I would like to highlight several issues we experienced during our stay: 1. Water Pressure – From the beginning, we were given a very stressful experience regarding the water pressure issue, especially when we were asked to change the apartment unit. 2. Changing Apartment Unit – We were asked to check out from the first unit and move to another unit, even though the new unit was on the same floor. The whole process was inconvenient and stressful. 3. Security Deposit – We were very disappointed that the management wanted to deduct our deposit over a simple stain. We felt that this was unreasonable and that excuses were being made to retain our deposit. 4. Wi-Fi – The Wi-Fi was not working properly during our stay, which caused additional inconvenience. 5. Kitchen Equipment – The kitchen utensils and equipment provided were not user-friendly and were difficult to use. 6. Parking – The available parking spaces were very limited, making it difficult for guests to find suitable parking. 7. Staff Service – The staff service was very disappointing. Instead of helping to resolve the issues, we felt that the staff were more focused on finding reasons to retain our deposit. Overall, our stay was much more stressful than expected. We hope the management will seriously review these issues, especially the way guests are treated and the handling of security deposits.

The admin staff, why we need to contact 1st the staff asking for check in, check out procedure n follow up on deposit? Deposit rm200 also too high.

The location was near from the town . The room was clean , the bathtub and bathroom was clean. The bed feels very comfortable. Downstairs there have few shops like 7E/ & restaurants in walking distance also. Host was very responsive . The check in and check out process was very easy .

The place was suitable to our needs and we are satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort.

The jacuzzi curtain badly maintained and water outlet poorly secured..so water kept getting drained out and took ages to fill up. Kitchen also no curtain so no privacy..

The homestay was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We enjoyed the beautiful view and overall had a pleasant stay. The place was cozy and suitable for a relaxing getaway.

The only downside was the TV, which kept lagging and wasn’t working properly. We were unable to watch anything comfortably, so we ended up spending less time at the homestay and staying out later than planned. It would be great if the TV could be fixed for future guests.

The building itself so distinctive

The location is at the center of Melaka.

So many visible defects at the wall (living room area,toilet)

the building is almost die off. all shop and facilities in the building all close shop.

Very bad impression once go up to parking, look like abundant project and very dark carpark. Totally different from what advertise in your picture.

This is my third time at this property, and though under a different host it was just as affordable (compared to many other stays in Melaka, especially considering the low cleaning fee). As before, the property's location was good. Many of Melaka's famous historical places and tourist attractions (including the Stadthuys church, the Melaka River Cruise, Jonker Street, and the A Famosa Fort) are well within 10-15 minutes of driving (less on a good day, though prepare to use your GPS as roads in Melaka are confusing). On top of that, the Melaka Gateway island is right behind the property and is accessible by walking (though it's better to use a car). There is a convenience store at the base of the building, but if you live in Tower A (which I believe this host serves exclusively) you'll have to walk all the way to Tower B for the store. There is ample parking space in the property, since there are four floors dedicated to parking and there are no fixed lots (parking is on a first-come, first-served basis). The room was quite cozy, and can easily accommodate 4 people (6 is possible if some don't mind sleeping on the floor even). The bathroom includes a bathtub, which is again a pleasant surprise for this price point. The hosts gave very clear instructions and were a pleasure to deal with. The checkin and checkout process was very streamlined. The rainshower was noticably faster to heat in this room than the last two times I came, which is a pleasant surprise.

The bathtub has minor rusting on the drain cover, which was a minor pet peeve. The room also had quite a few strands of hair, which is also a minor personal pet peeve. The room key given to us was a little filmsy and required more careful handling than usual. There wasn't any mini table for any group activities like card games. There was a stand in the room but it was not nearly big enough (though this might be a non-issue for most). Like my previous stay, the shower room is also a bit small/cramped, so people who like hot baths might want to open the shower door from time to time to allow airflow. (The bathtub is fine though - there's plenty of airflow there.)

The bathroom was so smelly like it was probably washed/ clean and the towel provided was smelly too … bathtub wasn’t clean …. balcony light didn’t work … And the tv remote didn’t work properly

Not clean , dah feedback and panggil cleaner lepastu cleaner marah kitaorg . Kitaorg cakap rambut banyak kat lantai . Dia kemas sambil mulut bising . Actually sebelum dia datang kitaorg dah sapu . Kitaorg panggil untuk dia vacuum tapi dia takde bawak ape2 barang or vacuum pun . Lepastu air aircond menitip nitip . Cleaner tu siap sound kitaorg cakap customer sebelum ni semua tak pernah complain ape2 . Hello aku takde masa nak dengar feedback kau . Cleaner aunty chinese tu sangat tak ada adap . Srsly sangat tak puas hati . Tak berbaloi dengan ape yg bayar . Tak akan repeat

Cuma masa nak check out tu susah sikit sebabb kena keluar jalan besar uturn balik untuk hantar kunci.agak susah.

Lokasi yg strategik. Senang untuk daftar masuk bila host bagi cara daftar masuk yg senang untuk difahami. Bilik yg sangat selesa dengan view yg menarik. Swimming pool juga besar dan anak saya sangat suka mandi di swimming pool.

Sinki bilik air ada sikit tersumbat. Dan perlu ada penambah baikan di bahagian dapur iaitu penyediaan cawan dan pinggan.

The property has a cockroach issue. The jacuzzi is only able to operate with one pump; the other pump is broken and not functioning. The property is not suitable for families with more than three persons. There is no fan in the living room; therefore, you need to wait for the air conditioning to cool the area. The property management team has more terms and regulations compared to other properties. There is no curtain in the kitchen, which allows neighbours from the front to see directly into the house, resulting in reduced privacy. There is no water tap outside the balcony, causing the jacuzzi water to become dirty as there is no place to wash feet before entering the jacuzzi.

Apartment was so good and clean. Have all the essential things.

The property was not clean. There were so many things broken and were not in good condition to be used. The jacuzzi wasn’t clean nor the buttons were functioning well. The bed was broken. Mattress and Quilt provided was for 3 pax only. Toiletries and towels were prepared for 3 pax only. The property agent mentioned that the property is suitable to accommodate up to 5 pax. Parking is not included.
