El personal hace todo lo posible porque estés cómodo. Son profesionales, atentos y cuidan al cliente. El establecimiento está muy cuidado y dan importancia a los detalles. Hemos estado muy bien con ellos.

Las camas de matrimonio son un poco pequeñas y el establecimiento no dispone de habitaciones de dos camas. La zona no cuenta con servicios cercanos, necesitas el coche para todo menos para ir a la playa porque está al lado .

Die Nähe zum Strand ist großartig, ca. 5 min.. Das Haust ist in Ordnung und hat ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer was geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist aber irgendwie nicht zum verweilen einlädt, ich habe nie da jemand sitzen sehen. Das ganze Haus ist sauber ohne Dreck und Staub. Das Bett war groß und die Matratze wunderbar, konnte gut drauf schlafen Das eigene Wohnzimmer hatte ein Kühlschrank, eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher.

Gefallen hat es mir nicht das es ein Tick zu ruhig war, vor allem Abends war kein Mensch , im Haus, zu sehen. Vielleicht hat das auch mit dem Konzept des Hauses zu tun.. Den Pool kannst Du bis 9:00 Uhr benutzen aber der Zugang vom Pool zum Haus wird um 8:00 Uhr gesperrt, Dannach kann mann nur ins Haus wenn man einmal um das Haus geht und durch die Haupttür wieder reinkommt, Auf Toilette geht mann auch nur bis 8:00 Uhr obwohl der Pool bis 9:00 Uhr genutzt werden kann denn dann ist die Tür zu und mann muss auf sein eigenes Zimmer zum WC. Schwierig ist es wenn mann alles abschließt , alle Lichter ausmacht und kein Wort sagt, hatte keine Info darüber. Warum wird das so gemacht?? Im Untergeschoss ist die Ebene des Piools, dort wird Frühstück serviert, da ist ein WC ein kleines Wohnzimmer, Zugang zum Pool aber auch der Rückzugsort der Angestellten die viel arbeiten um alles sauber zu halten. Ab 8:00Uhr haben die Feierabend und brauchen deren Ruhe, was völlig verständlich ist.. Das Problem ist das sich der Zugang der Gäste zu Pool + WC und der Ruhebeteich der Angestellten sich kreutzen, für beide Seiten eine unglückliche Lösung. Leider ist der Pool Abends nicht beleuchtet und sonst habe ich draußen kein Licht gesehen, wenn es Licht gibt wird es wahrscheinlich um 8:00 Uhr ausgemacht und mann sitzt später im dunkeln. Naja muss jeder für sich klären ob er das gut findet. .

Es gibt leider nicht sehr viel Auswahl an Restaurants die fussläufug erreichbar sind.

The location is indeed insane — just a short walk from a gorgeous beach. There's free street parking, which makes things convenient. The villa is visually pleasant and has a nice garden with a pool. The neighborhood is very calm and safe (which is the case for the entire Troia). We want to give a shoutout to the young gentleman (if I recall correctly, called Ron), who was always very nice and helpful (helped with a heavy suitcase up the stairs and was the only person present during checkout).

We're aware that this area is expensive, however, at 280 euros per night, you really expect something else. The building itself looks nice and is filled with interesting furniture and artwork, but the smell is truly off-putting — both in the corridor / public space and in the room. It smelled as if the floors were smeared with a cockroach repellent or another chemical. Pool towels are not offered, even though there is a pool in the garden. The beach umbrellas (parasols) were broken. The manager lady (I think her name is Elena) was either 'in a mood' during our stay, or she has this military aura that made us feel as if we arrived at a camp — and that we were causing inconvenience with our presence. She seems very attached to the rules — but was nowhere to be found during checkout the following day. I asked (much earlier via an email) for access to a kettle in the evening, but the request was brushed over. Last detail: there's a turndown service which (normally, if you're aware of it) is 'nice to have', but in this case it was never communicated, so we came back from the beach to a room where things got moved around without our knowledge — and considering how small the villa is (plus not the best first impression from the manager), it just felt a bit excessive. Overall: an awkward and overpriced experience.

A localização é excelente, ao pé da praia, o pequeno almoço muito bom, o funcionário Rony muito dedicado e prestável. O ambiente em redor muito sossegado, em modo de ambiente familiar.

As casas de banho, apesar de serem funcionais, o duche verte água para o exterior, o que provoca uma inundação no piso da própria casa-de-banho, o que nos o obrigou a pôr toalhas no chão. Apesar do problema estar identificado, uma vez que quando chegámos do jantar, o piso estava seco e as toalhas trocadas, pensamos que deve ser um aspecto a melhorar, por parte dos proprietários. De salientar que aconteceu nos dois quartos alugados.

Uma bela casa localizada em uma rua tranquila com outras casas, bonita e arborizada. Piscina e quartos confortáveis . Tudo muito bem cuidado . Café da manhã simples , mas satisfatório. Importante localizar e pesquisar a região antes de reservar.

Tive algum problema no check-in, pois não foi tão fácil localizar a casa e nem sempre há pessoas na recepção . A casa poderia ser mais arejada , janelas estão sempre fechadas.’

We felt very welcomed by the host, Dona Ana, she was very nice to us, and the whole team was kind, helpful, and attentive during our stay. Our house was very warmly decorated, and we had a lovely private terrace where we could relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The room was spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.

The only minor downside was that the shower did not have the glass panel around, so some water occasionally splash onto the bathroom floor. However, this was not an issue and did not affect our comfort.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Inhabern hatte uns gute Restaurantempfehlungen sowie Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung mitgeteilt. Helena hatte für alle Fragen eine Antwort, selbst wenn man eine Blase am Fuß hatte, bekamen wir eine Creme gereicht. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und sehr auf unser Wohl bedacht. Das Frühstück war liebevoll angerichtet und konnte am Pool eingenommen werden. Es gab immer frisches Obst und abwechslungsreiche Eierspeise, neben anderen Frühstückshighlights. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und mit frischen Handtüchern versehen.

Gostamos imenso da simpatia dos funcionários, especialmente da gerente D.Helena. O peq almoço é bom no entanto podia ter mais variedade.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno perfetto a Comporta! La posizione della struttura è perfetta, a pochi passi dal mare. Gli ambienti sono molto curati e puliti. Colazione ottima con prodotti freschi, abbiamo adorato la frutta fresca, yoghurt, burro e torte fatte in casa. Un grazie speciale a Elena e al suo staff, gentile e attento a ogni esigenza. Esperienza super, torneremo presto!

Pouca simpatia e pouca flexibilidade da dona. Apanhámos muito trânsito para lá chegar, e ligámos a avisar. Disse logo que nos cobraria 30€ de taxa se chegássemos depois das 20h. Ao pequeno almoço, não nos sentimos à vontade pois parecia estarem sempre a controlar o que os hóspedes se serviam. No dia de saída, recebemos um e-mail da booking a dizer que o checkout era às 12h, pelo que depois do pequeno almoço, fomos para a piscina. Pelos vistos era às 11h, e a dona veio ter connosco a dizer que tínhamos que desocupar o quarto até a essa hora. Disse que poderíamos ficar pela piscina o tempo que quiséssemos sem qualquer custo adicional, no entanto tínhamos sempre alguém de vigia, até que um dos empregados fechou um dos chapéus que estávamos a utilizar. Foi desagradável, deixando-nos desconfortáveis. O mais grave, até hoje não recebemos a fatura da estadia.

Da fiscalização da gerência que se "instala" atrás do fraco "buffet " numa atitude controladora. Da fraca qualidade do fiambre. Dos péssimos ovos que serviam e do pão todo ele " fresco" por ter sido retirado do congelador, sendo que a 200m há um super com pão fresco. Mas mais decepcionante é a tal gerência afirmar que o pão é fresco. Da casa de banho mal desenhada com prateleiras inutilizadas por estarem praticamente dentro do chuveiro e da iluminação da dependência que tinha as peredes totalmente pintadas de escuro. Um poliban que não continha a água estando nós autorizadas ( pela gerente) a utilisar todas as toalhas necessárias para suster a dita.

Acomodação, o quarto que ficamos fica na parte externa, ao lado de uma casa que tinha barulho o dia todo e ouvia-se tudo. Ficou muito aquém do esperado. Foi como se tivéssemos ficado no quarto dos fundos, um quarto sem privacidade, pois a casa de banho é adaptada.

A localização, ao lado da praia e perto do centro da Comporta. A limpeza , e a amabilidade dos funcionários ao pequeno almoço.

O chuveiro da casa de banho que durante a utilização escorria imensa água para o corredor e tornava o chão escorregadio. O terem me ligado ás 11:30 a pressionar para o check-out e dizerem que era ás 11h quando recebi mensagem a informar que o check-out era às 12h .

Casa ao lado também é alugada e os jardins confinam tornando- se muito barulhento

A decoração é muito bonita, a anfitriã sempre disponível e muito simpática, a limpeza é excelente. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Recomendo muito.

Tout comme décrit ci-dessus: l'emplacement, la taille, humaine, le confort, la propreté, et bien sur le personnel (Cristina nous a accueillis comme prévu, était très attentive à nos besoins et nous a prodigué de bon conseils). Excellent pdj autour de la piscine avec des produits maison, saints et délicieux., superbement présentés. Ca change des grandes structures hôtelières. On est comme des invités chez des amis exceptionnels.

From start to finish this was such a wonderful stay! Our room was super comfortable, clean and beautiful, the breakfast was nice (especially the homemade yoghurt, butter and cheese!), and the host and staff were all so friendly and helpful!! It reminds me a bit of a boutique hotel - a villa where you stay in different rooms. It was so cosy, homey, and just all around beautiful. We needed an iron at one point, and it was super simple to just message the host - next time we entered our room, the iron was there. It's nice and peaceful, had parking for our car, and is a super short walk from the beach. If I'm coming back to Troia I'll definitely want to stay here again! Be aware that Google Maps might show different locations (not the host's fault). We messaged the host to make sure we were headed to the correct location, and she responded immediately - so we had no problem finding the place in the end :)

There's really nothing negative to say. I wish there was a full-body mirror in the room, but that's such a small thing that it's not even a complaint. We were very happy!

Em relação ao quarto, a casa de banho tinha muito pouca iluminação e as paredes eram escuras, ou seja, era necessário que tivesse mais luz. No que diz respeito ao pequeno-almoço, não nos sentimos completamente à vontade para nos servirmos do que queríamos, devido à presença dos funcionários.

Il posto vicino alla spiaggia, accogliente, dotato di una piscina bellissima, è vero che la temperatura dell'acqua non è mai quella della piscina comunale, ma pulita senza l'odore del cloro. Vicino c'è un negozio alimentare a bassi prezzi, quindi non ti serve mangiare sempre al ristorante, anche perché non è vicino, alla sera trovi qualche Uber da portarti, ma nessuno a ritorno 🤣

L'unica cosa è questa per uscire fuori alla sera, devi aver l'auto

Una zona super tranquila. Residencial. Playa kilométrica. Una zona llena de posibilidades deportivas.

Moniliario de la terracita, demasiado endeble. Pero aceptable. Televisión enana. Es una zona donde, a cierta hora del dia, no hay mas vida. Hacen falta más enchufes. Fuera de temporada, las opciones de actividades y restauración son muy limitadas.

Lo que más nos gustó del alojamiento era cuando estábamos lejos de él.

No me gustó que el suelo del baño fuera una charca cada vez que abrías la ducha.No me gustó dormir con orín y heces en el baño debido a que la cadena del WC no funcionara.No me gustó la limpieza de la habitación, arañas y mosquitos.No me gustó que no nos cambiaran de “habitación”, no me gustó que la anfitriona nos dijera que nos iba a devolver una parte del dinero por las molestias, que nos pidiera el número de cuenta y que luego no lo hiciera, no me gustó que booking permitiera esto. No me gustó que la anfitriona Elena nos estafara. Decepción total.

Freundliche Inhaberin und freundliches Personal. Frühstückt mit selbst hergestellten Produkten außergewöhnlich gut mit Sitzplätzen am Pool. Unsere Wohnung war sehr geräumig und strahlte durch die individuelle Gestaltung eine gemütliche Atmosphäre aus. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr kurz.

The guesthouse is in a wealthy gated community, just a minute’s walk from the beach. The house seems recently renovated, spotless, and very well maintained. Towels and bedding were almost new and high quality, showing the care the team puts into the place.

I stayed in the single twin room for one night. The space was much smaller than I expected (O asked to see the room before finalizing the booking and was not allowed), and without air conditioning it became hot and stuffy (especially in late August). With the windows closed it was uncomfortable, and with them open there was outside noise and little privacy. At US$200 per night, the room felt overpriced for the size and lack of climate control, even though the property itself is well kept.
