I had to stand at the gate for 10 minutes or more trying to call the number at gate so that I can get in. Parking space is too small, the noise of water pump was too much I struggled to sleep. No water provided in the room for me to drink.

First and foremost, the establishment was non-responsive on the day of my booking (08/06/2026). Immediately after confirming my reservation through Booking.com, I tried calling to inform them that I would be checking in later than expected, but my calls went unanswered. When I arrived, I made several more attempts to contact them without success. As it was already dark, I had to walk around the property looking for assistance. Fortunately, I came across another guest who helped by knocking on a staff member's door. The staff member eventually responded and stated that she had been sleeping, even though it was only around 18:00. Upon entering the room, I noticed an unpleasant smell, and the bedding linen appeared dirty. Overall, the experience was disappointing and unprofessional.

There was no proper welcoming from the staff, the aircon was not working, there was a smell of the drain in the room on the early hours. I struggled with the shower tap , water was too hot and uncontrollable for +-15mins

We had just checked in and the lady came to our room to request us to do a R500 cashsend for her and she will give us cash. The yard was unkept. Checked in 30min after the specified check in Tima and the tile was still wet. There was no extra blanket, and the nights are currently cold. There were no towels. There was no toilet paper. If such things are not in the room, please state it in the description of the room or at least notify us when we check in.
