Das Personal war sehr nett und hat es uns ermöglicht so früh wie es geht einzuchecken. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und gepflegt.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Only a short walk from the Medina and also good transport options nearby. We felt safe. The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and the bathrooms clean. We asked for more toilet paper and bath towels throughout the week and these were delivered immediately. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a washing machine with washing powder provided out on the back balcony. The living area was very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you to the kind staff.

The water in the shower was very cold but perhaps we should have turned something on to heat it.

EVERYTHING. This place is a gem, location, design, space, layout, balcony and comfort. A different feel to a place right in the city centre that has far more character than u expect. The team looking after these properties is excellent in terms of communication, manners, professionalism and help. ( Fanny was so sweet and always available and ready to help, Fahd was very polite and professional and Zakaria is the one that made it happen and he was a great help during my stay in Rabat so thank you very much for that) The rest of the team that were there when collected the luggage were just as nice and helpful. 10/10 and I would recommend for sure ( well done team)

This apartment/hotel was lovely to stay at. We was comfortable and there lot of space for the children to move about. There was good surcurity all the time. There's everything you may need at the apartments.

The bath was not clean at all, it had hair and dirt wich I had to clean.

Appartamento grande e confortevole, bella posizione vicino alla Medina, ad un locale dove cambiare i soldi, ad un Carrefour Express che ci ha salvato la cena, il terrazzino sul parco dà la sensazione di essere in un luogo sperduto e selvaggio, l'aria condizionata una manna dal cielo dopo una giornata calda in giro per la città, letti comodi, divano enorme, TV con app per vedere film, in cucina c'è anche un rubinetto con acqua potabile, struttura altamente consigliata.

I 3 bagni sarebbero da ristrutturare ma erano molto puliti.

L'emplacement est parfait : on peut tout visiter à pieds ou prendre le tramway de l'autre côté du parc si besoin. On peut facilement se garer en bas de l'immeuble. La vue sur le parc est agréable. Super accueil et bel appartement avec une literie au top !

We hadden appartement 61 de deur gaat open en wow een zee van ruimte, echt dit is wat je noemt een appartement en daarnaast lekker koel. De Medina is letterlijk om de hoek de moskee op knipoog afstand. Het grote park op 30 meter afstand. Goeie power douche Natuurlijk zijn er altijd punten waarover je kan klagen. Maar ik ga hier niet over beginnen reden je vindt altijd wel wat als je kijkt en zoekt. Voor mij en mijn Nederlandse standaard zou ik elke keer als ik in rabat bent dit appartement reserveren.

Bathrooms and kitchen are little tired, nevertheless an awesome play to stay in Rabat.

La grande surface de l'appart, et son emplacement, la vue sur le parc

Le code pour entrer dans l'appart qui m'a été communiqué par message n'était pas le bon. ( imaginez que j'arrive de nuit...) J'ai signalé dès le 2 eme jour que le coffre était en panne "erreur 0". " on va passer avec un technicien" je suis reparti le 5eme jour sans avoir vu quiconque.. L'explication ( succinte) écrite pour la télé ne correspondait pas au modèle de l'appart... Qui plus est le signal wifi s'est révélé très insuffisant pour la télé malgré un répéteur dans la chambre. ( décalage son image etc..) Ca fait beaucoup ! Ce superbe appart mériterait un management professionnel, un vrai !

Läget, centralt nära till sevärdheterna! Värden var trevlig och lättillgänglig! Jag fick hjälp från värden väldigt snabbt! Stora utrymmen för en stor familj som vår! Välisolerad.

Vi gillade ALLT med boendet! Det vi kan ge som förbättrings förslag är: det skulle vara fint om ni hade ställt ett par flaskor med rent vatten i kylen. För vår familj som var sex personer behövde vi fler bestick och koppar. Detta fick vi dock fort ordnad utan problem när jag kontaktade hyresvärden.

Alles beviel me, super mooi ingericht en veel badkamers. Maar schoonmaak was iets minder, er lag namelijk wel een flekjes op de hoeslaken, maar verder was alles serieus 10/10 ook de airco was in elke kamer aanwezig. Super super super

De locatie is fantastisch, hartje centrum. Dichtbij park, oude stad, trams en taxi's. Ruime appartement met ruime kamers en badkamers. Airco. En goede ontvangst en check in.

Het appartement voelt wat verouderd aan op sommige plekken, maar is niet storend.

Le personnel est aimable

L’appartement où j’ai séjourné ne correspond pas du tout aux photos présentés au niveau de l’annonce. Ce n’est pas honnête car ça ne correspond pas à ce que j’ai payé. Plusieurs points négatifs: - la vue n’est pas terrible (pas de vue sur la nature comme affiché en photos) - table à manger sans chaises ! - moquette très sale - mouches envahissantes - pas de gel vaisselle ni gel lessive - 2 serviettes ( dont 1 sale) pour 3 personnes - 1 couverture chaude sale - on ne peut pas fermer la serrure de la porte ( de l’intérieur )

In de ochtend en avond weinig parkeergelegenheid. Erg druk voor het complex. Maar niet echt een probleem. Parkeerwachters helpen je erg goed

Great location, within easy reach of the medina, Rabat Ville Train Station and restaurants. The accommodation was in a quiet area of the town with restaurants in walking distance and the medina was a short walk away.

The accommodation was very basic. The bed linen, especially the pillow cases were old and tattered. Although the advertised facilities included an iron, toaster and coffee machine, they were not provided. We requested an iron but were not given one. The bathroom towels were old and frayed. Upon asking for new towels, we were first told that they were clean. Upon insisting on fresh towels, we were then told that there weren't any available. It was only because of our persistent requests that we were provided with good bath towels. It felt like the proprietors have over promised and under delivered. All in all, it was a disappointing experience.

La entrada del edificio estaba bastante descuidada, y la zona para llegar al apartamento un poco oscura pero no hemos tenido ningún problema.

Peu de serviettes pour se laver surtout si on reste longtemps L'équipement de l'appartement est un peu vieillot, il a du potentiel non exploité. Je pense qu'il a un besoin de rénovation pour donner un peu plus envie Le gardien s'endort souvent la nuit et on attend longtemps pour qu'il ouvre la porte d'entrée pour accéder au bâtiment L'appartement a énormément de mouches, il faudrait trouver un système car ça donne mauvaise impression quand on arrive alors que c'est très propre !

Très bel appartement, grand, fonctionnel, parfait pour 3 couples avec ses 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, clim réversibles, très bon wifi, grande télé, cuisine. Au 3eme étage avec ascenseur. Au pied de l'immeuble un distributeur et une station de taxis. Des restos et cafés un peu partout, la médina à 5 minutes à pieds, la tour Hassan à 20 minutes à pieds, le tramway pour Salé à 5 minutes à pieds, l'emplacement est très bon. Une mosquée juste en face de l'appart donc on entend très bien les appels à la prière en journée et très tôt le matin. Compter 20 minutes depuis l'aéroport en taxi.

Rien à voir avec l'appart mais les applis Careem et Indrive ( équivalents Uber ) ne fonctionnent pas souvent. Les taxis ne veulent pratiquement jamais mettre le compteur donc négociations obligatoires et souvent chères.

La répartition des pièces. La propreté et surtout l’emplacement sont des atouts très forts. L’accueil et la prise en charge étaient parfaits. Personnel à l’écoute et très serviable.

On avait eu du mal pour le code électronique de la porte mais on nous a bien encadré.

للعائلات هو نوعا ما غير مناسب. هناك حفلات شبابية غير محترمة حتى اوقات متأخرة من الليلة في شقق مجاورة. الموسيقى عالية.. ورائحة الشيشى تننشر في الممر و السلالم. صعوبة إيجاد موقف للسبارة. إنتشار العا..رات و المتشردون في محيط العمارة....

Ma fille avait un lit pas du tout confortable dure comme de la pierre et les voisins très bruyants et pas respectueux des horaires de sommeil. La TV n’avait que YouTube et rien d’autre et pas de volets dans la cuisine ouverte ou ma fille a dormi dans le canapé. Et pas de lave-vaisselle

In particular the only thing I liked about the stay was the location, everything else was very unprofessional and unhygienic.

Well I really don’t know where to start to be honest since this booking has been a downhill battle ever since arrival. Our contact person Fatima Zahra has only been wanting to communicate through WhatsApp and not in person, we waited for 20 minutes at arrival whilst we called Fatima asking where she is at so we can get checked in. She then called a cleaning lady to give us our keys for our room which we didn’t mind, we just wanted to relax and sit down in our apartment that we booked at this point. As soon as we step in the the main room in the apartment we notice it’s filled with atleast 5-6 flies which we instantly told Ibrahim (The person in charge of the cleaning ladies and service), He then got a cleaner to come and try to remedy the situation, the only thing she brought with her was a cockroach spray which was odd since it was only flies (I then realized there were cockroaches in the kitchen drawers, hence the cockroach spray the cleaner brought) I then realized during the evening when I was grabbing some cutlery from the kitchen drawers that there were cockroaches in the kitchen drawers. And some in the bread toaster as well. So I couldn’t even cook if I wanted to. This whole situation has impacted these two days of my stay so negatively as me and my family had trouble sleeping knowing how unhygienic the apartment was. The cleaning lady had come on the first and 2nd day and no change what so ever. Also I booked this apartment for my family and I, and wanted my mom to be able to relax in her own room but when she closed the door, she wasn’t able to open it again and the door had locked itself in, so we had to call Ibrahim yet again.. We just wanted a nice relaxing vacation stay, and what we got was the opposite filled with stress and sleepless nights.
