1 Star Extremely disappointing stay Unfortunately, this was one of the most frustrating stays we have experienced. The host was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. From the beginning, the check in process was unnecessarily complicated. The instructions were extremely long and confusing, making a simple check in feel like rocket science. It took us quite some time just to understand what we were actually supposed to do. The conditions of the stay were equally difficult, with an endless list of “ifs,” “don’ts,” restrictions and potential fines. Instead of feeling like paying guests, we felt as though we were constantly worried about breaking some rule and being charged for it. Even the parking was unnecessarily complicated. Finding and accessing the designated parking space felt like playing a game, with confusing instructions and a process that should have been much simpler. The apartment itself was extremely small and not particularly clean or well maintained. The walls were visibly dirty, which gave the apartment an unpleasant and neglected appearance. What was even more disappointing was the linen. It appeared that the linen had not been changed properly. We contacted the host about this issue, but our message was simply ignored, which is completely unacceptable when a guest raises a genuine cleanliness concern. Noise was another major problem. There was significant construction activity immediately next to the property, and because the apartment is also located very close to the main highway, we could hear cars and motorcycles throughout the night. Consequently, getting a good night's sleep was extremely difficult. Overall, this stay was far more stressful than enjoyable. The complicated check-in, excessive rules and potential fines, difficult parking, small and poorly maintained apartment, unchanged linen, ignored complaint, and constant noise made this a very disappointing experience.

بعده عن الخدمات والمطاعم العربيه او الأكل الحلال والبقالات والمحلات اسعارها جدا مرتفعه وكذلك المواصلات وموضوع الصعود متعب من من لفت إلى آخر والأولاد ارادو استخدام حوض السباحه ورفضوا لابد من وجود شخص بالغ وايضاً الدخول الساعه 3 والخروج 11 والشقه بها الكثير من النمل وممنوع رمي القمامه ولم يخبرنا بالمكان المخصص للرمي واحد الحمامات لايوجد به ماء دافيء ولا توجد مرايات في الغرف واحد المغاسل لا يتم تصريف الماء منه

Comfortable rooms with adequate beds. Sufficient kitchen utensils. Mahjong table and additional stools was a bonus. Wi-fi and 2 parking lots convenient. Clean with good storage closets.

1 of the 2 stove was not working. Remaining stove took a long time to heat up. Instead of plastic cups would be better to replace with ceramic mugs instead. Pillows too big and uncomfortable for the neck. One of the wash basins in the room was clogged.In addition to rain shower would be practical to have handheld hose as well. Very disappointed with my booking though. I booked and paid for my 3-bedroom unit very early on. A day before check-in date I was informed that the unit I booked was defective n not livable. No similar type unit was available n was offered 2 2-bedroom units which I accepted due to no choice. Upon arrival, only 1 was available. The host then offered a 3-bedroom for 2 nights n move to the 2 2-bedroom unit for the 3rd night. Can u imagine what a hassle it wud be to check out n check in again for the 3rd night with 2 kids, 2 seniors n 4 adults not to mention the lost of use of the room for a few hrs if we follow check in time of 3 pm n check out at 11 am. In the end we manage to continue to stay in the 3 bedroom unit for 3 nights otherwise our holiday wud be ruined. Communication was english all along n suddenly it was in mandarin which I cudnt understand, so presumcious n thoughtless.

Spacious property .

Check in information provided by WhatsApp only. It could be difficult to understand if you are not used this kind of system before. No man show. Not even one tea bag or water bottles in the room. No brush & paste.

This is a tricky company. They imitate the other company JAZZ by using JAZ instead, a very misleading information. They should not be included in Booking.com. Service: poor response.

They don’t provide any services. Using virtual check-in process. Very confusing. I didn’t see any of their staff. Booking.com should not use them AT ALL.

Dusty wall. Once u turned on the fan, dust will start dropping on your bed and caused itchy eyes.

The units were clean and nice to stay but it didn't meet our needs.

We were very disappointed because we booked 3 bedroom unit with max 5 bed but at last minute the management told us the unit was out of electricity and they gave us 2 different units on different floor which really spoiled our family gathering and holiday mood. If they had issues with the unit, why they kept advertise the unit on booking.com. Please be more responsible next time.

The unit is not clean. The wall are dirty. Kitchen utensils are only for 3 person. And this operator check out time is 11am instead of usual 12noon. Additional charges apply for check out after 11am.

Did not take breakfast, no comment. The location easy accessible.

The only thing i did not like is about the property is the floor tiles in the bathroom, what the hell in the world the toilet especially the toilet floor bathing area so slippery, i & my grd niece fell while bathing, injured my lips(Bleeding) & my right chest bone, i still felt intense pain till today when breath hard & walking since my injury on past Saturday 25.4.26. The management should provide a rubber non-slip mat or non-slip slipper in the bathroom for guest.

مكان الشقة فقط والجو كان بارد بعض الشيء

اعتقدت انه فندق ولكن كانت شقة شخصية لأناس ولم يكن هناك مكان استقبال ولا خدمة حمل حقائب ولا خدمة تنظيف ولا يوجد في الشقة تكييف فقط مراوح ودخول الشقه كان متعب لوجود كود أرقام مكون من سته أرقام يجب عليه إدخاله حتى يفتح لك الباب. كنت قد حجزت لمدة شهر وقد اقمت فيها يومان فقط.

there were issues with the bathroom. The sink was clogged, and the shower water flow was very slow. It would be great if this could be improved.

没空调.电视什么都看不到，难道只是装饰吗？房间都没打扫都是灰尘，走到脚底都是黑黑的.床单也感觉没换过,床单上有很多小虫的尸体.
