Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Awesome Seaview!!! Lovely tidy and modern and clean. No body wash is supplied, only soap, something to note, so assuming u need to bring your own. Would stay again if in the caitlins.
Can hear people through walls to next apartment as the apartments are right next to each other, but nothing major. Very quite outside and in the street which was lovely and peaceful though.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026loved everything about the property, great location, wonderful view, just so relaxing. It was an amazing feeling sitting in the lounge looking out the window just felt as though you were right there on the beach even though you're a street back from the beach you can hardly see anything in front of you. We stopped at the shop to get a few supplies as thought they wouldn't be anything here. But actually we shouldn't have bothered because there was everything we needed here from the milk in the fridge to the bread in the freezer to the butter jam salt and pepper oil, Glad wrap etc etc just about everything we needed. Kitchen had all the utensils pots and pans bowls that are needed just like a real home. Lindsay was a wonderful host and very helpful.
There was nothing I didn't like about this property.

Reviewed May 28, 2026The house had everything we needed, the host was kind and friendly, and the views were absolutely spectacular. Bonus: I managed to capture the aurora and Milky Way right around the house. Nugget point just around the corner.
No washing machine/dryer as per advertise. Insufficient toiletries. Other than that everything was amazing.

We ended up with two days of rain so we felt lucky to have the space and comfort we had. 2 minute walk to the beach and the pub was such a plus. We even watched a sea lion walking up the beach from the couch. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Reviewed Dec 14, 2025The view is simply spectacular, the beds are comfortable, the place is clean, the kitchen has all the essentials and the local pub/restaurant is just 2 min walk away.
There are two units that share a wall, unfortunately, the wall is thin and we were having trouble falling asleep as the people next door were having a good time way past midnight. If you are travelling with a larger party, just rent both units to avoid any disturbance.

Reviewed Dec 5, 2025This is a beautiful apartment stay with stunning views right on the beach. The staff were super clear on check in procedures and loved the personal touches like the booklet of things, letting us know about food closures and even having toast in the freezer for us to use.
Not the properties fault at all but there is limited food options around Kaka Point as an FYI for travellers. We needed to go out of town to get dinner.

Reviewed Nov 18, 2025Die Lage des Appartments ist phänomenal. Durch die bodentiefen Fenster hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer.
Der einzige Nachteil war, dass die Gäste aus dem Nachbarappartment über die Terrasse unseres Appartments laufen konnten, da es keine Absperrung gibt. Das war unangenehm und deshalb können wir keine volle Punktzahl vergeben.

The 2nd bedroom is small and very hot with the westerly sun. My personal preference is for a large bed as this room has 2 singles but that is just personal. Only 1 bathroom for 3 people was a challenge and the WC is also in the bathroom.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025Could not fault it - from the great amenities, easy parking, beds made up with electric blankets, plush carpet, generous seating, well equipped kitchen, and plenty of spreads and milk in the fridge. It was VERY much appreciated when the host messaged us and advised us to buy food supplies out of town, since Kaka Point’s only store would be closed on the Sunday when we arrived.
