No communication from the host waiting 45min for check-in and didnt provide the code for entrance, we have to contact them to give code , I was waiting outside of the building and waiting for their reply for another 35min to get access into thr building.. Not worth it waste of money I book this apartment to have easy access around the town because I have 4 year old child and regret to book this place..

Muito bem localizado, com estacionamento ao pé..com comercio e vida noturna, sem ter necessidade de pegar no carro..

Onde se situava o nosso quarto, ouvia-se as descargas das águas dos outros quartos mais acima.

A localizacao e excellence. O preco e bom considerando a licalizacao. Os lencois estavam limpos.

A primeira recepcionista foi bastante simpatica, a segunda foi rude e ironica. O predio e velho, com pouca manutencao e com um forte cheiro a mofo. O quarto tb velho, pouca atencao na decoracao. Muito diferente do que vi na foto.A cama tem pouca qualidade e e pouco firme.

La buena ubicación es la única virtud!

Reserve por Booking pero luego para finalizar la reserva, se me solicito €200 de deposito con una tarjeta de crédito. Las instalaciones son básicas. El baño muy pequeño. IMPOSIBLE DORMIR DE NOCHE! Al estar en la calle principal, hay ruido, gritos y borrachos hasta la 4am. Imposible! Si tenes sueño muuuuuuy pesado, por el precio vale la pena ...

Absolutely horrendous experience,customer service non existent.Had 11 days constantly woken up ,doors banging like been in a prison,had room 11 constant noise from bar and people coming and going.Furthermore arrived at 10:30 got in room at 17:00 ,check cctv as mis information and nasty email suggested different.,threatened further action because I made a totally justifiable complaint.Check my emails the Hotel clearly stated early arrival was possible!!To conclude Booking .com a disgrace I requested to speak to a manager on numerous occasions and was ignored,hung out to dry,you merely took sides with this amateur so called 3 star hotel,you will pay for this as I won't recommend or use Booking. Com again.Thankyou!!!

El personal no contesta el teléfono por más que llames mil veces, al no tener recepcionista es casi que imposible comunicarse con ellos Los suministros de aseo que proporcionan son demasiado pequeños, incluso si te quedas pocos días.

l’hôtel sent très fortement l’humidité; il y a des colonies de fourmis sur la terrasse ; les toilettes à la réception sont sales voire bouché (mais quand même nettoyé parfois par la femme de ménage); il y eu une fuite d’eau sur le plafond juste au dessus du lit et lorsque j’en ai fait part au personnel je n’ai jamais reçu de réponse; la salle de bain dans la chambre ne se ferme pas, la clé est cassé

Wat een slecht hotel. Ik had geboekt, maar kon niet meer annuleren. Door blessure aan mijn voet wilde ik dicht in het centrum, dus was mijn keus beperkt. Dat is gelukt. Maar wat een waardeloos hotel. Er was van alles niets. Na 7 dagen schone handdoeken. Geen waterkoker, geen koelkastje.Toiletpapier werd niet aangevuld, moest ik zelf kopen en het is smoezelig. Het onbegrijpelijk dat ze op zo'n goede locatie zijn slecht hotel kunnen runnen. Zoveel van te maken. Vraag me af of Booking.com dit soort zaken wel controleert. Zou wel moeten.

Good location if you want to stay in the busy strip

The check in/check out are a joke. No one is answering the 3 numbers available. We had to wait a few hours to check in. Had to give a 200€ cash deposit (the ATM around is also charging so much money to withdraw) then when we try to check out no one was there. Had to call a few of theirs numbers to finally have someone to tell us we need to drive to their other hostel to pick up our deposit. The location is right on the strip, so very noisy. The Bathroom have no ventilation/windows.

Pésima atención, no tienen personal 24hs. Llegamos 00:02 y por dos minutos tardes que llegamos porque el avión tuvo una demora, nos cobraron un adicional cuando encima nosotros llegamos y no había nadie para recibirnos tuvimos que esperar media hora a que llegara alguien a abrirnos y encima cobrarnos más. Además pedí el libro de quejas y me lo negaron. La verdad no se lo recomendaría a nadie a este lugar

The room was very small, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The walls were dirty, and the furniture was old and heavily worn out. There was also no kettle in the room. The check-in process was inconvenient, as you have to send a lot of personal information in advance just to receive the access code. The bathroom was extremely tiny — the distance between the sink and the toilet was only about 30 cm. To brush your teeth at the sink, you practically have to sit on the toilet in front of it.

The only positive aspect was the central location. Overall, I would recommend looking for another place to stay.

Atraso no checkin, todos os dias da minha estadia a limpeza pela equipe só era realizada a partir das 17h. Ou seja, percebi que não foi um dia atípico e sim era rotina a limpeza só começar a partir das 17h mesmo quando o horário do checkin indica às 16h. O meu checkin só foi realizado às 18h e a saída cobrada às 10h.

Não gostei pq cheguei de Lisboa cansado as 15:00 horas e liguei para fazer o check-in e informaram que o quarto estava a ser limpo, e so podia fazer o check-in às 16:00 horas. Fiz o check-in às 16:00 horas na recepção, mandaram subir para o 5 andar, quando cheguei até o quarto ainda fiquei 15 minutos na porta do quarto, porque ainda estava a fazer a limpeza. A casa de banho estava com o cheiro muito forte de tinta, porque tinha pintado a base de duche, e à noite quando chegamos novamente ao quarto a casa de banho cheirava a esgoto. E somente no último dia da hospedagem que a água da duche estava quente.

The staff don’t clean the room until your gone

Good location, with cheap, clean and basic ensuite accomodation. Property provided good value for money. Rooms are a bit dated but very clean with free air conditioning and good free wifi.

Check-in could be better, with someone actually answering the phone and turning up ontime. Cleaning is twice weekly, which may be an issue for some.

No breakfast was a great location

Lift was out of order and I was on the 5th floor

Just location is in center

My experience with this hotel was very disappointing. When I checked in, they required a €200 deposit for a two-night stay. I have booked other places through the same booking agent and have never been asked to pay deposit It has now been 10 days since I checked out, and I still haven’t received my deposit back. I have tried contacting the hotel about this issue but have not received any response so far. Charging a €200 deposit for a place of this standard feels unreasonable, and the lack of communication after my stay is very frustrating. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend staying here.
