Bilik sangat luas dan sangat selesa. Anak2 suka. Parking kereta mudah dan banyak.

Kawasan Kolam renang tidak di selenggara dengan baik. Tandas di kolam renang bersih tetapi gelap, kurang pencahayaan..

The location

The parking, i was not told properly regarding the where to park. I ended up paying RM$50.

Th location. The pool. The view

The room. Mention 4 room. Ya. Its 4room. But. The last one is just a store room and u bare tu walk turn around for a big person. The skinny one is yes. But if u got fobia like sleep in the closet. Then yes. Dont take it. For room no 3 is a kitchen space with block with cabinet only. The toilet share with room 4 and 3. So its basically one studio house with one storage room and one toilet.

Swimming pool facilities was poor & And kids pool area not clean.Really Dirty. Apartments was ok, the sea view at the night was breathtaking.

No breakfast provided. Limited eating facilities in a multi occupancy property. Only four chairs and a table for potential 8 pax. Crockery is also limited. No jugs for water/juice storage. A microwave oven would be useful

There was a very thumping low frequency noice at night especially at the first night. Not sure of its source. Could not hear any associated human voices or shouting.

The maintenance of apartment very poor. The environment seemed to be dull. Hygiene level of unit was just acceptable. You will regret if visiting with high expectation.

1. Don't have Microwave which is very basic and essential in kitchen 2. Few Parque flooring, few planks coming out and it hurts my leg 3. no ventilation in the bathroom for air go out when bathing 4. the water not flowing out in the bathroom floor towards the gutter. when shower water stuck there on the floor until you move it yourself with viper. 5. out of 5 lifts, only 2 working so have to wait up to 8-10 mins. all the 3 days of stay, the 3 lifts are out of order. 6. water dispenser, cold water did not come. only hot water and warm water came. 7. in short, some touch up and basic renovation need to be done.

Everything was Ok and worthy.Letter box easy to find.

Only for the car park i think need to be highlight .They provide 2 park for each booking.But u need to ensure you park at the right residence parking lot with the correct card access.otherwise you need to pay penalty rm50.

The aircond for double decker room was not cool. And the water pressure is not very good. Suggest to improve on the facilities

Location

Toilet was not well maintained and was run down. Kitchen sink water flow was poor. Living and Bedroom floor felt sticky. Door lock was in poor state n had malfunction on the 2nd night. Locksmith was called in to break the main door lock. The door lock was not replaced n felt unsafe as only the lock was replaced. The pillow felt as flat as ever causing migraine in the following morning.

The location was good

When we enter the apartment its very smelly. It's the smell of drainage, I noticed the smell is coming from the washing machine outlet that that was pushed in to the drain whole from outside and closed it immediately, but the smell remained throughout the stay. The utensils provided was in terrible condition. Its stained badly and you wouldn't want to use it. There was no microwave. There is no dressing table or mirror in the rooms. If you need to use the mirror need to go to the toilet. There is no side table near the bed for charging.

Cleanliness of the house

The swimming pool timing...staff mention us it's open 8am to 8pm..but daily 10am to 2pm it's close..the guard never allowed.

The host will reply very quickly and is very helpful!

Place is a little old.

The unit so big and spacious.

But the unit not so clean. There is 2 living room, but there is small cockroach around the kitchen and first living hall. It's nt clean and hygiene. And the 4th room is in 3rd bedroom and it was too small. Mention in your description next time. The room too small and it's right beside the toilet.

Facilities The swimming pool is closed and cannot be used....

When we were there only two lifts are working while the other three are out of order. It's very inconvenient when it comes to the time to check out. Even though we checked out at 11 a.m , my husband n I had to go down using the stairs from level 28 to level 6 after waiting for the lift about 1 hour. Such a horrible experience

Bad experience room very dirty and smelly the parking also no explain a good way then I am go to the parking in mall then mall and charging me the fire 50 if you want to take this room please careful guys with the parking because the parking very problem some people don't understand about the parking go to the parking in the mall then mall and come the charging because the homestead and mall is one building My first day experience in the Malacca

Location away from the busy Jonker street but it's quite central and nearby there are some good restaurants. The apartment is clean 👍👍 and big, coffee and tea are provided 👍👍. The view from the swimming pool is beautiful.

The small room with a single bed stated as advertised.... it's not a single bedded, just a single futon on the floor 😢.

Dapur x bersih. Water purifier air sejuk rosak, keluar air panas shj. Hoob dapur penyedut kotor. 1 bilik air tu shower x keluar air, dan air bathtub langsung x panas. Langsir bilik air semua dah kotor bertaik lalat. Mujurlah tidur 1 malam je.

Friendly and helpful host, 2 free parking lots, very convenient with a mall, playground, 7/11, and Zus Coffee just downstairs. Water purifier was also a nice touch.

The apartment is a little dated with older furniture and a slight stale smell. The lift takes quite long, and we noticed a few small cockroaches. With some upgrades and better maintenance, it could be a great place to stay.

The toilet is moldy

It was an easy and smooth transaction with the owner .. my family & myself enjoy the stay and we will come back next time .

Literie, grand appartement propre et bien agencé, avec tout le nécessaire (lave linge four ect). Résidence propre avec piscine à débordement vue mer. Dommage qu il n y ait pas assez de transat.

Tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht von Melaka und die Mangroven, teilweise Blick bis nach Indonesien. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet, der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt.

Das Gebäude hat seine besten Tage lange hinter sich. Auf der Etage stinkt es im Flur zum Umfallen, viele der Wohnungen sind nicht bewohnt/vermietet, es hängen Mahnungen und Meldungen über Stromabschaltungen an den Türen. Nicht identifizierte tote und teils mumifizierte Tiere im Gang. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist gepflegt und in Ordnung, aber der Rest des Hauses ist das blanke Gegenteil.

La piscine est sale. Nous avions pris a proximité de la mer mais nous ne pouvons pas nous y baigner c'est plus pour la vue simpa mais impossible d'en profiter.

Location is not the best if you doesnt have a vehicle to bring you around. The apartment downstairs does have a 7-Eleven to settle some of your purchases like drinks and snacks but food-wise doesnt have much choice as the mall only have 1 korean fried chicken store and that's it. Nothing much in the mall itself, we went opposite street to have our meals instead where there are more choices.

The homestay view is very beautiful and the location is very strategic
