Me gusto muchísimo la ubicación, y el cuarto era bonito, si solo necesitas baño y cuarto.

Las habitaciones no están nada bien isoladas y es difícil dormir con tanto ruido, especialmente teniendo una terraza arriba, todas las noches escuchábamos cuando lavaban los platos y todo. El cuarto tiene un espacio un poco extraño que es como una cocina pero no es cocina (no nos molesto porque no cocinabamos, pero importante a tomar en cuenta). Y por ultimo, los 2 últimos días no teníamos papel higiénico en la habitación y las 2 veces que hicieron limpieza no nos pusieron más.

no hay desayuno pero la ubicación es excelente porque esta en una muy buena zona, muy tranquila y se puede caminar muy a gusto. La señorita que nos atendió (Laura) fue muy amable con nosotras.

me hubiera gustado que hubiera una luz sobre el lavabo del baño para poder verse bien en el espejo y que el mini refrigerador este en un mueble para que no quede en el piso.

Very roomy and clean suite. Very good location in Condessa across from a big park, The area felt very safe and the hotel staff made us feel especially secure with their controlled access (guests leave their room keys off at the reception desk when leaving the hotel and must pass through the reception area and retrieve keys to enter the hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The hotel's location is excellent: right across from a beautiful big park, very safe, and with many good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We highly recommend this hotel.

The bathroom is a little small for the US standard, but very manageable

The bar upstairs had a veeery weird vibe, it made us feel the bar and hotel are designed for prostitution The terrace is beautiful to hangout during daytime but most was closed, and the rest completely empty, I didn't see a single other guest there (and actually anywhere else). When the bar was closed they didn't even turn on the lights of the other common areas

El sábado hay música en directo en el bar del hotel hasta las 12 de la noche y se oye en todas las habitaciones, me parece increíble. La ducha es completamente obsoleta, el agua tiene poca presión y es difícil aclararse el jabón. La habitación que nos dieron, en el tercer piso, es bastante ruidosa por las palomas, el bar y una habitación de servicio por la que pasan todos los trabajadores. No hay ascensor ni AC.

The location is wonderful. We upgraded our room as the junior suite was quite basic and felt like a cupboard. We upgraded our room to a superior suite with a view of the park. It was excellent. I wouldn’t recommend a junior suite.

Information on limitations of a junior suite. They face an internal courtyard. The stairs are quite hard to navigate and information should be given about that. There is no elevator. We had an unfortunate encounter with a waiter in the restaurant upstairs. Separate management to the hotel but it impacted our stay. Overall the staff were courteous and helpful.

Die Mitarbeitenden sind wirklich super nett und hilfreich, zuvorkommend. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend.

Wenn man das kleine Bett erwischt (Bettengrößensind je Zimmer unterschiedlich) hat man zu zweit wirklich wenig Platz, das waren so 100-110 cm. Am Wochenende hört man Partygeräusche von den umliegenden Einrichtungen, aber es ist noch in Ordnung.

El hotel es muy bonito, decorado con gusto, y se encuentra delante del parque de Mexico, un lugar que nos encantó de la ciudad (muy verde, con servicios y buen ambiente). Repetiríamos solo por eso, un acierto total. La habitación era bonita y cómoda. El personal muy amable, tuvieron algunos detalles con nosotros.

A mejorar, la presión de la ducha. También desde la habitación se oye bastante cuando limpian o llegan otros huespedes.

I loved the neighborhood the city was in. I also loved how the hotel felt so authentically Mexican. The king suite was so spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was great having a mini fridge and microwave in the room to use since we were there for several days. The cleaning staff was also very attentive.

I loved looking out the window onto the park, however, having the dog park across the street resulted in dogs barking at a very early hour. There was also loud banging in the hotel in the morning due to renovations that were being done. The shower was not always consistently hot, and the couch in the TV room probably needs to be replaced. Being American, we are used to bigger TVs, but having the ROKU was excellent.

Puede ser boutique por la ubicación y por el edificio pero el acondicionamiento de las habitaciones no corresponde para nada a un hotel boutique y menos el precio.

Excellent location, right on the Parque de Mexico, and near a devastatingly good churreria and lots of breakfast options nearby. The staff was extremely pleasant. The room was simple but clean.

This is not a luxury experience, to be clear. The sheets in particular were kinda rough.

The property is a charming, historic building with great taste without being too much. Charming indeed!

Maybe the decor should reflect the period of the building…some elements do, but the bedroom furniture did not. That is being very specific…but your facility is wonderful!

We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place has someone at the door to let you in. It felt safe. We had a suite with ample space and a pretty view. The location is excellent. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Lively neighborhood. Music and little shops everywhere.

The neighborhood can be a little noisy, but you get used to it. We used a big fan they provided as white noise and were able to sleep just fine.

Wasn't that comfortable, hot and stuffy and it was very dark, the TV worked but had issues with sound.

The hotel is very beautiful (authentically Mexican) which I love as it is more traditional instead of these ugly modern buildings that have destroyed Condesa. The bar is cool as well with great cocktails. As someone who lived 4 years in Mexico, it is also the absolute best location in the city. The staff were very attentive and very kind, great service. I will be back this weekend.

Virtually nothing - the shower flow was weak, for some the TV might seem small but we weren’t visiting Mexico and staying in a boutique hotel to watch TV, and for some the live music from the street cafes and bars might be a little intrusive but that’s part of the charm of being in the heart of Condesa

The hotel itself is a charming building with a lot of character. The location is great. The staff were friendly.

The water pressure (shower) was very low. My wife couldn't wash her hair. Hot water wasn't always available. My wife and I both were forced to take a couple cold showers. No heat in the room. A space heater was available on request but didn't produce much heat. The room was very noisy, both street noise coming into the room and noise from the restaurant/bar right above us.

I was traveling in the wet season. The room was moist and clammy. No fan was in the room. The windows were into the vestibule - so, air out the room was only possible while giving up privacy The closet door was blocking the entry to the kitchen

Convenient location - close to parque mexico and many restaurants. Friendly staff. Charming hotel, cute aesthetic. The front gate is always locked and they have staff 24/7 so we felt safe.

No AC (which was fine since it cooled down at night but the room was hot during the day), the microwave and fridge was not plugged in, we had to ask the staff to come and plug them in for us. Our room was located on the 3rd floor which meant the corridor was not covered so we would get wet when it rained.

Visiting Mexico during the World Cup and the hotel did not have a single TV Channel!!!

The rooms are very stuffy and have no air conditioning. The rooms with windows do not have mosquito screens, so if you open them, mosquitoes come in. Every 2–3 hours, some kind of machinery (I’m not sure what it is) turns on and makes an extremely loud noise. Now I understand why the rooms come with earplugs. It is impossible to get any rest. The bathrooms are extremely small. The staff was very friendly and did their best to make us feel comfortable, but under these conditions, it is impossible.

The hotel is in a prime location and is very pretty. Lovely bar at the top of the building overlooking the park. Most amazing were the staff who were always on hand to help with a smile. Very friendly and made the stay 10/10. Also provided a late checkout free of charge to my friend who had a late flight out of the country. Amazing, would recommend!

Only thing was that the shower cold tap didn't work.

The hotel is well situated in Condesa and easy to reach from the airport with an Uber. Staff is very friendly and helpful (my internet did not work and they tried to resolve asap).

The bathroom was a bit dirty, nothing to worry but still a bit more attention would be good. A note in the room says that guests should be quite after 22:00 to allow others to sleep but then had a band play in the restaurant until after midnight which could be heard in every room.

The staff was very nice and helpful! Room was clean and the amenities like the coffee maker and fridge were also nice! Room was quiet and it was nice that there was a bank of sinks and bathrooms at the end of the large hall on the 3rd floor.

Wish the room had windows that could stay open on their own. We had to improvise something to get airflow. It would've been nice to know about the restaurant and bar upstairs. The staff didn't tell us about it and we didn't know until the last day. There should be a menu of the restaurant in the room so people can know. Wi-Fi on the 3rd floor wasn't the strongest and kept dropping.

The property was at a prime location. Right in the center of Condesa/Hipodromo. Across the street from Parque Mexico.

Since its a popular spot, there is alot of outside noise. Also, there was construction going on at the property so one couldn’t sleep in.

Fun aesthetics, such a cute and quaint vibe. Very clean. Interesting restaurant. Very friendly staff. Really nice location. Faces a nice park. Too doors are outside and face a courtyard opening. Staff made the hotel feel very safe. 24hr front desk service.
