Great location on high floor with great sea and sunset views, apartment has nice decor and balcony to sit on. Kitchen has everything you need and laundry has a washing machine and cohere dry quickly. Comfortable beds in both rooms and 2 bathrooms plus a spacious kitchen

600-800sf apartment and 80s style Penang so bathrooms are simple and small with basic toilet & showers (not 5 star rain glass shower), but overall good apartment with everything we needed as family of 4 Location wise apartment is behind 2 large resorts so to access beach it is a short 500m walk but very easy and busses of don’t like walking

The views are amazing. Access was well organised and easy. Easy access to the best the coastal hotspot has to offer.

The main couch was uncomfortable.

Denise hat uns mit allen Informationen vorab versorgt und war auch bei der Behebung einiger kleinerer Probleme behilflich. Das Apartment ist optimal, da 2 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, 1 großes Wohn-Esszimmer mit eigener, sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche, vorhanden sind. Auch eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden! Der Ausblick vom 32.Stock war umwerfend 😄

Leider ist der Strand davor nicht nutzbar, da durch Erosion stark in Mitleidenschaft gezogen!

The balcony (as mentioned in all reviews!), the spaciousness of the flat and the fact everything is provided including laundry soap and cooking oil. The flat is secure and quiet while the pool is almost always empty. The check in was smooth and the host, Denise, was always helpful with quick responses. She send people round to clean the flat and replace linen and towels midway through ough 11 night stay. Excellent apartment highly recommended.

The sofa was rather hard and the air con in the living room needs attention to help it cool the room, but these are small things in the overall great experience.

Everything about this place - the equipment, location, although it was hard to get accross the main street…ocean view was amazaing…

La gentillesse de l'hôte, l emplacement de l'appartement, et sa piscine. Les équipements complets mis à disposition ce qui nous a permis de pouvoir prendre tous nos pdj en autonomie et de déjeuner ou dîner. Le bus 101 qui passe juste devant et la facilité d'accéder à Georgetown.

Very nice apartment with amazing view over the sea. Very clean and comfortable with all the necessary facilities. Fast elevators. Host/owners are very friendly and responsive. We had breeze in the room when leaving the balcony door open, didn’t need to turn on air con at all.

Not unsatisfied, but it would be even better if they could update the socket/extension cord to an international one. We didn’t realize we had too many electric appliances until we were fighting over the two adapters that we brought ourselves.

You have to walk 10-15 minutes to a beach.

Seaview and serenity away from the crowds was accentuated by the comfort and spaciousness of this unit. It’s only 20 minutes from the city of Georgetown with its historic and architecturally diverse neighborhoods.

Very little to find fault with here…minor electrical issues that didn’t impede usability or safety of our stay.

We liked the apartment located on a high floor with an excellent balcony view of the sea. The bedrooms were cozy. The communication and collection of keys were smooth. Overall we had a good stay in the apartment.

the sea view is amazing , had a balcony loved it , and the cleanliness is exceptional .. My parents loved it , it has a tv with some channels that they could watch and relax.

to have more than one door key so actually multiple people can go out and come back with their own keys. Having just one key it was difficult as we need to ask the person who at the premise to wait and open the door for us.

View from the balcony is amazing.

All the basics are there. A more expensive TV plan that allowed different channels would have been appreciated.

The interior was nice, clean apartment and suitable for small family vacation. The view also very nice, you can enjoy sunset view from the balcony. Complete kitchen, from stove, oven, microwave, fridge and toaster. The owner has provided everything you need for your short vacation.

Late response especially for check in and deposit refund. Small ants in the kitchen and bedroom area

Apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. Everything was good.

No access to beach. Have to drive to a public beach nearby. If you want to find food in town, will take 30-45 mins depending on traffic.

On arrival the appartment was not up to our standard and we decided we could not stay. We attempted to cancel but this was denied, however we found similarly priced accommodation nearby, which was up to standard, so took the financial loss and moved anyway. Best not too believe all feedback posted, better to check on other websites before booking - holiday time is precious don't waste it.

Brilliant sea view, shady balcony, large and airy. Well equipped kitchen. Host very responsive to small issues. Location short walk on sidewalk to local shops, night market, food and beach. Bus stop opposite for 101bus to Georgetown

Sea not great for swimming due to jellyfish. 1 hour taxi to airport.

* Reasonably well situated on the edge of the main road. 10-20 min walk to restaurants and shops. * Spacious and clean. * Large balcony. * High up. Super awesome view!

* Quite a walk to the beach as the stretch directly in front of the hotel is blocked by another hotel. (All beaches in MY are public, but hotels may block access by piling up rocks to make it impossible to get to "their" stretch.) * Although sold via Booking.com, this is actually an AirBnB, so there's no-one there to help you with whatever.

the house is clean. The host needs to provide more plastic waste for visitors to manage their own waste, just simple for visitor to do it because the garbage box just around the corner.

Many ants in the pantry. Need to alert to put the foods on the top of cabinet.. wondering how ants can be there in level 32.

The Unit was extremely pleasant and pleasing. Definitely will come back for the view and it was an awesome stay.

The place is clean and it’s a walking distance to cafes and restaurants and the night market. Also, the view from the apartment is amazing!

location wise it’s perfect. It was clean and Denise was very helpful.

The beds and sofa were very hard.

Nice sea view scenery. 5 min walk to the beach. Security is fair enough.

No nearby restaurant. For better food, needs to drive to George town. Parking is Rm 10 per night. Aircon is not cold enough. Water pressure is a bit low for shower. Mattress is too soft.

Perhaps the initial check-in process where we were not informed earlier that deposit will be required before collection of keys so we were hunting for an ATM in Penang to do the transfers.
