Reviewed Sep 13, 2026The room is ok, just smells like cigarettes, the sheets, mattress, and duvet cover smell after use, not washed, sleeping on an itchy mattress, no room freshener, the toilet floor is mossy, smells, there is soap provided, but the soap is like it was in ancient times, the staff I wanted to check in at 2.30 didn't have it, I called twice, with the answer I was just about to go downstairs, needs to make a lot of improvements, in terms of the room and the staff, thank you..

Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay at this property and would not recommend it. The property was not clean, especially the bathroom, which was not properly cleaned and maintained. The room itself was also not very clean. The lift was very slow, and there were issues with the parking as well. I also contacted customer service regarding the issues, but the response was very slow. The staff handling the payment also took a long time to respond, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, there are many areas that need improvement, particularly cleanliness, customer service, and the management of basic facilities. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my experience and would not recommend this property.

The room is dirty and in poor condition. The bathroom is dirty. It has a bad smell. I can't change the channel on my tv. Very poor condition. Disappointed. The room obviously needs to do some cleaning. I can see the spiderweb inside the bathroom and the floor is slippery (because it is never cleaned right?). Even if it's cheap, you didn't have to do cleaning?ooh yes 1 of light not functioning.

Exit/entrance- not so good Only 1 lift Overall it’s value for money

1. No parking provided, though the host advertised there is parking provided. False advertisement. 2. Slow lift. Took 10 minutes to go up and go down. 3. No tissue provided. 4. No trash bag provided. I stayed for 2 nights and dont know where to throw the rubbish on the second day. 5. Only basic channels on the TV.
