthaltene Essen bestand nur aus einem Gebäck pro Person. Wenn möglich würd ich ohne Frühstück buchen. Der Balkon war klein aber ausreichend. Als Familie mit 4 Personen im Badeurlaub wünschte ich mir mehr Möglichkeiten Handtücher und Badesachen aufzuhängen. Im Vergleich zu den anderen Unterkünftigen unserer 3wöchigen Italienreise eher hochpreisig

Location molto accogliente, posizione super centrale e comoda per visitare la città. Accoglienza da parte dell host e disponibilitá durante il soggiorno eccezionali.

Ottima posizione sia per il mare che per il centro storico, camera con arredi semplici ma comoda e pulita, mobile in bagno molto utile e capiente, doccia super, armadio chiuso (finalmente) con specchio intero, condizionatore super silenzioso, appendiabiti in ingresso molto utile, sistemazione camera e rifornimento acqua giornaliero. La struttura dispone di saletta comune con tavolini, macchina caffè e bollitore a disposizione. Gradito il benvenuto: vino e taralli! Menzione speciale per il Sig. Enzo che è stato molto premuroso e disponibilissimo e la Sig.ra Arianna altrettanto disponibile.

Essendo al primo piano ed avendo variato la viabilità sottostante è meglio tenere le finestre chiuse per il rumore ma è il prezzo da pagare per essere in zona adiacente al mare. Solo come suggerimento: il mobile bagno nonostante la dimensione non ha molto piano d'appoggio intorno al lavandino, si potrebbe aggiungere un tavolino alto e stretto come appoggio. Sostituirei le bustine di shampoo e bagnoschiuma con dispenser grandi ricaricabili. Sono dettagli, comunque è una bella struttura e ci ritornerei volentieri.

Als je met de auto bent is het wat zoeken naar een parkeerplaats maar ze wel altijd gevonden, wij waren er 7 dagen. Het ontbijt is in een lokale koffie bar slecht neen typisch Italiaans een cornetto en een koffie.

Szívesen vettük volna, ha a cég tájékoztatást ad arról, hogy a Cala Porta Vecchia strand le van zárva ( huzamosabb ideig felújítják) , így egy napos tartózkodás esetén a strandolási lehetőség csak távolabbi partokon tud megvalósulni.

Das Quartier ist super gelegen, nahe des Zentrum und vom Strand - super schöne Stadt . Sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Es hat alles super geklappt. Auch das öffentliche Parken war kein Thema durch die freundliche Kommunikation. Einzig, das Frühstück hätte etwas mehr Auswahl haben können. Vielleicht gab es mehr Auswahl nur wurde es uns nicht angeboten? Das weis ich leider nicht, vielleicht hätte ich mehr fragen müssen? Ansonsten waren wir super zufrieden 😊

Buena situación en Porta Vecchia, a 2 minutos andando del centro histórico de Monopoli y de alguna playa/cala. Se puede ir andando a todos los sitios.

Sería aún mejor si hubiese tenido una terraza.

The location is excellent - on the edge of the historic centre as well as the waterfront. We were able to find paid street parking next to the property. The elevator to the first floor is helpful. The room was large and very comfortable, with modern amenities and built-in charging ports. The room was very clean, and it was an excellent arrangement for our family of four. We didn’t meet Enzo, but he was quick to reply to all communication, and Arianna was very pleasant and helpful and provided a warm welcome.

This was a beautiful property! The photos don’t do it justice! Enzo was very helpful regarding booking taxis etc. Arianna was very kind and welcoming upon our arrival. Situated in a perfect spot, close to beaches and main pedestrian streets. Breakfast was just a pastry or two and a coffee, which was nice- however did expect a little more. Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend.

Great location! Big, comfortable rooms! This location is in the "newer" area of town, but only 1 block from old town. It is quiet but so close to the liveliness of old town that you feel you are a part of it. We were able to do laundry at a self-serve laundromat (clean and card-operated) just a block away. Breakfast is provided across the street at a local cafe - this is just a pastry and coffee. Great value! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, we totally recommend for a stay with children.

Está muy bien ubicado, cerca al centro histórico y a las calas. Las instalaciones son muy limpias y si llevas maletas pesadas, es un segundo piso pero hay ascensor. Enzo estuvo atento de manera virtual. Lo recomiendo si tu estancia no es muy larga.

Lastimosamente hubo dos cortes de luz durante nuestra instancia y teniendo en cuenta que el verano, no es lo mas cómodo. Entiendo que se sale de las manos de ellos, pero al pedir una hora más de estancia o de guardar el equipaje, no tuvimos una respuesta favorable ya que no había nadie que pudiera estar atento. Recomiendo poner una base para maletas en la habitación.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and perfect for our family of four. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from both the Monopoli city center and the beach. We also had no trouble finding free street parking nearby, which was a great bonus. We highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again.

Habitació molt espaiosa i molt ben ubicada, a 1 minut de la platja i a 5-10 minuts del centre històric de Monopoli. El que més hem valorat és l'espai i la netedat de l'habitació. El bany molt ampli i nou. L'Enzino i l'Arianne molt agradables i atents.

Tot ens ha agradat, per dir alguna cosa, podríem dir que l'esmorzar és millorable, ja que teníem inclòs un croissant i un cafè amb llet del bar del costat de l'apartament.

Appartamento posizionato in modo strategico a due passi dal mare, a poche traverse dal centro storico e da tutti i servizi e le attrazioni principali di Monopoli. Proprietario ultragentile fin da prima che iniziasse il soggiorno. Un grazie alla signora Arianna che ci ha accolto ed è stata gentilissima e prodiga di utilissimi consigli. Appartamento moderno, pulitissimo ed estremamente funzionale. Con il caldo di Monopoli trovare bevande fresche nel frigo dell'appartamento è stato davvero un sollievo. Davvero grazie. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro!!

Clean, spacious room and bathroom. Arianna and Enzo were both very friendly, and communication was excellent. The location is great: close to the city centre, within easy reach of the beaches, and there's a very convenient small supermarket just downstairs. I was slightly concerned about noise after reading some reviews, but we had no issues at all. The daily breakfast was a lovely added bonus!

Jó a lokációja, közel a tengerpart, és a központ is. Hangulatos a környék. A szoba és a fürdőszoba rendezett, tiszta.

Éjszaka és hajnalban zajos a környék, sokszor felébredtünk emiatt.

Apartamento espaçoso, limpo, camas confortáveis, excelente localização perto do mar, mercados e restaurantes. Fomos recebidos pela Arianna, que foi muito gentil. Recebemos dicas de passeios e restaurantes e recebidos com uma garrafa de vinho, que apreciamos muito.

This apartment located was really good, you need to walk only 5 min, and you are in the middle of the old town. If you would like to go to the beach, it’s also close, but it’s a tiny one. In the apartment we have balcony, which was my favourite spot, in the evening you can drink a good beer here. We choose the breakfast option, and we got a tipical Italian style a good croissant and a coffee.

The street is a bit noisy, but if you close the window, it’s okey.

La posizione è un vantaggio poiché vicino al centro storico e alle calette principali. La grandezza della stanza e del bagno. La comodità del letto.

La colazione troppo scarna (caffè e cornetto al bar) per quello speso per una notte in un bed & breakfast. Il rumore notturno di auto e moto di passaggio nelle strade vicine. La gente, probabilmente ubriaca, che frequenta i locali delle vicinanze. Le finestre non isolavano bene acusticamente e non abbiamo dormito tranquillamente.

La stanza quadrupla pulita e confortevole, bagno e doccia molto ampi. Il sig. Enzo ed i suoi collaboratori sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. La posizione ottima della struttura ci ha permesso di parcheggiare la macchina al nostro arrivo e riprenderla solo prima della partenza. Tutto accessibile a piedi. Lo consigliamo vivamente!

The establishment is actually a set of rooms in an apartment building. Breakfast is italian, meaning coffee and croissant at a nearby coffee shop, so don't expect continental breakfast options. Unfortunately our room was not very well insulated - during night you can hear the cars on the street, both late at night and early morning

O quarto é grande, muito limpo, a localização excelente e o Sr Enzo sempre muito preocupado em ajudar, gostei muito e super indico!

Localização excelente perto da praia e perto do centro histórico. Quarto ótimo para 3 pessoas. Quarto e banheiro espaçosos, novos e limpíssimos. Ducha com ótima pressão e espaçosa. Enzo me ajudou em todas as dúvidas rapidamente por WhatsApp e consegui estacionar na rua gratuitamente por 2 dias, pois enquanto em Monopoli não precisamos do carro pra nada; pois fomos á Polignano a Mare de trem.

O travesseiro no armário estava sem fronha. A fronha e o lençol poderiam ser de um algodão mais suave.

Atendimento e quarto excepcionais.

O café da manhã é numa cafeteria próxima e tinha apenas croissant e café.

Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter! Alles sauber! Tolle Lage! Zentral zum Meer oder auch zur Stadt! Wir mussten schon sehr früh zum Flughafen und der Vermieter hat das Café gebeten extra für uns schon um 6:30 Uhr aufzumachen! Das war sehr freundlich!

Deberían dar un instructivo de como se estaciona en esa zona, no solo en inglés sino también en castellano. Muy difícil encontrar quien te lo explique especialmente cuando uno no es de esta parte del mundo.

Het vriendelijke ontvangst, het prettige app contact vooraf en het feit dat de kamer erg schoon was.

Het ligt een behoorlijk stuk van het station vandaan. Met koffers hebben wij er bijna 30 minuten over gedaan. Dit hebben we vooraf verkeerd ingeschat.

Everything was even better than I expected. The apartment is in a great location, and there is very convenient parking just 1 minute away, which is free during the week. The apartments are exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and modernly furnished—beyond expectations for this type of place. We also had breakfast included, served at a nearby café, which was a wonderful way to start the day. Enzo is extremely kind and provided us with all the necessary information about restaurants and places in the area. Thank you, Enzo! I highly recommend this place!

Soggiorno davvero piacevole sotto ogni punto di vista. La stanza era accogliente, pulita e molto curata, ma la cosa che mi ha colpita di più è stata la comodità del letto e soprattutto dei cuscini. Soffro spesso di cervicale e raramente riesco a dormire bene fuori casa, invece qui per la prima volta mi sono svegliata senza alcun dolore al collo o alle spalle. Una differenza che ho notato subito e che per me vale tantissimo. Si vede quando c'è attenzione anche ai dettagli che fanno davvero stare bene gli ospiti. Esperienza super positiva, tornerò molto volentieri.

La struttura è in una posizione strategica, vicina al Centro storico ma raggiungibile comodamente in macchina.

L'accueil, la proximité de la ville historique et des restaurants. La chambre est très bien meublée, coquette, et propre. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans un bar très proche mais pas copieux.☹️

As fotos correspondem aos ambientes, que são muito limpos e organizados. O anfitrião e sua equipe nos atenderam prontamente, com informações claras. O quarto que utilizamos, para 5 pessoas, é amplo e arejado, com móveis novos e janelas eficientes, assim como o banheiro. Acomodou minha família toda com muito conforto e segurança. Como estávamos de passagem ficamos só por uma noite, gostaríamos de ter ficado ao menos uma noite a mais pois a cidade é muito legal!

O café da manhã é bem simples (um croissant e uma xicara de café) e em outro lugar a poucos metros da acomodação. Como existe ao lado do quarto um espaço muito bom para pequenas refeições, o café da manhã, por ser simples, poderia ter sido oferecido nesse espaço sem que precisássemos nos deslocar para outro lugar. Sobre o estacionamento, como é na rua, tivemos que contar com a sorte para parar perto da acomodação, pois estávamos com várias malas.
