Le personnel est adorable , le buffet et le restaurant sont très variés et bons. Les prix sont corrects ( nous n'étions qu'en demi pension ) pour les fois où nous avons mangé en plus où pris des consommations. La literie est bonne et l'hôtel est très propre. Le personnel est attentionné et très réactif. Ils sont dans l'échange le partage et le plaisir de vous faire découvrir l'île avec leurs conseils. L'hôtel est calme et bien situé si vous souhaitez découvrir le nord- Est de l'île. Merci pour les petites attention dans la chambre et votre gentillesse vraiment une mention spéciale pour le personnel notamment ' Arassi ' ( j'espere ne pas me tromper )qui s'est occupé de nous du début à la fin du séjour .

La chambre était un peu petite il fallait vraiment tout bien ranger pour pouvoir circuler mais rien de bien contraignant car on ne part pas à l'île Maurice pour rester enfermé. Et je dirais dommage de ne pas contrôler un peu plus les transat. Car comme dans de nombreux hôtels, premier arrivé premier servi et les gens ne respectent malheureusement pas les autres en laissant leur serviette toute la journée alors qu'ils n'y sont pas pendant de très longues heures et vu le prix des radisson c'est tout de même dommage .

Malgré avoir vérifier plusieurs fois ma réservation ainsi que la formule(tout compris). j’ai quand même été classé en demi pension(Découverte à ma grande surprise au bar de l’hôtel)

The only downside in our opinion were the shower facilities. As we had a late flight we used the lounge and shower facilities. There were no clean towels so would have to collect clean ones from the beach front but wasn’t told this prior to entering the shower room

Nous avons eu une fuite qui a inondé notre chambre dès le premier jour, puis une petite fuite en continu pour les 3 jours suivants, avec des techniciens qui débarquaient dans notre chambre deux à trois fois par jour. Nous n’avons jamais reçu d’excuse de la part du management de l’hôtel et avons dû demander un changement de chambre nous mêmes. L’hôtel est situé sur une plage très venteuse, ce qui rend l’accès à la mer difficile.

We enjoyed our stay, thr staffs were wonderful. However, we would have preferred more comfortable pillows as the ones we got was a Plastic material like. Overall, everything was perfect including thr delicious food and drinks.

Nous avons passer un séjour exceptionnel pour notre voyage de noce , un accueil très chaleureux spécialement avec Davisen qui a était au petit soin et avnash, et également ram notre très cher concierge . Dés notre arrivée à l’hôtel ils nous ont mis des étoiles plein les yeux. Le cadre est paradisiaque parfait pour se détendre et profiter pleinement avec plein d’activités proposée on ne peut pas rêver mieux . Un grand merci égara l’équipe du F.n.b qui on était au petit soin avec nous sur et tous notre séjour. Que de belle intention en vers . Nous avons était tes toucher remercions tout particulièrement Ayesha , Alvin , Ronish , Kevin , Adiven .. et j’en oublie sûrement ! Nous avons eu l’occasion de tester l’institut de massage où nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli. Avec un moment de détente magique avec les masseuse . The room was clean and spacious, and the pool was clean and heated as well. :) The resort is well-maintained, although it could use some small renovations here and there, especially the showers, as some of them are leaking. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone was kind and attentive, always ready to assist, which made the experience even more enjoyable. they have taxi service available at the resort which is a plus. also, something interesting is that you can go to the other Radisson resort free and enjoy the services there (pool/ beach), and they arrange the shuttle for you. the have different entertainment per night at the beach bar. they also have the late checkout service which really helped us a lot as we had the flight in the night. Overall we had a nice experience :)

The food could be improved. Each dinner had its own theme, which was a nice idea, but the quality and taste were inconsistent—some evenings were really good, while on others, the food felt a bit lacking in flavour. Although I do like dogs and animals, I don’t really enjoy having them in the dining area. I think it would be more pleasant to keep the dining area pet-free.

The hospitality was incredible! They constantly Checked in to make sure I was ok and were beyond helpful, the room is comfortable and was welcomed with a bottle of champagne and fruit! I highly recommend this hotel

Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The resort offers a chilled vibe, the inclusive package is definitely worth it. Staff were available to assist at any time of day. Beautiful views and cocktails. Very comfortable room.

We had a power outage in our room, it took a couple of hours before it could be fixed. More shaded lounging areas by the pool would be great.

On remercie le personnel de l’accueil, mais très particulièrement un grand merci à Nidhee, Davisen, Vidushi et Ayesha avec qui nous avons beaucoup sympathisé et avec qui nous garderons de très bon souvenir. La chambre est très spacieuse, bien agencé, le lit King Size est très agréable !

Zimmer mit Meerblick war ganz chic eingerichtet. Das Personal, was sichtlich gearbeitet hat, hat einen sehr guten Job gemacht. Das Restaurant à la Carte ist empfehlenswert.

Die Animatoren wirkten unerfahren. Jedesmal hat man uns im Zimmer angerufen, um nachzufragen wie uns der Service gefällt. Nicht alle Menüs und Getränke sind all inclusive

I will respond adequately on my 2nd visit during a good weather season. The chilly winter was a factor not to be ignored. Notwithstanding the fact that the resort is in a good place.

Crammed up room with poor room facilities, allegedly dependent on whether one is on full board or otherwise. To be tested to the fullest extend perhaps?

They rescue dogs and A big Dirty dog is allowed inside the dining hall drooling all over the floor and asking guests for food, also goes to the swimming pool to drink water while your swimming. Makes you uncomfortable if your a neat frick like me.

The pool and beach access, the spa are all very nice. I enjoyed those.

The food isn't great, it's always the same menu for breakfast and the dinner buffet options are terrible. Please improve on that. And perhaps also add more variety with the room service menu. The hotel app went unattended as well, why have it if it won't be attended. The rooms are very tiny also, which was depressing.

We loved everything about our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious options, and the beachfront location was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The service was outstanding, especially from Ashivesh, Vidoushi, Olivier, Adiven, Adarsh, and Kevin, who all went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

There was honestly very little we didn't like. If we had to suggest one improvement, it would be to offer a few more activities.

When we checked in, at the reception desk, the receptionist serving us left us to talk to a colleague about doing their personal laundry and other non work related activities, while we waited and we ended up sitting down because we were tired after a very long flight. Upon check-in, we told the lady who took us to the room that we don’t take alcohol and to take out the wine bottle and we asked if they had non-alcoholic beverage instead. She said yes and would bring it the next day but we requested that she bring it that same night. She did not come back and the wine bottle was still in the room until we checked out. The bathroom rugs were torn and old. I have stayed here before and had a good room and that’s why I booked again but after this stay, I will not be coming back here.

Purtroppo la posizione non è delle migliori poiché molto esposta al vento, e spesso non è possibile stare in spiaggia o in piscina. Alla sera la musica di intrattenimento è spesso alta e fastidiosa.

Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Le personnel est vraiment adorable, toujours souriant, disponible et avec plein de petites attentions qui font la différence. L’hôtel a une bonne disposition ce qui est top. La décoration est très sympa, aussi bien dans les chambres que dans les parties communes. La plage est nettoyée tous les jours, c’est vraiment agréable de pouvoir en profiter. On s’est sentis très bien accueillis du début à la fin. Niveau nourriture tout est ok petit déjeuné varié 2 restaurant dans l’hôtel aussi bon l’un que l’autre. On recommande sans hésiter !

Le vin rouge en formule All vraiment pas terrible mais on est pas là pour faire une dégustation c’est pas un vrai problème.

La localisation

I am writing this comment and I am still staying at this wonderful hotel. The staff at the resort are the best, especially the employee ARASSI and the employee SUNIL (japni). They are professionals in performing their job and have helped me a lot in everything I need. Breakfast and dinner are very good. As an Arab tourist, I found that the food is very suitable for the Arab taste and close to the flavors of Arabic food. So, I liked the breakfast buffet and dinner. The cleanliness of the rooms and their views of the charming surroundings, swimming pool, marine activities and everything about the hotel is amazing. Resort prices are better in Mauritius compared to resort jealousy. I recommend living in it to anyone who wants to come to Mauritius.

Nous avons regretté notre séjour au Radisson Blu Poste Lafayette Resort. - Personnels très froids, pas aimables, qui ne dit jamais bonjour. - Le chekin nous a refroidi d’entrée. Nous avons attendu 30min avant que nos valises soient amenés en chambre (nous avons dû appeler 2 fois l’accueil pour réclamer nos valises). - Chambre très très mal insonorisée. Nous entendions chaque passage devant notre porte, mais également nos voisins des chambres d’à côté. La première nuit, nous avons eu une grosse fuite d’eau au niveau de la Clim. À minuit, nous nous sommes retrouvés à éponger le sol avec des serviettes. - Musique à fond tous les soirs au niveau du bar. Impossible de s’en dormir, nous entendions tout de notre chambre. - Prix du spa très très cher ( plus cher que certains hôtel 5 étoiles sur l’île). - Le buffet du soir pas à la hauteur. Nous avons eu l’impression d’être à la cantine. Les plats proposés ne sont pas dignes d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Personnels pas du tout accueillant.

The exterior of the hotel is beautiful. The beach and the surrounding area look like something from a postcard. The staff are incredible- everyone working in the restaurant and reception was very kind and helpful. A special shoutout to Daniela for her great service! The hotel also has a safe and spacious parking area. The food at the restaurants was fresh and tasty, which was definitely one of the highlights of the stay.

The biggest issue, and the most important one for a hotel, is cleanliness. Throughout our stay, our towels had visible dirty marks on them. Towels were also provided inconsistently- one day we were missing hand towels, another day face towels. It gave the impression that the hotel was struggling with towel quantity. The bathroom is in need of a complete renovation. Being old would not be a major issue if it was properly maintained, but unfortunately, it did not feel like it was cleaned properly. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which we reported twice, but it was never resolved. The toilet had urine stains that appeared to have been there for a long time and were not properly cleaned. The toilet also had a small leak where it connected to the floor. The curtains in the room were noticeably sticky, which added to the overall feeling that cleanliness and maintenance were being overlooked. While the food was fresh and tasty, the drinks were disappointing. Both the beer and the “cola” were flat with no bubles, but were still charged as if they were regular cans. The beach and the view are beautiful, but the beach is mainly for enjoying the scenery rather than swimming, as there are many rocks. Another thing worth mentioning is the loud music playing until around 10:30 PM every night, followed by additional noise later into the night. This may be enjoyable for some guests, but for people looking for a relaxing vacation and early mornings, it can be frustrating.

Bad food, no food options for lunch at all, poor quality amenities there were ants in my room, the fruit basket I paid for came with the fruits uncut how am I supposed to eat a pineapple uncut overall the logistics are underwhelming
