Расположение апартаментов на центральной улице. Рядом жд вокзал RABAT VILLE, рынок, 2 банка, обменный пункт, много кафе и магазинов. Недалеко Касба и мавзолей Мохаммеда.

Плохая шумоизоляция. Слышно всё, что делается на улице и в соседних квартирах.

Ubicación, limpieza fantástica, la terraza con vistas , por poner un pero , es un cuarto sin ascensor, pero ya lo ponían, por lo demás se portaron muy bien conmigo

De locatie was top en alles goed bereikbaar. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam; ik mocht zelfs later uitchecken wat erg fijn was. De airco werkte uitstekend en zorgde voor een comfortabel verblijf.

Het enige nadeel is dat er geen lift aanwezig is; het appartement bevindt zich op de vierde verdieping. Al met al een prettige ervaring die ik zeker zou aanraden.

Très bel appartement, propre, calme et bien situé. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. L’hôte est très gentille et accueillante. Je recommande sans hésiter

Great location , clean and modern.

The apartment is a good size, well located, and provides everything you need for a short stay.

Although access to the apartment is digital, tt is necessary to contact the host to complete the check-in process, and the address listed on Booking is not exactly the same as the apartment's actual location. It would be great if the entire check-in process could be completed online, without requiring a face-to-face meeting with the host.

A cosy place in the city centre, within walking distance of all the main attractions. A very convenient location; the flat is fully equipped and has everything you need. The bath with a view is a real bonus.

There was a slight issue with the check-in process because I tried to get in touch and was passed from one person to another.

I enjoyed the experience of the building and being in that part do the city!

Great location very close to man train station and short walk to the Medina. Spacious room with little kitchenette. Comfy bed! Brahim was so lovely and was in contact the day before to check on time of arrival and was there when I arrived. Provided a quick check in. Was available via WhatsApp’s for any questions and replied very quickly!

Very poor drainage in the shower. It was completely flooded after only a few minutes. However this is a common issue in Morocco but this took quite a while to drain so had to turn off the shower every few minutes while washing hair. There is a light just outside the main door which does not turn off. And above the door is a glass panel above the front door, which meant the room was not full dark, making it very hard to fall asleep. No WiFi password or details were provided so unsure if this place has WiFi!

Il y a plusieurs étages. C'est un bon endroit pour faire du sport, mais il aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement. La climatisation est un peu bruyante, mais ce ne sont que des détails.

Great Location.

L'équipe de Balima a été formidable. Elle est toujours à l'écoute et très réactive à la moindre demande. L'accueil a été très agréable. L'emplacement du logement permet de visiter les principaux centres d'intérêt de Rabat à pied et de profiter de beaux couchers de soleil.

L'emplacement est top top top,quartier très calme,sécurisé.

Il n'y pas de place pour ce garer,pas d'ascenseur.

we arrived early and the host allowed us access early too which was very much appreciated. Communication with the host was a little awkward on the day we arrived, as we did not have a Moroccan sim card when we arrived and so could only communicate with the host when I we had wifi. It would have been helpful to have directions to the appartment and a meeting time agreed upon before arrival ( it was above shops and offices on the 4th floor and is not obvious from the address). How ever all ended well and Brahim was a very helpful and accomodating host.We enjoyed our stay.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con lo scaldabagno e non mi è stato possibile lavarmi.

Отличное расположение, хороший вид. Рядом несколько хороших кафе для завтраков, красивый парк и много банков для обмена. Хорошая ванная комната, WiFi, удобная кровать. Есть мини-кухня и установлен фильтр для воды.

Шикарный вид из окна, очень удобное расположение в центре города около вокзала! Есть кондиционер который зимой можно включить чтобы было теплее.

Не смотря на кондиционер, в комнате все равно холодно зимой.

Very responsive, kind management that met me on arrival. Safe area; accessible to cafes, central market, grocery stores, medina, and ability to cook from home. The airport bus drops off just down the road. The flat has everything you need. The neighborhood is well lit, and very comfortable for a woman traveling alone. The property was quiet and I was able to do my work, sleep, and cook. 10/10.

Shower drainage could be improved. But that's a small thing, and I should have just let the management know. Everything was wonderful!

I liked how friendly the staff was especially brahim , he was super nice , very helpful , great guy.

I can't thank the staff enough for their help during my stay. I booked at 20 minutes notice and they welcome me at ease. The apartment is clean, spacious and very comfortable. It has a decent balcony overlooking the Rabat Vile area.

Maybe 4 flights of stares after a long day of exploring. But everything about the place was great.

Excellent location and great views from the small balcony. Clean and compact studio. Good water pressure and hot water in shower. Very close to train station.

There's a bright light out in the hallway outside the main door that you can't turn off - they should maybe get a curtain to cover the window above the main door to block it out as it disturbs your sleep. Don't leave any food or drink waste in the kitchen or the ants will appear! A few of the sockets were hanging off the wall so didn't feel safe to use. The electric shutters on one window stopped working while we were there.

Very clean , the location is the best you can get , ibrahim was super nice and helpful, I definitely recommend it to anyone who want clean quiet and convenient location just to mention that there is no elevator, but the stairs aren’t bad at all ,

La ubicación es perfecta; he vivido en Rabat y puedo decir que esta zona es la mejor para alojarse en la ciudad, por su seguridad, cercanía a los puntos de interés y a la medina, así como por los servicios disponibles en los alrededores. El personal es increíble: Brahim nos atendió de manera excepcional, siempre atento y disponible. Además, nuestra habitación estuvo lista una hora antes de lo previsto para adaptarse a nuestra hora de llegada, algo que apreciamos mucho. Repetiríamos aquí sin duda.

Único “pero”: la habitación está en la cuarta planta sin ascensor. Para nosotros no fue un problema, ya que estaba indicado en la descripción del alojamiento y lo reservamos con conocimiento de ello.

Localisation exceptionnelle au cœur de Rabat, au pied de la gare, dans un bâtiment d’époque sublime, vue imprenable sur la ville avec le soleil couchant, salle de bain avec baignoire et lumière naturelle, lit très confortable, propreté irréprochable, excellent wifi, accueil particulièrement chaleureux et facilitant. C’est vrai qu’il faut monter 4 étages à pied mais ce n’est pas pire que les 5 à 6 étages d’un immeuble Hausmanien à Paris, et l’équipe d’accueil vous aidera volontiers à porter vos bagages.

Très très bien placé. Petite place vraiment charmante à proximité pour prendre son petit déjeuner. Tout est à portée. Hélas de lourds travaux sur l’avenue ont beaucoup ternis la tranquillité. L’appartement a le charme réel de l’ancien penchant vers le vétuste et reste très agréable. Quelques équipements à revoir. Le seul réel point noir est le manque d’ascenseur pour une ascension qui s’avère un réel exercice cardio.

La vitre en haut de la porte de l’appartement qui la nuit laisse passer la lumière continue des parties communes.

Es un cuarto piso, que con la entreplanta equivale a un quinto-sexto, vamos 99 peldaños. La lavadora una pena. No lava y no centrifuga, tienes que retorcer la ropa despues, antes de tenderla. La ducha esta muy bien pero le cuesta desagüar

Appartement ne correspondant pas vraiment aux photos présentées sur booking.com. La réalité est decevante par rapport aux images présentées et au prix élevé payé. De plus, appartement difficile à repérer en l'absence de numéro de porte devant la façade.

Location was very good. Walking distance from medina, new central area, tourist attractions and train station.

Washing machine was broken and bottom was heavily rusted. The washing machine was running around the balcony and made loud noises.

It is a comfortable option when staying in Rabat. Super close to the train station, so very convenient if you're travelling from/to somewhere in Morocco by train. The area where the property is situated is very nice - lots of cafes, restaurants around. It also feels safe! It is only a short walk to the main atractions in Rabat and, in case you don't fancy walking, getting a taxi is easy as well. The property itself is basic but with everything you might need. And the bed was big and comfortable.

The only downside is the fact the room is on a 4th floor and there is no elevator 😅 So bare in mind you'll have to walk up the stairs with all of your luggage etc. But it's manageable!

Very central if you want to be near the station

I didn't mind, but beware that there are more than 100 steps up to the flat and no lift. Beautiful steps with 1940's mosaic, but a very big lot of them...

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und in der Nähe von Cafés, Restaurants und Märkten.

Für ältere Menschen, Kranke und Menschen mit viel Gepäck empfehle ich es nicht, da es sich im vierten Stock befindet und keinen Aufzug hat. Der Duschabfluss ist aus irgendeinem Grund verstopft. Ich habe versucht, ihn zu öffnen, aber es ging nicht. Ich hoffe, Sie finden eine Lösung.
