we faced difficulties to collect room key. the locked box was not functioning. we tried to open it using the code given by the host. falied. ended up with waiting the staff to come and they cant open it too. so they had to open the box manually. took us approximately 30 mins just to collect the car key. the staff didnt say sorry or anything. this made us more disappointed.

1)Lots of eateries nearby. 2) nice bed

1)TV not working and if it is working , just to small for present world! Asking service team but never not reply. 2) door lock - just single lock. Should have double lock from inside when occupants are inside. 3) flooring have some damages with sharp edges are protruding which can cause foot injury if not careful. One light bulb not working.

We got the sea view room and it was a comfortable stay. It was close to the Bazar Serambi and to town as well.

The towels in the room could be replaced with a new one at least as the ones given in the room were old and did not have a pleasant smell. We also noticed that one of the mugs in the room was chipped at the top.

Poor customer service by MW Property Management call ctr. Two numbers provided for customer (me) to contact but found it hard to reach when I faced an issue while check in. Check in experience was bad because they didn't notify there was an issue with the alloted room until I had to reach them when I found there were no keys in the mailbox as per their instruction. It took me one 1 hour to get my room because of their lack of communication between them and their onsite staff from Glexhomes. The redesignated car park lot was not properly labled while upon check in room bathroom floor was wet. The customer service miserably failed to pickup my calls and only communicated poorly(delayed response) via WhatsApp texting. It's an issue that should have been resolved if they spoke to me, which they ignored. I wouldn't recommend anyone booking thru MW Property Management mainly due to their poor communication to resolve issues onsite.

Collection is simple

Communication with staff was not so good. Staff was so particular about sending check in info after checkin time. However, at 30 mins past check-in time, still no info was sent! Terrible!

Location good

Registration as the host seem so hard to share the unit type . As we come with family & book 3 units . Before we chk we request the address of type unit either studio or family room . The reason we request b4 registration was , we are coming with 3 cars and the time of arrival not the same, If we don't know the unit address & type it will be messy as if the first person arrival & just given any address it might be not their unit. Tq

I love the location, nearby the sea..

The house looks completely different from the pictures. Most homestays at least try to match their photos, but this one was beyond disappointing. The house was extremely dusty, and we kept sneezing throughout our stay and bed bug. The toilet floor was slimy, and no bathroom slippers were provided. Unfortunately, my daughter slipped and fell in the bathroom. The living room couch was also broken, while the couch cover was dirty and smelled bad. The kitchen sink was mouldy as well. I was told that this was one of the luxury homestays in Kuantan. Since this was our first time visiting Kuantan, we wanted to experience the best, so we chose what was supposed to be one of the better options. Unfortunately, it was nowhere near the standard we expected from a place advertised as “luxury.” I’m not sure if this is considered the standard for luxury accommodation in Kuantan, but if it is, then it was a very disappointing experience. Definitely not worth the price or the expectations.

服务太差了。我是家族旅游，16个人，订了7间房间。我提早向对方要求提早取得入住资料以免到时入住出现混乱，但对方没有回应。结果在入住前一晚的凌晨1点左右收到对方的讯息，要求提供入住资料。接着在入住当天，我全天候开车时，收到了7间房间的所有资讯，然后就是我带着一群人找房间，却因为入住资料混在一起，无法用密码进入房间。于此同时，对方给错了停车位的资讯，导致需要移车，最终演变成一场混乱。

位置不错

我们家族旅行，16人，7间房。我原本要求提早取得入住资料以免入住时出现混乱，结果对方没有回应。结果在入住前一天的凌晨1点多，收到对方讯息要求入住资料。入住当天，当我全天候开车当儿，收到了7间房间混在一起的入住资料。最后我带着一群人在入住时，因为资料混乱，无法用密码进入房间。同时，因为对方提供了错误的停车资料，导致需要移车。整个入住过程最终演变成混乱的灾难。

I like the apartment facilities which is the swimming pool and the gym and what I like the most was the gym is facing both swimming and sea view.

Bad service and slow response also never came to service the air conditioner even though already informed and replied. Besides, nobody came to clear and throw the rubbish and clean the bathroom.

The room offers a beautiful view and is very clean and well-maintained

The toilet had an unpleasant smell, and the toilet door was damaged, making it a bit difficult to open and close.

The room is comfortable, easy access to the pool and nice view

Excellent stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Great location, good facilities, and responsive host. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

The whole experience is too bad

The management use stupid AI to reply when AI said yes, human support say no, we asked for toilet paper, AI said yes but never deliver to us, the unit doesn't even has bath gel, and again AI said it is included

Parking is on the ground floor. Access to unit is really easy. Duplex unit is really clean, spacious and can fit my family. The unit is located on 5th floor where the pool, playground & gym is at. It also have balcony facing the BBQ facility & the vast ocean. Really convenient & beautiful view of sunrise. I love it so much.

The booking process, the keys collect and the registration was easy. The location is good, easy access to city. The facilities are complete for the stay.

Big room, best bed to sleep in. Host very helpfull and quick to respond on Whatsap. Beautiful location. Great hot shower with good pressure. Reasonable priced. Cooking facilities.

Key pick up code was wrong and got it open with the 3rd code. Pool very busy on weekend. You can see the age on building. Tiles missing off the pool and would need renovating. Shop and restaurants on property expensive.

Has difficulties opening the door with their code. Need to try few times only can. Inconvenient for me because I had a 3 yr old with me. At first they give wrong pass code. The second pass code was correct but door was still difficult to open . Aircond not that cold and leaking. Hopefully they will improve . Tq

We booked this hotel based on the room, view, and facilities shown in the pictures. However, when we arrived, we found that the actual room had no resemblance to what was shown on Booking.com. The room was unclean, the bed and bathroom were not properly maintained, and the surrounding environment was nothing like the photos. The most disappointing part was that the view promised in the listing was not provided at all. The hotel used misleading photos and inaccurate information to attract guests. Although they accepted our cancellation request, this kind of false presentation and poor experience is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to carefully check real guest reviews before booking, because the actual condition is very different from what is shown in the pictures.
