Very friendly obliging hosts. I really enjoyed my stay. They welcomed my dog Henry without any problems and provided a safe yard for him to wander in.

Loved everything about this accomodation. The photos don't do the place justice. Such a beautiful little sleepout and an extra room adjoining to the main house with its own ensuite. Clean, spacious and warm. You could see the mount from the driveway and the owners were so kind and friendly enough to let us check in early.

Welbourn was over the road from the racecourse and very close to Pukekura Park which was a bonus for us. There is a lovely set of shops for coffee, Chinese, bakery and general items within a short walk from the accomodation. The Bach is a delight! It is clean, comfortable, has a good tv, lovely kitchenette with all the utensils you need to make your own meals if you choose. The shower area is clean, modern and new. Del and Graeme were lovely welcoming hosts who were easy to approach for any questions.

The lovely bright well-equipped accommodation. Good position for easy access to town for restaurants etc. Quiet. Comfortable.

A private, beautiful and spacious accommodation that was very clean and well organised. Perfectly located, with everything thoughtfully set up. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

It was perfect.

Clean and tidy. Hosts are very aware of peoples' needs-personal hygiene supply pack provided.

There was no wardrobe. No window in the bathroom for more proper ventilation

The best location, closer to go anywhere. There were cafe, take away, fish n chips and bakery in 3 mins walking distance. Based on the main road, but feels very quiet. A lovely place to relax. Bathroom is a new and very spacious.

We provided our own breakfast but there was a plentiful supply of tea, coffee, condiments etc. The bathroom had a large range of toiletries, more than I have ever seen in holiday accommodation. The overall standard is exceptional, the apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly.

Lovely hosts and they were very welcoming to our dog. The location was good and the place was modern and comfortable. We'd be happy to stay there again.

The only thing we found was it was a bit hot. A good fan was provided, but it could probably do with aircon in the summer.

Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Great location close to town, quiet surroundings and a welcoming feel. The outdoor area was a nice bonus. Fantastic hosts, we’ll definitely be back again!

Parking was a little tight with our big SUV, but we managed just fine.

The property is very handy to shops and downtown. had a designated car park. The hosts met us on arrival and explained how thing worked. There was a full range of appliances etc. There was even chocolates there. All round the perfect. Thank you for providing such a nice place to stay for a few days. We will be back

Lovely decor, clean and lots of extras that you don't usually get in usual motel or hotel accommodation. Friendly and welcoming hosts. The apartment is on a busy road but good location with a few shops nearby and close to racecourse and park. Easy drive into town and to the Airport

Hot water takes a long time to come through especially from tap in bathroom. Outside light seemed to be on nearly all night which is a bit annoying when you like a dark room at night. We didn't realize that the second bedroom was separate from the main room until we got there and discovered that it was a room that is attached to the main house and access to it is through an outside door approximately 10 meters away

Amazing location & beautiful home!!! There is everything you need available! The hosts are so friendly and helpful! Shower is amazing & beds were so comfortable. Very modern, peaceful and just so beautiful. Having both the suites available is perfect! Home was warm even though we stayed in winter! Dog friendly also, so happy we could bring our furry friend! Honestly couldn't fault anything! We definitely will be back! Loved our stay so much!

Our two day stay was excellent. Del and Graeme have made this space so comfortable and welcoming. If you can think about it, it was included - a proper home from home. The chocolates and a litre of milk in the fridge won us over straight away. The en suite was so lovely I didn't want to leave it! Thanks again for a great experience.

Really well set up, had everything you need and more. Immaculate, good sized bathroom, overall a comfortable cosy studio unit. Friendly helpful owners and a handy location to be based from. Really appreciated being able to have the dog with us - one of the main reasons we chose it, but would stay there again regardless. Thanks for a great stay.

Friendly host. Very clean and fresh, tastefully decorated. Every little detail was thought of. From an array of spices and condiments, to chocolates and milk. From oven mittens to umbrella, from Q-tips to band-aids and panadol. Also, there were 2 stands to put suitcases on, a rarity.

The accomodation is very clean and well presented, good location, welcoming hosts. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and in excellent condition. There were very good laundry facilities and a lovely, semi-private garden area. We could take a quick 5 minute walk to a bakery/takeaway food shop. We only saw the main unit which was more of a large studio since the bed, couch and kitchen were all in one big room.

The location is great especially if you want to go to Pukekura Park. And there is a bus stop right outside, if you don't want to drive to town. The larger room was also excellent with good facilities, including Netflix and Sky, a large bathroom and a kitchenette.

I had booked the whole property for 3 people (a couple and a single). The property consisted of one lovely large room with kitchenette and large bathroom, and a smaller bedroom across the courtyard. Unfortunately the smaller room was a huge disappointment. While the large room had Sky and Netflix, the small room had few facilities. It had no fridge, no Netflix or Sky, a tiny bathroom (the sink was so small I banged my head when I cleaned my teeth!) and it didn't even have the WIFI password displayed anywhere. So once the other couple had gone to bed watching movies, I was left with nothing to do. The parking was also very awkward in get in and out of. It would be OK for a small car, but was a real struggle for my SUV.

A wonderful welcome from our hosts! Every need is catered for in the accommodation. So clean, comfortable and guest-oriented. Highly recommended😁Located so close to town and Pukekura Park. It was an ideal spot for exploring the city and surrounding areas.
