Bukan x suka cuma mau komen sikit aircond d bilik prlu d servise sbb smlm kurang sejuk sdgkn suda guna no 16 sda.. Trpksa psg kipas bru ada sjuk sikit.

The room was clean, covered parking available, and most importantly, it was close to QEH 1. (Very recommended for those attending course/seminar/appointment in QEH 1)

There is a leak in the ceiling. I suggest providing a mini fridge and microwave.

It was cumbersome to get the house details, mine personally it passed 3pm and only then I get the details and I am required to make few calls.

The location is strategic. Check in process was easy. The homestay is cozy and peaceful. Although we only stay for 1 night.

Master room bathroom water heater not working and the water pressure is very slow. Outside bathroom water heater also problem (got very loud noise if you turn on the heater).

Strategic location..beside queen Elizabeth hospital, near to find food, near to the attraction places, private parking

The unit is spacious and comfortable, ideal for our one-night stay.

The kitchen window blinds didn’t work, and the aircond in Bedroom 3 wasn’t cool enough, but overall it was still okay for the price.

The property is decent for the price. Water pressure is not high but bearable. Toilet is very clean. Two aircond one in living room and one in the bedroom. One shaded free parking per unit. But if raining will need an umbrella to get to the car. Location is very close to city centre / attractions. Love the hair dryer. Better than the hotel ones ,😂

Maybe a shoe rack would be good and some cutleries. Also maybe for my unit on the second floor to fix the aircond because not sure why it's on a timer so if offs in middle of the night. But since we open the living room aircond we could bear with it.

I truly appreciate the owner’s kindness and consideration in allowing me to check in early. They are very understanding and warm-hearted. I really enjoy staying here because there is a security gate, and my car feels safe. The friends I recommended this place to also liked it very much, and they plan to make it their first choice whenever they have matters to attend to and need a place to stay in KK.

There are no bathroom slippers provided. Dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, and bath soap are also not sufficiently provided in each bathroom.

Property didn't feel very secure, the main gate was open and never locked, other than that just a weak internal door lock. Photos are substantially different to reality in that they seem to be taken many years ago. It needs a refresh and refurbishment (mould, dirt and shabby parts). AC wasn't very powerful.

Stayed in room 123-A-2. We like the bedroom. The water heater works well. The kitchen prepare all the needs and had coway too. Got washing machine too. There is a worker there he mopped the stairs which makes us like the place, its clean. Rating the PIC to contact good service. To improve on whatsapp customer 1 day early for maps and codes to get keys.

Aircond not cold and need to switch on the fan. To add on scissors & 2-3 medium basin for customer stays there for washes the food for cooking. Can put ant poisoning. What i didn’t expect is the apartmen has no lift but however still can walk using stairs. Some lights not functioning.

Very easy and self check in, good and convenience for family trip and wifi provided.

The location is very good, only take few minutes to reach other tourist spots. Easy check in info. Very convenient because it is on the groundfloor, easy to carry our stuffs, my old parents can get in easily, no need to climb up stairs... Near to our parking as well.. the house itself is very cozy, comfortables.. room very cozy, very comfortable as well. All cooking utensils and other accomodations is great. Can cook.. near the main road, but very quiet.. i like it very much. overall, it is highly recommended!!!

A bit old. The sink was leaking but the staff sent someone to fix within the hour.

Ubytování bylo velmi skromné. Postele byly pohodlné. Tekla teplá voda. Celkem dobré. Čekala jsem, že tu bude aspoň vařič na uvaření polévky že sáčku, nebo mikrovlnka. To mi chybělo.

Chyběl mi tu vařič nebo mikrovlná trouba. Velmi skromné.

Отличная квартира. Рекомендую от всей души. Все чисто, есть все необходимое. Самое главное есть потолочные вентиляторы. Кондиционеры в каждой комнате. Комфортно, удобно все. Все работает без нареканий.

В маленькой спальне при включении кондиционера выпадают маленькие тараканчики. Район достаточно далеко от центра.

Thin walls. Since the house is separated into two, if neighbors talk loudly its like you're in One house😂. Not so secure as main door only 1 lock doorknob.

Terbaik, Lokasi sangat terbaik, berhampiran hospital Penginapan - bersih Harga - sangat berpatutan bawa rm 200 Ada peti sejuk, tempat memasak, ada TV, ada wifi. Katil Queen ada 2 Katil single ada 2.

Bagi yang first time, pintu pagar utama apartment memang sentiasa tutup untuk keselamatan penghuni. Hubungi admin melalui no yang tertera. Untuk penambahbaik, pihak pengurusan perlu menghantar maklumat mengguna whatapps lebih mudah. Cthnya no bilik yang di tempah.

The gate area is dark and not familiar with the type of padlock. Upon check in, it's raining heavily. Suggest the host change to pincode which is easier by pressing the number. The numbering also difficult to see coz of light reflect. The unit not provide shampoo and drinking water. Anyway, the stay is comfortable.

Location considered good to us, walking distance to park, laundry & food, minutes of drive to major shopping centres

Facilities is bit run down and not as expected, noise from next building is annoying, sound proof need to be improved as we can hear noise from next door, wifi down on & off, ants were spotted on table & kitchen bench

Harga sangat berpatutan dengan bilik yang luas dan bersih. Lokasi hampir dengan pusat bandar dan tidak sukar untuk mendapatkan barang keperluan runcit. Keselamatan terjamin dengan sistem remote pagar keluar masuk.

Lampu agak malap disebabkan ada beberapa lampu tidak berfungsi sepenuhnya seperti di ruang makan dan dapur. Stove (dapur masak) perlu diselenggara kerana api kuning menyebabkan periuk dan kuali hitam di bawahnya.

did not expect the house is located at the ground floor plus the parking is just beside the house. very convenient especially i come with baby and toddler.

Heads up. the property don't have lift located at 2nd floor. naik tangga ya. if have family using wheelchair not recommended. the picture used for promotion is for 1 bedroom room. for 2 bedroom its different decoration. parking only for 1 car have 2 lot visitor paring first come first served. not worry about safety they use auto-gate which only residence have the remote and the kitchen is clean. building next door make a bit loud sound. so, if u want to rent you rent lo, if you don't want then its oke lo..

I like the location, that all

The lock for the front gate was very hard to open,the room key was hard to get we try calling the owner but did not pick up.The whole room has a very strong moldy smell and many items in the room was old and yellowish. The photo you saw at booking.com is very cheating and the real room look nothing like that. There is also a corner which has already damage by termite. I wouldn’t recommend booking this at all.
