good location.

sangat2 selesa ....

same level with the swimmng pool & easy exit to the lobby

Parking to the room so far.

Very strategic location. Use elevator boom! To the mall! Toilet - nice and well cleaned 9/10 Bed - 7/10 Pillow - 10/10 Aircond - leaking 5/10 Wifi - 10/10 Iron board - 3/10 - a bit old and not stable Hair dryer - 10/10 Kitchen utensils - 10/10

For the first timers, Checking in is a bit confusing. But the host is very patient and helpful.

Perhaps the best maintained apartment I have stayed within Imago - maybe because its newly renovated? Well equipped too.

Kept having aircond issues throughout the stay. To host's credit once complained they did send someone to figure it out. But considering the price, I would've expected at least a fully functioning AC throughout the units throughout the stay.

Berbaloi stay d sini. Dorg punya layanan sangat² memuaskan. Homestay pun sangat berpuas hati. Very reconmended.

Location and spacious.

Kawasan penginapan di bandar

Staff reka cerita tandas dalam bilik ada puntung rokok, padahal sewaktu checkout sudah check tiada puntung

The location, the customer service and the view

The whole process of getting the key, so confusing to navigate the mall and locker to get the key

Staff very helpful Thanks Rani

The toilet in the Master Room are not clean enough, there is a mold at the bathroom wall.

Tout a été parfait

Rien

Right above the big mall. Everything you need. Even water bottles for The complete stay. Nice room for children. Washing machine with detergent!

The freezer is not working very well. But we'll.... other than that it was absolutely perfect

Ckean and looks new for this unit.

Simple check in

Lokalizacja, wyposażenie pokoju, bardzo miły gest - woda butelkowana

Hałas z lotniska jest dość uciążliwy ale to w całym mieście. I łazienka, mogą by być lepsza, szczególnie chodzi o zostając wodę

Love that it feels like home and easy to go to the mall.

That only two access cards were given. It was rather difficult for us who were a big family.

the spacious space, very comfortable for 8 members to rest with a great view. even frequent airplanes moving very close to the building, but everything was really great

no for now

可以看到神山日出與小部分的海景。屋主給予簡單易懂的自助入住說明。

整體的設備與環境稍嫌老舊

Location at imago mall only an advantage.

The owner must always assure the unit apartment clean and replacement of bedsheet pillow case all aminities in room tiptop. Guest has to call for cleaning services upon check in.

Comfartable venue for family relaxing and value for money. Convenience and easy as surrounding by shoping mall

Offer max 2 car as unit is meant for big famili

Location

Overall apartment was run down and shabby looking

Location. Close proximity to Imago.

It was very cozy and placed just above Imago . So it was very convenient to go shopping. I wound totally recommend the place to provide some plastic or reusable plates/cups for those with kids tho because everything was glass and so fragile if kids were to use it.

I won’t say I don’t like it but the place to put back the keys was abit confusing. But was all good.

Location. Room good size

Washing machine not working properly.

everything

can only use “lif bomba” to access car park

The quiet or sound proof of the wall/glass though it is very near to airport runway

If the host can change the toilet floor map to have better water suction so that we don't walk with wet legs...

That its above the Imago Mall so very convenient to get food. Staff also very accommodating & fast response. Kudos!

Overall, its a decent yet worn out unit. And toilet have weird smell maybe because its an apartment so normal sewage issue. I think only suitable for a short stay.

Location easy to access.

The bed. Not really comfortable.

*The location is fantastic. *Self check in was well- managed. *The parking lot was secured. * The air conditioning was good. * We were allowed late check -out at 12.30 pm as I need to offer my afternoon prayers.

1. Labelling for EXITS from parking needs to be improved, as some are missing- stick to the Yellow background labels. 2.The swimming pool water is MURKY. I was very upset with the water quality and could not see through even at 5 meters. Swimming at night- needs more lighting as it was swimming in darkness.I sincerely hope that the management will improve on the water filter and cleanliness of the swimming pool.

The location above the mall is very convenient.

The sofa is torn. The batteries in the fan, air con remote control are dead. One of the bathroom is quite small, if you take shower there the whole floor is wet and very inconvenient to go toilet.

Very cozy apartment. Facilities as expected. Very clean and comfortable.

Apart from location as loft lobby was behind the building. Long walk around the building to get to the shops early in the morning as mall opens at 10am. But mall easily accessible through the elevators and lift once open.

Very strategic place.

Washing machine not functioning well

I like the location, parking, wifi

The lifts and the furniture is not comfort...

The location is superb. Mall is just below the apartment.

The bed is uncomfortable. The toilet in 2nd bedroom is so small & the shower is in a very awkward position.

Clean and comfortable..

Very clean
