Eastern Blue - Sea View Luxury Apartment

Loved the apartment size, facilities and pools. All furnishings were modern and operational. The host Malini was really lovely and accommodated our last minute booking.

The sea is rough in the area and therefore not for swimming but we knew that and having 2 pools to swim in more than compensated.

Quiet place, comfortable beds, spacious.

Very windy, not well equipped, 1 teaspoon for 4 persons, toilet door did not close, very old fridge, TV main bedroom broken...

Location was perfect, with a stunning view. The patio was spacious with good protection should it be windy. The seaview and proximity to view sunrise was excellent. The property was clean and very comfortable.

Fantastic stay! The self-catering villa was spotless, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend! The villa had everything we needed, great privacy, and a beautiful setting. Would definitely come back! Mrs Nisha was very helpful and accessible and a pleasure to deal with.

Lovely , peaceful location, fabulous apartment and amazing pools !! Proximity to a beach with waves was such a bonus in this area. Loved the bbq availa lenon the terrace. This complex is shared with home owners, so you should bear thatbin mind and be quiet and respectful !!!

The Manager Nisha is a great host, surrounded by beautiful nature, next to the beach very close the restaurant on the ocean shore, we thank her for her hospitality, helpfulness .We will definitely visit again. Thank You Nisha

It was a self-catering accommodation. Had all the necessary facilities. Good sea view. Great swimming pools.

Being pushed to "maintain silence for the sake of residents with the option to cancel payments with refund if it we were not sure of ourselves". That was very oppressive behaviour, totally not in keeping with traditional welcome. It made us feel like second class citizens. Then we had to pay security deposit in cash. They do not accept credit cards. This too we found not in keeping with traditional accommodation requirements.

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement un peu retiré des lieux touristiques, il faut cependant être véhiculé. Les piscines sont propres et très agréables, l’accès à la plage est direct, pas sur un lagon. Le lagon n’est pas loin. L’appartement est grand et bien équipé mais peut être les équipements sont à rafraîchir! Il est grand il y a de l’espace pour une grande famille. La résidence est très calme et reposante. Le personnel est très sympa.

Les équipements vieillissants et de nombreuses fourmis sur la terrasse pas dans l’appartement. Pas de supérette à proximité.

Très beau appartement, très bien équipé, très propre. Logement tranquille, spacieux avec vue sur la mer et la piscine.... vraiment idéale pour une famille avec des enfants. On a passé 14 jours inoubliables !

On a tout apprécié ! Rien à redire....! Le ménage est fait tous les 2/3 jours vraiment super !

Muchísimas hormigas por todos lados (demasiadas) y se nota que tiene mucho uso, el sofá y las sillas con manchas (todas) las paredes, los grifos, nevera, en general se nota que le falta un buen repaso..Muy moderno pero un poco deteriorado

Emplacement, piscine, vue, accès direct à la plage, calme, place de parking à disposition.

Pour un logement de ce standing, l’équipement de base est vraiment insuffisant : aucun produit essentiel à l’arrivée (pas de sel, poivre, huile, ni même de capsules de café). C’est dommage pour un lieu de ce prestige. Le ménage laissait aussi à désirer : les armoires de la cuisine étaient grasses, j’ai dû les nettoyer moi-même. Il y a également beaucoup de fourmis., Dommage ce manque d'entretien car le bâtiment date de 2022 . Enfin, un rideau ou un store dans la salle de bain principale qui est ouverte sur la chambre serait indispensable, car la lumière du matin réveille très tôt.

L’accueil par le gardien et Nisha alors que l’appartement n’était pas prêt arrivée en avance on a eu la possibilité de profiter des piscines la plage où l’on était toujours seuls avec les fonds marins très beaux l’appartement très spacieux vue incroyable poste Lafayette est un coin calme sur l’île on avait plaisir à rentrer le soir loin de l’agitation des villes Nisha faisait le ménage régulièrement le gardien très gentil et serviable . C’était vraiment top !

Juste les premiers jours les voisins du dessus qui tiraient leurs chaises sans faire attention mais ça personne n’y peut rien.

It’s truly a luxurious apartment. The accessibility to the beach. It is also well furnished and equipped. Clean and very private. Would definitely book it again. Mr Malindi was hospitable. Its definitely as is in the pictures.

Just a slight hiccup we forgot our shower gel, and unfortunately they denied it was left behind. The place is not near any facilities if you are arriving late make sure you have supplies for the night.

We had a wonderful stay.We liked the location, it was so peaceful and calm.We enjoyed the view of the sea and beautiful sunrise from the terrace.The 2 big swimming pools were superb...Since there was almost no other people there, we had the pools just for ourselves.

A little bit windy but amazing experience

The apartment is located in a closed, safe area, with direct access to the beach and a parking space. Security staff are on site at all times. The staff was very nice and helpful. The apartment is very spacious, located on the first floor with an elevator. It's a nice, modern space, very comfortable and new. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi work very well. The kitchen is well equipped. We had everything to cook and prepare meals. The terrace was large and the view of the ocean was stunning. We also really liked the swimming pools. Especially in the evenings after a whole day of sightseeing. It is a very nice place to relax, I highly recommend it to tourists with a rented car. There are no shops or restaurants nearby. There were some ants in the kitchen and on the terrace, but we didn't leave any food outside the fridge and it wasn't a problem at all. I recommend this place to all those who value peace and quiet. I would choose this place again if I came to Mauritius again.

Beautiful location in an idyllic part of Mauritius. Loved the constant gentle breeze which was such a welcomed reprieve in the December hear. Loved the sound of the waves and the freshness of the air. The swimming pools on the premises were great and the amenities in the apartment was also top notch.

Spacious, lovely place but housekeeping sucked.

No fast response to important matters. Eg. Not enough bedding. There was a night my kids had no blanket and was informed it was in laundry. Definitely needs more bedding. Housekeeping needs to be more efficient.

The villa it self was modern

Windows didn't have nets which lead to animals come in the apartment. We had a lizard 🦎 packed in our luggage. Room is only cleaned every other day and the day of cleaning staff didn't mop or sweep the floor

The last night of our stay we were having hot water issue. No hot water The kitchen sink appears to be blocked. It would be nice to have a mirror in each room.

My stay at the sea view apartment was simply wonderful! The view of the ocean from the balcony was breathtaking, and having pool access added a perfect touch of luxury to our vacation. The apartment was immaculate, well-furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to the security staff for their diligent work in ensuring a safe and secure environment throughout our stay. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made us feel at ease and welcome. We also want to extend our gratitude to the cleaning lady, who did an excellent job maintaining the apartment's cleanliness. Excellent place to stay. The apartment is very well maintained, modern and clean. The host, Mrs. Nisha, was very professional and helpful.

Lovey, well equipped, modern and clean apartment. Beautiful swimming pools and lovely beach with plenty rock pools and rolling waves.

Excellent apartment and complex which is well cared for and lovely pool area. Security were really helpful as was Nisha the housemaid.

Our request for an early check in was not replied to. We arrived hoping to get in early at 11:00 but was not able to as the apartment was not ready. The security phoned Nisha who was the housemaid and keyholder and she kindly let us leave our luggage in the apartment. We came back for 2:30pm which was the official check in time, but the apartment was not ready. There were workmen in the apartment as the ceiling fan in the lounge was not working and they had to replace it. The apartment was finally cleaned at 4:30pm. We were left with wet towels where Nisha had to wash them all. Not Nisha's fault she just had too much to do and needed another person to help, as the previous ocupants had left the apartment in poor condition.

There was lots of space and had a well equipped kitchen. The pool was a nice size too and overall it was a good experience. The security was very friendly.

There was no dishwashing pods, which is not ideal if you’re staying for a couple of days with a family. We were told to put the dish washing liquid in the dishwasher, which we did not do as this will not ensure that the dishes will be clean and may actually break the dishwasher. Unfortunately, we had no other choice but to wash the dishes by hands. Furthermore, the description stated that there was cleaning products in the apartment however there was only the dish washing liquid. The shower glasses were covered with limescale; a deep clean will be a great.

It would be nice if property had working tv channels (selection was very poor and majority did not work) Or Netflix account justfor the property and guests to use. Bc during a cyclone or a long stay with rain there is not much to do in the apartment. Wifi did not reach pool area. Upstairs neighbours can be very noisy and bed mattress was not individual pocket mattress so u can feel your partner moving and it wakes u up.

Very clean, modern flat with all your amenities. Very beautiful area with pool and amazing little beach out front to watch the sun go down. Remote so you'll need a car to get around. But that's what made it great.

The only negative was there was no AC in the living room - I just left the bedroom door and it cooled the flat.

Due to a late handover on our arrival at 4pm as flat was still being cleaned due to previous occupants. Whilst we were sympathetic & we were able to access to settle into the bedrooms all the towels and bed shawls were still drying on both terraces.

There is nothing to like about this run down apartment

On arrival we had problems the room was not clean the cleaner just reused the old bedding nd put it on we never had a clean apartment all the bedding where used and dirty the apartment had issues which the manager knew about the ac in the room doesn’t work the shower blocks up causes flooding in the room the WiFi in the last room doesn’t work or connect there in absolute no safety in there room no windows lock no main front door lock they are al open we stayed there for 10night not even once did they clean our rooms it’s was left to us the kitchen stinks there was old rubbish let over from the last people we had issues with the management from the start this place wants your money only doesn’t care about anything else the varanda was in a mess bugs everywhere dead stains all over the floor I would really avoid this place with all cost

The location was excellent. The bonus was seeing the whales a few times during the weekend.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is extremely comfortable with stunning sea views. The staffs are welcoming and helpful. The pool was perfect, apartment is well equipped and maintained. BBQ facilities was great too. The owner is very responsive and granted us a late check out. Overall perfectly amazing place to be with your family to relax.

I wished, we'd have one extra room as the sofa bed isn't so comfortable. Cut short the quiet hours.
