Reviewed Sep 15, 2026No me gustó nada. De hecho, suspendimos la entrada por enfermedad. De todas las maneras, aunque la ubicación está cerca de la playa...la calle era peatonal sin salida a un lado, con olores a grasa y a sebo de carne de las cocinas de los restaurantes y bares de alrededor. Mucho ruido a todas horas !!!
No me gustó nada, fue imposible ponernos en contacto con nadie desde que hicimos la reserva hasta el mismo día de la entrada, y para colmo la persona que pudimos contactar, no hablaba el español para anular la reserva, un horror, creíamos que había sido una estafa!!! Una experiencia muy desagradable!!!

Só um problema na janela,mas foi logo resolvido de imediato, atendimento excelente. O check in foi check in presencial por não ter conseguido pela internet, não tive problemas nenhum , única obs por check-out ser muito cedo às 10 😉

Tardaron mucho en mandarnos los códigos para entrar y estuvimos 20 minutos esperando en la puerta, al parecer suele ser así siempre porque en nuestra estancia nos encontramos 3 familias con el mismo problema

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Muy buena ubicacion, limpieza y alrededores. Preciosa playa a unos pasos y en el mismo centro de la ciudad, restaurantes para todos los gustos con muy variada oferta.
La zona es muy turistica, por lo que si quieres tranquilidad y descanso relajado, pudiera molestar la musica hasta muy tarde. El parqueo es muy dificil, si vas con maletas, deberas caminar con ellas un buen tramo. El parqueo cercano es muy caro y los parqueos publicos estan alejados!

I had to wait for stuff to come with keys. So I was outside for a while with my bags, I had email my Email & WhatsApp staff with my arrival time. The accommodation is locate at the side of a bar and the Music is loud and plays until l 2 am. You need to pay €200 deposit to staff. there is not reception after cheeking out your waiting 24 hours for it to be returned. Good over all was poor communications.

La communication avec les hôtes trop d'attente pour obtenir les clés .pas de réponse à nos attentes . aucun produit de première nécessité dans la cuisine .pas de produit de nettoyage bref rien. Trop bruyant égalemen.t tôt le matin et tard dans la nuit .

Rang apartment contact at 3.50pm to say we were there and wanted to check in, told someone on way, rang again 4.10pm oh nobody there, finally turned up at 4.20 pm we were not happy to wait longer, normal check in 3pm, we had early flight and very tired. Also booked apartment as it had a bath, but couldn’t have a bath as no bath plug and bath didn’t look very clean

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026La localisation du logement. Les 2 terrasses donnant directement accès à la rue principale comportant plusieurs bars. Ruelle très vivante et agréable pour nous qui sommes venu pour un week-end festif et décadent.
Le check in a 16h. Une heure d’entrée beaucoup trop tardive. La saleté sur l’ensemble des meubles. La non présence de liquide vaisselle ou encore de lave vaisselle. Le four et la plaque chauffante ne comportent aucune indication d’utilisation.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Nie polecam po zabudowania przyszedł SMS że jest akcja 200e i żeby dzwonić 30 min przed przyjazdem. Dzwonimy 30 minut przed i pani nas informacje że ona teraz idzie na lunch i będzie za 1.5h ok 21.00. więc czekamy spuznia się i jest 21.30 przychodzi mężczyzna z ochraniarzem spisują nas i chcą kartę bo będą blokować pieniądze , nie zgadzam się chce dać w gotówce kaucję i chce się umówić na konkretną godzinę odbioru pokoju i zwrotu kaucji nie godzi się na to i mówi że po zwrot kaucji do biura firmy wychodzi że to jakaś firma wynajmuje. To pytam po co kaucja jak nikt nie sprawdza odbioru mieszkania nie umie odpowiedzieć. Proszę o zwrot pieniędzy i opuszczamy mieszkanie bo to jakiś przekręt nie zgadza się i zabiera klucze od mieszkania i wychodzi. Cała noc mieliśmy otwarte drzwi nigdzie pójść i mys że ktoś może przyjść. Polują mieści się koło dyskoteki muza do 4 rano i jest dość brudny. Na pewno nie wrzucę i nie polecam.
Rezerwacja 3 osoby 2 pościele :)

Very basic, noise in the morning from 8am due to deliveries to premises next door, also renovations were taking place within the building, not nice listening to tiles been broken off a wall next door, not even a sweeping brush or dustpan and brush to tidy up

Il fatto che non fosse equipaggiata di tutto quello che serviva, come ad esempio il sapone per i piatti e c’erano troppi pochi rotoli di carta igienica. Inoltre, mancavano gli essenziali per cucinare, come ad esempio l’olio e il sale e lo zucchero.

Nos dejaron tiradas , avisamos 6 horas antes de nuestra llegada , sin obtener contestación ,llegamos a la hora prevista 18:30 , una vez allí , hicimos 100 llamadas ( no exagero ) y no obtuvimos respuestas , después de dos horas intentando contactar , se hizo de noche , con frío , hicimos otra reserva para poder pasar la noche y con tan mala suerte que era del mismo propietario **( Cerro Atlantico by Umbral ) ** increíble , ya era mala suerte … llamamos a Booking para que nos dieran solución y gracias a ellos , nos tranquilizaron , pudimos solucionar y reconducir la desesperada situación . No se dignaron a llamarnos para darnos una explicación … como si no existieran . NO RESERVÉIS CON ELLOS !!!! HAY MUCHAS OPCIONES MUCHO MEJORES EN LA ZONA !!!!

It was only a ten minute taxi to the new town, apartment itself was spacious a lovely kitchen and living room area, bed was super comfortable and amazing balcony!

The staff was unresponsive, and definitely inattentive, the towel change on day 4 did not happen, the bedlinnen change on day 7 didn’t happen. The apartment is run-down and should be updated completely. The stove was dirty, there are minimal kitchen utensils. Airconditioning and heating ONLY in the living room.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Someone will need to meet you to give you the keys. So you have to be there at a specific time or they will leave. If you want to self check-in, they will ask a picture of your credit card, sent to a WhatsApp number. There is no parking around. Actually, there is no road around. So you have to walk with your luggage on cobblestone. Also, the neighborhood is extremely noisy and very party oriented. For example : the neighbor are a burger place and a strip club.

Reviewed Jan 17, 2026Det positive er at stranden er rundt om hjørnet og at det er nemt at komme ind i lejligheden når først man har overstået et besværligt check in. Kun kode ude og kode til nøgleboks inde.
Personalet svare aldrig på mine 3 henvendelser om bagage opbevaring. Det viste sig at check in var på et andet hotel i byen. Det kostede frem og tilbage i taxi Der er ingen havudsigt, som skrevet i annonceringen, da den lille ferie ejendom ligger i en gylden Stedet var iskoldt, ingen havde tændt varmepumpen til jeg kom. Sengene har meget hårde madrasser. Der mangler topmadrasser. Jeg måtte 2. nat sove på en gammel sovesofa i stuen. Den var lidt blødere. Der er ikke meget plads på badeværelset og kun børn støder ikke benene ind i badekarret når man er på wc. Lejligheden er kedelig og dårligt indrettet.

Uz ziņām @Booking.com vietnē tiek atbildēts tikai tad, kad jau ir iesniegta sūdzība pašam Booking. 2. Booking ir norādīts rezervācijas un ierašanās laiks, kas ir apstiprināts. Blakus citi klienti gaida tajā pašā laikā, jo rezervējuši blakus dzīvokļus, taču recepcijas dāma ierodas 30 minūtes vēlāk. Nav saprotams, kādēļ klientiem lieki jāstāv lietū. 3. Tiek prasīts 200 EUR depozīts, neparādot dzīvokli. Par maksājumu tiek izsniegta kvīts, uz kuras nav ne NIF, ne uzņēmuma reģistrācijas numura, nedz citas informācijas, kas apliecinātu tās juridisko spēku. 4. Dzīvokļa atslēgas tiek iedotas, neko neparādot un nepaskaidrojot. Tikai ieejot dzīvoklī var konstatēt, cik sliktā stāvoklī tas ir. Mēbeles ir aplauztas, sienās un grīdās ir caurumi, ledusskapī vairākas detaļas ir salauztas. Viss ir ārkārtīgi vecs un nolietots. 5. Nekas neatbilst fotogrāfijām, kas publicētas Booking.com. Pa logu redzama kaimiņu miskaste, un žalūzijas nācās turēt aizvērtas, lai kaimiņš neskatītos iekšā. Fotogrāfijās, protams, ir solīts okeāna skats. 6. Man bija jābrauc ar taksi uz galveno mītni, lai saņemtu savu depozītu, nevis tas tiktu vienkārši atdots pie check-out. Attiecīgi ieguldīju papildu 5 EUR, lai pati atgūtu savu depozītu, nerunājot par patērētajiem nerviem, aukstumu un troksni. Tas būtu atbilstoši cenai, ja īpašums tiktu pasniegts šādā veidā, taču tas tiek pasniegts gandrīz kā luksusa dzīvoklis pilsētas centrā. Man ir ļoti žēl cilvēku, kuri iemaksā depozītu un, iespējams, to neatgūst, jo īpašums ir ļoti sliktā stāvoklī un izmaksas var pierakstīt gandrīz par visu.

The apartment's location is very good, but the apartment itself is old and of low quality, with no heater or air conditioning, poor lighting, and old, sandpaper-like towels, far below the expected standard. DISAPPOINTED.

Keine Heizung im Bad und Schlafzimmer. In der Küche haben wir die Klimaanlage auch nicht dahingehend umstellen können. Kann auch an jbs gelegen haben. In der Küche ist alles minimalistisch ausgestattet und wirkt abgezählt. Mit einem kostenlosen Parkplatz muss man Glück haben und etwas weiter laufen (Nov).

Reviewed Dec 1, 2025Son unos ESTAFADORES! Y lo saben! Y booking esta informado y no hacen nada! Ponen precios muy bajos pero luego Te cobran 200 euros de deposito (insitu con un datafono en mano cuando recoges las llaves) y no a través de booking(por lo tanto booking no se hace cargo y no hace nada para el usuario), y luego se inventan algo para quedarse una parte o todo…. Estuvimos 2 noches porque llovía mucho esos días, y nos cobran 50 euros por una silla del balcón q nos notifican una semana más tarde de q esta rota (a mi desde dentro no me pareció q estaba rota, no nos sentamos por la lluvia q había a todas horas como he dicho….) Vergonzoso q hagan esta practica estafadora Lamentable… La comunicación con el alojamiento es muy difícil desde el momento d entregarte las llaves y posteriormente casi impossible Booking Que decepción que no hagan nada al respeto y sigan anunciando este alojamiento

If you don’t like loud music then don’t book as it’s right on the strip

The bathroom smelled a little damp but that was probably due to the shower head leaking onto the floor but this didn’t spoil our visit at all.

They take a 200 euro deposit. They try there best to find ways in nit giving this back to you . I would never book here again. The electric kept cutting out, no cups, and the TV would no work for the kids. The most was them trying to take your deposit .

Wenn man die Fenster öffnet, stinkt es nach Bratenfett und die Lüftungsgeräte der Restaurants drumherum sind sehr laut. Am Abend bis etwa 1:00 Uhr sehr laute Musik. Küchenausstattung etwas mager, kein Kaffeebereiter.

Appartement insalubre. Les équipements tous plus sales les une que les autres, chaises et tables cassées, salle de bain et sols très sales… nous avons retrouvé des cafards dans toutes les pièces de l’appartement, jusque dans les tiroirs à couverts. Aucune réactivité de la part de l’établissement après plusieurs messages envoyés le jour de l’arrivée.
