Reviewed Jul 15, 2026This is a fully equipped one-bedroom, self-catering cottage. Comfortable lounge, Comfortable bed with electric blanket. Most places in which we've stayed have turned out to be converted outbuildings; small and cramped. This place was purpose-built. Absolutely perfect. Peaceful and quiet, set back from the main road. Next time we're in Kimberley, we won't bother looking for alternative accommodation. We'll stay at Egerton.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026The overnight unit was comfortable, fairly modern, clean. Loved the extra touches such as a clean water container, rusks, lovely shower gel, cream and handwashing liquid.
The traffic, as well as the neighbours were loud. The sound travels in such a way that the conversations and tv programmes from next door could be heard. The room not dark enough at night, as a bright light from outside is very disturbing.
