I appreciate that the host responded very promptly and accepted my cancellation request without any issues. They also kindly offered to move me to another room, but given my experience with the first room, I didn’t feel comfortable staying and decided to leave.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this stay. As soon as I entered the room, I saw a cockroach running across the floor and disappearing under the bed. The room and overall environment were not clean. There were stains throughout the room, small insects crawling around the refrigerator, a strong moldy smell, a dead moth, and a thick layer of dust. The sofa also had heavy stains. The overall condition made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. As it triggered my anxiety, I immediately requested to cancel the booking, even though it was already late at night.

Nice view. Clean and comfortable place.

The room is clean with nice view. The facilities are well-prepared and all in good conditions. Have free parking and free Wi-Fi. Very fast response. Really like it as they make the communication efficient and clear.

The fridge was large and clean

极度不满King Bed 竟然改为单人床合拼，缺乏商业道德，有被欺骗之嫌，应该不会再入住这个单位（B-20-36）。 入住时间虽经要求提前早办理，但最后得到的结果是在2时55分可以入住，而最后被通知领取锁匙时却出现状况，被逼更换单位，一切搞定已经是3时过后了。 这种不到位的服务模式和不诚信的经营，让 人难以接受，深信日后不会入住如此的单位😖

The only positive that can come to mind is probably that there was a bathtub in the toilet, which not everyone will use, especially if it doesn’t look 100% clean.

Firstly, the floors felt sticky, and the lighting in the unit was either too bright or completely dark, secondly the bathroom and shower were not cleaned properly (there was hair in the shower and floors were dirry, which is never pleasant to see. Thirdly, the couch was completely collapsed, essentially, it could not be sat on… the owners of the unit compensated by covering a disgustingly dirty couch with a small blanket, rendering the couch completely useless, and adding to the discomfort in our stay. To top it all off, the bed mattress was a little uncomfortable (you could feel the springs on your back with any movement). My partner and I could not spend even the first night at the unit, and instead got a room at another 4 star hotel for 20% more than what we paid for the Air BnB Yunus at Imperio. I understand booking policy, and the contractual obligations, but I also understand the importance of customer service, and the owners/administration did nothing to help, even given our disappointing experience. I would advise anyone thinking of booking to just pay slightly more and end up in a proper hotel.

Returning of keys have to go back to the main road then make a u-turn back to the mail box is kinda hassle, but thats the only way.

Make sure the bedsheet all clean.
