L'accueil et la gentillesse d'Eveline, l'originalité et l'espace du logement, le charme et la tranquilité de Schiedam, les facilités de communication. Nous avons aimé l'offre culturelle de Schiedam et Rotterdam : musée de l'immigration, Van Neel fabric, le dépot Boijman..; et les balades à pied et en bateau.

Lovely quiet location. Super comfy beds. The apartment was huge! Great value for money. You can see the windmill from the front window and door. The apartment was also lovely and cool, despite the heat wave. Fred met us and showed us around and gave us the key code. He was very helpful. It was a pleasure to stay here. We look forward to visiting again. Schiedam is a beautiful relaxed place, we loved it there.

Sowohl die Unterkunft selbst wie auch ihre Lage im Stadtkern von Schiedam sind fantastisch. Die Ausstattung ist liebevoll gewählt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants, die an warmen Sommerabenden stark genutzt werden. Die zentrale und gleichzeitig ruhige Lage im historischen Quartier sowie die optimale Anbindung an Radwege machen einfach glücklich.

Wir haben die Unterkunft mit 4 Erwachsenen für ein Wochenende gemietet, um von dort aus das Jazzfestival in Rotterdam zu besuchen. Die Lage der Wohnung im Zentrum von Schiedam ist wunderschön. Wir konnten die "festivalfreie " Zeit fußläufig für einen Stadtbummel, einen Cafe- oder Restaurantbesuch nutzen. Da es hochsommerlich heiß war und wir den Platz vor dem Haus nicht nutzen konnten um draußen zu sitzen, boten uns die Vermieter an die Stühle mit an die naheliegende Gracht zu nehmen um dort bei einem Kaffee oder einem Gläschen Wein im Schatten zu entspannen. Das fanden wir großartig!

Wonderful authentic place in the beautiful old city of Schiedam. Really spacious. Great location; all the highlights of Schiedam in walking distance and just 10 minutes away from Rotterdam. Great hosts with the right feeling for hospitality. Thanks!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kontakt zu den Vermietern war auch völlig unkompliziert , der Schlüssel wurde uns persönlich übergeben und die Wohnung erklärt. Die Betten waren bequem. Es gab Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten und selbst bei größter Hitze war das Raumklima sehr angenehm. Schiedam ist ein sehr nettes Städtchen und bietet zum trubeligen Rotterdam einen schönen Ausgleich. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

We had a wonderful stay at Het Pakhuis in Schiedam. The neighborhood is beautiful, with canals, lovely shops, and many restaurants of all kinds nearby. The location is perfect for walking around and enjoying the atmosphere of the city. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and has a very beautiful and original design, full of charming details and thoughtful decoration. It felt cozy and comfortable, with high ceilings that made the space feel even nicer. There is a small kitchenette with a microwave, coffee machine, a nice assortment of teas, and a mini fridge — everything needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was also very comfortable. Fred was extremely kind and welcoming. He waited for us on arrival and showed us everything in the apartment. We really appreciated his hospitality. Highly recommended!

Le logement, l’emplacement, l’accueil, la découverte du centre-ville de Schiedam, … tout était génial. Même au-delà de nos espérances 😀

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Mit Liebe renovierte alte Lagerhalle mit schöner Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage im historischen Teil von Schiedam. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Ein Tandem war zur Nutzung bereit.

Nicht ganz unerheblich, aber auch wirklich der einzige Kritikpunkt: Mir waren die Matratzen zu weich.

Great location - within a couple of minutes of the shops and cafes/restaurants in Schiedam and easy to get into Rotterdam. We used it as a base to go to Delft, The Hague, Gouda etc and it was v easy to get around The flat was v clean and tidy, lovely decor and comfortable for 3 of us. Kitchen was small, which wasn't a problem for us as we weren't properly cooking. The host seemed friendly and helpful.

Great location. Responsive owner. Nice quirky accommodation.

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Alles was verzorgd. Het appartement is erg licht maar goed te verduisteren door rolluiken. Fijne vloerverwarming

Enige verbeterpuntje zou zijn dat de keuken ver van de eettafel af is dus een dienblad zou gewenst zijn.

Een karakteristiek ruim appartement op rustige locatie in centrum. Goede communicatie met de heel aardige gastheer.

Als jemand, der in diesen Dingen sehr empfindlich ist, habe ich besonders die (nächtliche) Ruhe mitten in der schönen Altstadt genossen. Schiedam ist ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt, um Südholland per ÖPNV zu erkunden.

Die Matratzen der Betten sind recht weich. Das ist nicht für alle Schlafenden ideal.

Het appartement is ruim en heel sfeervol ingericht. De ligging in het centrum, maar toch rustig, is fantastisch. Wij waren er tijdens de Brandersfeesten en hebben volop genoten van ons weekendje weg. De slaapbank sliep ook prima! Vanuit het huisje kijk je op de Walvisch en zie je ook de parkeerplaats.

Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Super Ferienwohnung in Super Lage mit Blick auf die Mühle! Ruhiger Kontrast zu Rotterdam. Perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Stippvisiten nach Rotterdam, Den Haag, Delft, Leiden, Gouda...

Sehr netter Empfang von Fred bei unserer Ankunft. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und originell aufgeteilt..Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls groß und hat sowohl eine Dusche, als auch eine Badewanne. Die Lage ist super. Es gibt eine Bäcker um die Ecke und zu den Restaurants und Cafés ist es ebenfalls nicht weit. Kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz ein paar Schritte entfernt, der sonntags kostenlos ist. Wir können das Appartement auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen..

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit Badewanne und Dusche. Ruhige, zentrale Lage, Parkplatz unmittelbar daneben (kostenpflichtig).

Loft décoré avec beaucoup de soins, situé en plein centre de Schiedam. Merci à Fred pour son sympathique accueil et le prêt d"un vélo qui a permis à notre fils d'aller jusqu'à Rotterdam. Je recommande.

Tudo muito limpo, em excelentes condições. Camas confortáveis e tudo o necessário para uma boa estadia. A cerca de 15 minutos a pé da estação de comboios. Uma zona muito calma e segura.

Talvez faça falta um aquecimento geral para a casa no Inverno.

Situation proche de Rotterdam. Découverte de vieux moulins le long d’un canal. Décoration originale avec un mélange d’ancien et de moderne, sans oublier le tandem que nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’essayer

This place is just beautiful. It's a really large apartment and everything in it is cool. Comfortable beds..the two sinks is perfect and large bath.its lovely and quiet It's in a perfect location in the centre of Schiedam. We would also defiyrecommemd the stay in Schiedam as we were going to a wedding in Rotterdam and much preferred Schiedam to Rotterdam. You get to see the real Holland. Check in really easy I was worried about getting a door code but they communicate d so well and were here when we arrived. I really think this is one of the best places we ve stayed ..great value.

Host was really nice and welcomed us to the apartment upon arrival. The apartment was far more spacious than we thought and was really clean. We also liked the location, there was a big parking lot in front (costs around 7€ per day) and metro station was within walkable distance. Would definitely come again!!

Lovely owner, quiet location, close to local bakeries and stunning scenery of the windmills. Place inside had a massive front room, perfect size kitchen and the most comfortable beds! The place even had a two person bike.

This is a magical place. Beatiful, spacious appartment, fully equipped. Location in the old part of the town with restaurants and shops near by. Parking cross the street. The owner is extremely nice and friendly.

Thesy offered Bicycles , which we ordered, but forgot about it. But they arranged three bikes (instead of 4) immediatly . One was a Tandem, wonderful :)

The spacious and modern apartment was in a quiet location close to the shops with a bakery around the corner. From the lounge was a good view of a windmill which is open to the public. Parking was available opposite the apartment.

Appears to be a tea drinking nation as provision of instant coffee would have been better but the supermarket was not far away so we bought our own.

Everything, besides the room temperature.

It was pretty cold during April, especially in the night. I know that NL has a policy regarding heating, trying to reduce consumption, but it was a bit too cold (around 17degrees) in the whole house.

We loved it. The use of the tandem was a bonus.

Great feeling with the interior and super clean and comfortable. nice welcome and great location, also with parking.

The location of the house was perfect. All the places were neat and clean. Very comfortable beds including the sofa bed.

We liked everything. Our only comment would be the missing washing machine but we have sorted out our laundry very easily at the center.

The ownee, design, location, cleaning, easy parking. Amazing place to stay in Schiedam.
