1. Pintu tombol pecah. Guna electronic handle tp bahagian luar pecah buat kan kami rasa kurang selamat didalam 2. Kebersihan - cadar dan selimut bau kurang menyenangkan dan buat kami gatal-gatal 3. Tilam nya juga sudah rosak. Ada bahagian yang spring rosak dkt bahagian tepi tilam. Untuk harga mcm tu biasa kami dapat ruang yg jauh lebih baik.

I checked in at 1:00 AM & checked out at 7:00 AM and submitted my bank details at 12:00 PM for refund. The host’s stated policy was to refund the deposit by 5:00 PM, but there was no response or update. The host only replied after I informed them that I would file a police report if the matter remained unresolved. The host responded with a laughing emoji before transferring the refund at 8:07 PM, which I found dismissive and inappropriate. Due to this issue, I also noticed multiple searches of the host’s phone number on the CCID Scam Response Centre app, suggesting that other people may have experienced similar concerns. The host later cancelled the booking without a reasonable explanation, which gave me the impression that it may have been done to prevent me from leaving a review. Although the host later mentioned there had been an emergency, no advance notice was given. This entire experience was disappointing due to the poor communication, failure to honour the promised refund timeline, and lack of professionalism.

Host yang susah dihubungi. Call xpernah jawab dan balas mesej Whatsapp lambat. Katil patah. Remote tv tak ada dan suruh kami cari sendiri di bawah katil. Rod langsir patah. Tandas kotor. Tuala berbau. Outlet air keluar di shower tersumbat. Masa mandi air tiba-tiba bertakung. Menyesal pon ada masa sampai. Dah ler booked bilik untuk 2 malam.

Sampai nak check out TV tidak dapat dibuka kerana tiada channel dan wifi yang agak teruk. Nasib baik sepanjang check in saya selalu keluar jika berada di bilik lama2 mungkin akan boring. Bilik air tidak cuci betul2 kerana masih ada rambut di tempat mandi dan bilik air agak tidak bersih termasuk sinki. Owner boleh improve dari segi kebersihan bilik air. Selain itu, kayu hujung katil dah patah dan boleh menyebabkan kecederaan jika tidak perasan. Owner boleh baiki atau tukar baru.
