每次找前台都能立刻联系到人，房间宽敞、干净整洁，有中国的充电孔，这点对中国旅客来说考虑很周全。

酒店地址有误，打车到酒店提供的定位点找不到正确位置，重新联系了店家给出新地址才找到。淋浴间的花洒不太好用，出水量很小且出水不均匀，洗澡只能勉强凑合用。

It is good and spacious for one night.We drove from Madina.Spent night here and went to see Al-Oula Al Hagar

Its a bit old but i dont mind.i would again stay here .It is good for one and two nights.Close to Al -Oula Attarctions

Spacious, comfortable apartment close to supermarkets for any supplies you might need. Located about a 40 minute walk to AlUla old town. Good value for money.

The host was great, he was in disposition all the time. He gave me extra water by request. The location was great. The main room was quite big.

Only cash payment, no cards accepted. No teas or coffees in the room's kitchen. The bathroom could be a bit cleaner. The Internet was a bit unstable.

The guy was very kind. Even though we booked at the last minute and were exhausted from a long trip, he helped us by allowing an early check-in (45 minutes before the timing). The place was clean. The place is also close to a mosque, so you will hear the Adhan (the call to prayer) nearby.

Location is right on the main road. Room on ground floor with absolutely no noise insulation - you will hear everything. Internet was not working. Wordrobes were smelly. Kitchennet is a joke - 2 forks, 1 plate, 1 water boiler (and an electric stove that we could not even use to boil an egg). The bathroom is smelling and the shower is on top of the toilet, there is no separate shower space (the kitchen sink serves as well as a bathroom sink…) and the water heater has the electric cables exposed. Windows have no nets so there were plenty of mosquitoes in the room. The person receiving us was very impolite. Difficult to communicate with them before and during the stay. I don’t have a big problem with these things, but when they charge you 400 sar/ night, then this is not ok.

Very spacious apartment, clean and well equipped. The center of Al Ula is within walking distance.

The description of the room that we booked was not matching the room that we were assigned to. The price charged does not reflect the actual value.

Beds are too small, TV Chanel is too poor and WC has NO grade.

It was off the beaten path so you need a car to move around but it was quiet, I slept well, and the apartment was outfitted with plates, eating utensils etc. Water for shower was hot, tv functioned.

A bit too isolated for finding place to eat but that was true for most of Al Ula. Tough to find a place to eat that was open when I was hungry.

The location is almost in the center of the city. Basic needs items were available at a walking distance. The view outside the property was nice. The major attractions of the area are maximum 30 min away.

Needs to work on the cleanliness inside and around the property.

Instructions for key collection were not clear! I was booked into another property and I was moved by Amazon, two days out, to a property less pleaseant and more expensive.

The host Mr. Nasser was an incredibly nice and helpful host. We would like to say a big thank you to him! The location is good if you don't use a car. Everything you need is nearby.

The published location on the booking/website (43511, Alula) was incorrect. Google Maps directed us to this (nowhere) address. We called the number on the booking a couple of times with no response at the time. We then sought help from a Sweet Inn receptionist who called a person from Sweet Rose for the location. Finally, we managed to reach the property. The place is good location-wise and in facilities, but the rate is high compared with quality and cleanliness. Moreover, we had to pay cash as demanded by the caretaker.

The room itself is very good, comfortable.

The accomodation consists in a wide room and a tiny kitchen and bathroom. It was clean and had all features.

Since I had to check-out and my flight was in the late evening, I asked the guy from the receiption if I could leave my luggage there for a few hours...and he answered me "NO". I tried to ask why, but he couldn't give me any reason. I think this is not normal.
