Excellent établissement, les appartements sont propres et bien aménagé. Le Manko bar et son personnel sont très sympathique, serviable. Les piscines sont propres, même très propre. Le Spa est top, le sauna, le hammam Turque ou la piscine intérieure. La salle de sport est grande et super bien équipée. Je reviendrai à coup sûr. Parking sous-sol gratuit Bravo à toutes vos équipes, vous faites du très bon travail.

Alles war wunderbar, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt nur 10 Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt, ist sehr sauber und das Frühstück ist sehr frisch und abwechslungsreich – ich kann es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden, alles war toll. Bis zum nächsten Mal!!

Hotel layout was a bit strange had to go down two flights of steps from our room to then have to go up two flights to get to the restaurant and a further flight to get to reception.

Повелись на хорошие оценки, что было ошибкой. В итоге пробыли тут одну ночь и съехали Номер действительно просторный. Тем не менее, в ванной присутствовал откровенный запах сырости, находиться там было неприятно. В душевой отсутствовал шампунь, пришлось просить на ресепшене. Посуда в шкафах была старой и грязной. Уборка номера поверхностная. Скорость интернета на троечку. Самое смешное, на кровати не было одеяла. Хотели спать, но пришлось прождать где-то минут тридцать, пока принесут одеяла, дважды ходил на респепшен. В конце концов принесли два одеяла, одно в пятнах. Завтрак бедный на выбор и невкусный. Хороший кофе, а не коричневая жижа, только за дополнительную плату. Панкейки ужасно сухие. На территории много голодных бездомных кошек. Пляж Гюмбета максимально неухоженный, бродят бездомные собаки, море грязное. лучше ехать в другое место. Впечатлившись всем этим, решили съезжать после первой же ночи.

Everything was very clean! The breakfast was good, tables got cleaned quickly, no dirty dishes during the meal. I likes a lot of greens and flowers in pool area too. Special thabk for the mosquito nets on the windows! It was very important

Просторные комфортные апартаменты, в номере было чисто. Приятный персонал на ресепшене и очень вкусный завтрак. Мы были проездом на 1 день и это было правильное наше решение в выборе отеля.

Cogimos una habitación con vistas al mar. El tamaño y las vistas cumplieron las expectativas, los atardeceres preciosos. La zona de la piscina es muy agradable y el gimnasio es lo mejor, grande, muy surtido de material y con poca gente.

Faltan amenities y no nos rellenaron el champú en toda la semana. Ojo, Gümbet es un lugar de fiesta máxima todos los días y noches, de eso no tiene culpa el hotel, pero se echa de menos una mayor insonorización de la habitación. El desayuno es muy completo y al cabo de algunos días se hace repetitivo, especialmente si no eres fan de las aceitunas.

It takes 10 min to Gumbet, and 20 min to Bodrum from this place. Our room was pretty clean and had a kitchen, also big enough in space for a studio

They expected us to sleep three people in one king-size bed. Also It has no private beach, or access to any beach. They said Jasmin Beach hotel (which has a private beach) is also belongs to the same hotel owner, and they will allow us when we say we’re staying in this hotel: However, Jasmin Beach Hotel staff said their manager has a strict order for not to allow Jasmin Elite visitors to enter in their beach sites.

A warm welcome by friendly staff at reception was a great start to our weekend break. We were delighted with the apartment which was more than enough for our 2 night stay. A spacious lounge and bedroom with ensuite shower room & washing machine and a balcony overlooking the pool. The well equipped open plan kitchen included Siemens white goods (oven, hob, fridge/freezer & microwave), great for a longer stay but we only needed the kettle to make a drink! Our visit was to celebrate my husband's birthday and the staff delivered a lovely cake and strawberry smoothies to our room on the day.. A complete and very welcome surprise. It really made our stay. We enjoyed dinner both evenings and the food was excellent. The breakfasts were also excellent, with lots of choice. All round a great stay made even better by the staff, who were polite and keen to assist with any queries. Highly recommend.

الأشياء السلبية: الشيء الوحيد اللي حسّينا إنه ناقص هو قلة الفعاليات والأنشطة المخصصة للأطفال. لو كان فيه أنشطة أكثر للأطفال، كانت التجربة بتكون متكاملة أكثر.

⭐️ Très mauvaise expérience – attention aux facturations Malgré un établissement plutôt agréable et une structure qui pourrait être sympa, notre expérience à la Jasmine Elite Residence a été extrêmement décevante, principalement à cause de la gestion des facturations. Nous avons constaté des montants ajoutés à notre note pour des consommations que nous n’avions jamais faites, ainsi que des sommes qui nous ont été présentées comme étant impayées alors que nous affirmons les avoir déjà réglées. Nous avons dû contester plusieurs éléments de la facture, ce qui est totalement inadmissible. Le plus regrettable est que cela gâche complètement le séjour. On vient en vacances pour profiter et se détendre, pas pour devoir vérifier chaque ligne de sa facture et se battre pour ne pas payer des consommations que l’on n’a pas prises. Je déconseille donc fortement cet établissement, malgré une structure agréable. Soyez extrêmement vigilants avec vos consommations et vérifiez systématiquement votre addition avant de payer. Gardez également les preuves de vos paiements. Pour nous, cette expérience a été suffisamment mauvaise pour que nous ne revenions absolument pas dans cet établissement.

There were certainly many positive aspects to the stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful always ready to call a taxi, which arrived within just five minutes. The accommodation itself was very clean and comfortable. Furthermore, the location is ideal: close to the city center, the marina, and the shopping mall, making it wonderfully convenient to get everywhere.

While the location offers pleasant surroundings, my stay fell short of expectations due to several operational and structural drawbacks. The dining experience was quite repetitive. Both the breakfast spread and the seven-course dinner menu remained largely unchanged throughout the week, offering very limited variety for longer stays. Additionally, when booking a half-board package (breakfast and dinner), guests naturally expect standard inclusions or at least complimentary beverages during meals. It was therefore unacceptable and frustrating to find that all drinks were charged separately every time an order was placed, with no daytime perks included. Furthermore, the description regarding beach access is somewhat misleading. The property does not have a private beach on-site; guests must walk approximately five to six minutes down a steep incline. This terrain makes the walk potentially hazardous or difficult for older guests or those with mobility concerns. Overall, while the service had its merits, improvements in menu rotation, clear and inclusive dining policies regarding beverages, and accurate accessibility details would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Στο χώρο του spa θα έπρεπε ο υπεύθυνος να επιβλέπει την κατάσταση γιατί είχε αρκετό θόρυβο ώστε να μην μπορείς να χαλαρώσεις όπως πρέπει σε ένα τέτοιο μέρος

L’appartement était spacieux, propre et confortable. Les piscines étaient géniales, nous les avons souvent eu pour nous tout seul. Le restaurant était également très bon et pas cher. Le petit déjeuner était de qualité, avec un stand omelette très appréciable! Le centre ville était facilement accessible à pied.

La plage à proximité n’est pas la plus propre ni la plus belle de Bodrum. Et nous avons regretté l’absence de couette dans les chambres. Sinon c’était très bien

O lugar é lindo! Reservei 2 acomodações, sendo 1 studio e 1 apto com 2 quartos. Ambos eram excelentes , o studio perfeito para um casal, tinha cozinha equipada, ótimo espaço do quarto, dava para abrir as malas, sem atrapalhar a circulação, a cama queen, era confortável, bem como os travesseiros, havia uma varanda com bonita vista para as piscinas e varal. O banheiro era bonito, moderno, boa iluminação e com os produtos para higiene, de boa qualidade. O apto com 2 quartos, sendo 1 suíte, era lindo, amplo, com aproximadamente 75 metros, com sala e cozinha integrada, varanda e lavadora de roupas. Tudo era muito bonito, bem decorado, novinho, limpo e confortável! As piscinas eram convidativas, com bar, música baixa, e o spa com piscina, sauna e o delicioso banho turco, com serviços de vários tipos de massagem. O café da manhã era maravilhoso, com muita variedade para todosos gostos, com , omeletes, frutas, legumes, geleias, iogurtes, etc. Estacionamento gratuito. A equipe é nota 10 e, se voltar, ficarei hospedada lá novamente, sem hesitar. Só tenho elogios! Recomendo fortemente!!!

Nice all round. The spa area was very clean. I booked a relaxing massage, but the lady doing it was so strong and heavy handed, I felt like I was being tortured. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it.

There's nothing we don't like. The only thing I can suggest is that they should have more entertainment for all in the evenings.

Very nice location, great facilities, large room. Really enjoyed my stay. Gym, pools and spa were amazing.

Very comfortable, modern, clean property with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and washing machine. Felt like home. The staff were very accommodating. They have changed our room as we wanted to stay in ground floor level. Lovely bougainvilleas everywhere. Only a few minutes walk (down a steep hill) to Gumbet beach. Convenient car park. Netflix was amazing, wifi was good. It felt like a home rather than a hotel.

Breakfast could have been better, especially the bread which was quite tasteless and bland. If there was nicer bread options, pogaca, kruvasan etc. the breakfast would have been great. Pool was too cold, I don't know what can be done about it but it was July and we struggled to use the pool. I asked for a relaxing massage at the spa and it was pure torture for an hour even after I asked the lady to be more gentle, she just wouldn't.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very polite. The rooms were very clean. Food was very fresh. Highly recommended .

Нам отел очень понравился. Апартаменты большие по площади и чистые, огромный балкон с сушилкой для одежды, что очень важно. Тишина в номере, даже при том, что окна выходили на бассейн (но это был бассейн не у бара) и людей в бассейне было мало, всегда было много свободных лежаков. Наличие бассейнов в разных зонах оказалось большим плюсом! Ходили в ресторан на ужины, всё всегда было вкусно. С парковкой проблем вообще не было, много мест.

Холодный бассейн в spa. И хотелось бы иметь губки и средство для мытья посуды в номере. Получается так, что посуда есть, а помыть её не чем.

Lief vrouwtjes bij de Spa. Goed geholpen met mijn behandeling. Goede service! Op enkele personeelsleden, man bij het restaurant en jonge man die einde van mijn vakantie een roomservice en chay kwam brengen! Heel vriendelijk en altijd een lach!

Medewerkers stralen niet oprecht vriendelijkheid uit. Een lachje komt er nog wel vanaf op dag 1 en 2 maar daarna... weet dat je als je hier boekt dat er een ongeschreven regel aan vast hangt en dat is dat vriendelijkheid vanuit jou als gast wordt verwacht alvorens je het terug krijgt en niet andersom. Heel vermoeiend, en het laatste waar je mee bezig wilt zijn tijdens een vakantie. Als je even niet je dag hebt, dan wordt meteen helemaal scheef aan gekeken. Stukje vriendelijkheid richting je hotelgasten zonder het gevoel te hebben dat het een “voor wat hoort wat mentaliteit spelletje wordt” is wel op zn plek. Een hotel hoort gasten tevreden te houden, niet andersom. Uiteindelijk ben jij er op vakantie en betaal je voor een verblijf in plaats van dat het ongemakkelijk wordt. Als je elkaar niet begrijpt, begint manager aan de telefoon te schreeuwen. Nul geduld met je. Andersom spreken medewerkers nul Engels met uitzondering van enkele (manager, dame achter de receptie). Vrouwelijke receptionist verbind je random middenin een telefoongesprek door, zonder netjes door te geven wat ze gaat doen. Super onbeschoft! Neem een portie geduld mee en verwacht dat je een heleboel moet incasseren, als je hier in dit hotel boekt. Ze hebben duidelijk een cursus klantvriendelijkheid richting hotelgasten en communiceren overgeslagen (zowel als manager als de rest daar). Vuile was afgegeven aangezien er geen wasmachine in de kamer zit en ze geen wasservice aanbieden (terwijl op booking.com dit wel werd aangegeven). Wordt vervolgens jackpotbedrag gevraagd voor een klein tasje simpele kleding. Alsof dat niet beschamend genoeg is duurt het enorm lang voordat je het terugkrijgt. Elke keer erachter aan moeten gaan en te horen krijgen morgen is het klaar, maar hebben lak aan afspraken en houden zich er niet aan. Eindstand nog het lef om 3500 lira te vragen en te doen alsof ze me een gunst doen door het te verlagen naar 2000 lira.

Firt impression is that it's a very nice and big hotel with a lot of younger guests in their 20-30 without kids. Music was playing loud by the bar and the pool area was usually crowded. Me and my husband had drove a long way and arrived during the afternoon and checked in by a nice man in the reception. We got help to carry our luggage which was very kind. We were very tired and fell asleep during 10 pm. Around 11.30pm we were waken up from a call to our hotel room asked by the same man from the reception that he needs to take pictures of our passports, claiming "there has been an upgrade to our system" therefore we need to do the procedure again. Even tho he was informed that he had woken us up it was still important that it needed to be done right away. They send a guy to our room who took the pictures. Unfortunately we had a hard time falling asleep. Morning after during breakfast, after I have eaten almost a whole bowl of mixed olives I discover a bug/larva. Dicusted and nauseas I called for the staff, showing then the bowl which he then took a picture of and send to his boss. I asked to speak to his manager which he then claims "is not currently here" , he took my room number and told me I was going to be contacted as soon as the manager arrived. I sat in my room and waited for 4 hours untill I decided to go to the reception. The manager Mr Ibrahim is there and gets informed about the situation saying "we searched the whole kitchen and nothing was found". Adding furthermore that I never left ny room number and could therefore not be contacted...Excuse me? After showing pictures of the bug/larva we then proceeds to say that he will speak to the manager. I had to wait 40 min more and then he tells me "we will make and inspection of the kitchen and we are sorry for this". Again nothing. After I started to complain and explaining how disgusting it is and that this is not sanitary at.

J’ai aimé l’emplacement car proche de tout ainsi que la piscine

Le nettoyage n’était pas bon du tout, nous sommes arrivés le premier jour on nous a mis dans un appartement tout à fond de la résidence avec vu sur parking hors nous avions payé pour vu sur piscine ou jardin, le lendemain pas d’électricité de la journée. La propreté n’est pas du tout ça. Serviette de bain très sale, pas d’étendoir. Wc qui ne fonctionne pas. Et pour couronner le tout grosse fuite au bout de 3 jours inondation

Rooms are spacious. Pool is not crowded even in high season. A lot of parking spaces on the spot, hotel has own big closed parking with 2 levels. In room there's all utilities and amenities. Breakfast is sufficient. Location of hotel is close to all attractions and shops but at the same time isolated from noise

Some rooms require maintenance. Room E1 - washing machine is rusty. Also toilet brush needs replacement. Pillows could be better (softer).

The swimming pools and surrounding area was excellent and kept very clean. Food in restaurant was delicious and staff very helpful. Room was air conditioned and kept clean throughout our stay by housekeeping staff.

There was a kitchenette however no dish soap or cleaning utensils so I had to use handsoap & tissue to clean kitchenware & hob. I expected complimentary tea/coffee in room as usual standard in hotels I’ve stayed at. Unfortunately on our last night there was a fellow guest(s) shouting and arguing in early hours of morning which woke both myself & daughter. This was not the hotels fault but it spoil our stay slightly, it would have been better to have security staff onsite to have resolved as it went on for a few hours waking us several times.

Lovely clean apartments . Good buffet breakfast & the restaurant was nice with many lunch & dinner options . Nice pool & outdoor bar also a great gym ! The staff were super nice , very kind & helpful .

L’emplacement, le parking privée, les piscines. Sympathie du personnel de l’hôtel et sa compréhension.

Le lit n’était pas confortable (beaucoup trop dur). Nous étions 3 avec le même ressenti, et le canapé lit était extrêmement dur également, pas du tout confortable (il aurait sans doute fallu proposer un lit d’appoint car le canapé n’est clairement pas adapté, surtout dans un établissement de cette gamme). Nous n’avons pas bien dormi après avoir chacun testé lit et canapé. Gros point faible. Le petit déjeuner : bien pour la partie salée, mais très faible pour la partie sucré (très peu de choix). Globalement j’ai mangé des pan cake pendant toute la semaine, il y avait du nutella mais pas de sirop d’érable). Le repas du soir en demi pension : nous avons du l’annuler en cours du séjour car très insatisfaisant : extrêmement peu de choix (6 menus uniques dont l’entrée et le dessert sont identique, le repas principal très basique. On nous a servi deux jours de suite un gâteau au chocolat tout juste décongelé et bas de gamme. C’est à partir de là qu’on a décidé d’annuler la demi pension qui est finalement réservée par très peu de monde, nous étions quasiment seul le soir). Nous remercions l’hôtel pour avoir accepté notre annulation du repas du soir. En conclusion, quelques points faibles pour un état assez haut de gamme, on s’attendait à mieux au vu du prix.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful. The pool, restaurant, cleanliness, and the luxury of the rooms were all outstanding. Overall, we had a great stay, and everyone in my group really enjoyed it. Our only comment is that the triple rooms have one double bed and a sofa bed, which wasn’t very comfortable for the third guest. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The gym and Spa facilities very good. Especially Simi and his two Indonesia ladies mum and daughter.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are very spacious, and we chose one that included a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was the same every day, but everything was delicious. My favorite was definitely the pancakes! The location is excellent—it’s very close to the Old Town, the city center, and the nightlife, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel for families, groups of friends, or anyone planning a longer stay. The spacious rooms, convenient facilities, and great location make it an excellent choice.

Все просторное. Гостиная с раскладным диваном на 5 человека очень большая. Отличный ресторан. Брали полупансион, очень вкусно. 5 видов меню с разными блюдами. Хлеб вода бесплатно. Хорошее вино не дорого. Есть подземный паркинг, что очень актуально летом. 3 больших бассейна + детский на улице. Закрытый бассейн, хамам, парная, сауна, тренажерный зал. Недорогие и очень качественные СПА услуги. До пляжа пешком 5 минут. На пляже лежаки 150 лир, зонты бесплатно. Там же большая детская площадка, баскетбольные корты, футбольное поле. Персонал отзывчивый, ненавязчивый. Уборка качественная

Gostei do fato de ser tudo novo, com bonita e moderna decoração, do espaço do studio, com cozinha equipada, do conforto da cama e travesseiros, da varanda com vista para a piscina, com varal para roupas e do conforto do banheiro. A area de lazer é incrível, com 3 piscinas externas e 1 coberta, spa com sauna, banho turco, sala de massagem e academia bem equipada. O café da manhã era delicioso , com muitas opções, com ovos preparados na hora, pratos quentes, saladas, frios, frutas, iogurtes, cereais, entre outros. A vista para a baia, a noite, era linda. Estacionamento coberto, sem custo. Voltaria a me hospedar lá!

Da distância do porto, onde estão os restaurantes e o comércio, embora como estava com carro, isso não foi um problema. Fiquei hospedada 4 dias e a varanda não foi limpa em nenhum dia. Do preparo dos pratos do jantar, que pareciam semi-prontos.

Super Hôtel ! La propreté était au top , aussi bien dans l’ensemble de l’hôtel que dans les chambres. Les infrastructures sont excellentes : plusieurs piscines, un sauna, un hammam, une salle de sport et des salles de massage. Les piscines étaient super. La chambre était spacieuse, très propre et parfaitement équipée. Le lit ainsi que le canapé-lit étaient très confortables. La télévision proposait toutes les applications nécessaires, la vue était magnifique et la salle de bain était spacieuse, moderne et impeccable. La restauration était également de bonne qualité, avec un petit-déjeuner varié et généreux, ainsi que de bons menus à la carte proposés tout au long de la journée. Un grand merci à tout le personnel de l’hôtel pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse, son sourire et sa disponibilité. Leur accueil a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. L’emplacement est idéal : la plage est accessible en seulement 5 minutes à pied, la marina se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture et le centre-ville, avec ses nombreuses boutiques et restaurants, est à seulement 10 à 15 minutes à pied. J’ai passé un excellent séjour à Bodrum, et c’est en grande partie grâce à cet hôtel. Je le recommande sans hésiter ! Merci

Мы бронировали апартаменты на 3 ночи, по запросу нам любезно предоставили тихий номер с видом на бассейн. В номере есть все необходимое, чтобы ч чувствовать себя как дома. Завтраки прекрасные, до моря 1-2 минуты. Рядом есть Мигрос, Sok и Carefour. Отдельно стоит отметить спа - программы и массаж очень качественный, делают тайские мастера. Для себя отметил это место - обязательно вернемся.

Громкая и однообразная музыка до 22:00, которая не дает отдохнуть вечером и которую надо каждый день просить выключать. Уставший отель, которому нужен ремонт. Однообразный завтрак.

Very good location, specious room - we stayed in an apartment with small kitchen, sofa and balcony; everything as described in the offer, very nice staff, delicious breakfasts; nice swimming pools , very good spa & fitness center; beautiful views; we could go back!!!

The music at the swimming pool. Quite loud and not so tasteful music. I think it’s a lot better to play some slow modern jazz king’s music at balanced volume than that type of music. I guess it is one’s preference but it wasn’t a relaxing one. Also breakfast was not great. I only had coffee each morning most of the days for a week. The menu was exactly the same for a week, not much healthy options. Fried staff, Pastries, cheese and breads.

The property is clean, the suite rooms are so spacious, with kitchen and living room Balconies are big as well, breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. There is a small pool for only the one bedroom suites , which was so convenient.

It’s what you pay is what you get. Nothing fancy. A very small hotel. I booked it for only the sleep as we took day trips all day. You have to take a ride to anywhere, uber comes fast though. No toiletries in the bathroom, washing machine doesn’t work.if you don’t like cats, Don’t think of booking this hotel.
