The room is spacious but have some smelly feel. Bathroom also same. Bathroom need to deep clean the shower mirror is must. Please keep a one or 2 bottles of minerals water. Parents bring in kids need it ya.

Sehr verwirrend, da es drei Gebäude sind ohne Gang dazwischen.. wenn man vom Parkhaus kommt keine Ahnung mehr wie man zum Eingang findet.. man muss von der Garage erst unten einchecken und dann in Stock 3, hier muss man dann den Aufzug wechseln wenn man im anderen block ein Zimmer hat. Möchte man ganz hoch muss man im Stockwerk 40 nochmal den Aufzug wechseln, da keiner ganz hoch fährt… echt nervig

Too many ants. I hope that the management able to figure out how to fix the ants problem. Event the staff is fast assist but the ants still coming back. Plus I’ve been bitten by the ants when I was sleeping. The staff oredi change the bed sheet and spray the solutions at the kitchen but they still coming back after the solutions is gone. But no worries, we all good just hoping that the management able to fix this issues soon.

The other room didn’t have towels, when we asked, we were told you charge RM20 . Even a mop , we couldn’t find one. And we were told you don’t provide. How do you provide a broom , a moping bucket yet no mop?

Reviewed Dec 15, 2025The room was exactly as the pictures shown. It was indeed cold, breezy and foggy. We didn't use the aircond that much. Everything was good. It is indeed a worthy stay. There's a kettle, glasses, fridge, basic toiletries, iron, hairdryer, etc. Recommend to stay here. The pool is the best part. The view was absolutely amazing given the weather. Parking is also convenient. A lot of restaurants and eateries nearby (walking distance). Although check in is 3pm, expect a long queue.
The ELEVATOR !!! OMG the worst case is the lift. My room was located on the 21st floor. We waited for almost half n hour just for the lift. At last, we had to take the stairs. Beside, there's a sewage smell in the toilet. Just a recommendation tho, it would have been better if the sink tap had hot n cold water options. It was freezing to even wash my face. Yes, pls add sockets near the bed. There were only 3 including for the kettle. Would be better if it was nearer to the bed thoo.
