I liked everything especially the terrace with views,the peace and quiet and the sounds of birds.

There was nothing to dislike.

The amazing view.

The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable.

There is a musty smell in the bathroom., The cushion under the water control basket is a little dirty.

We loved the apartment. The view from the apartment is fantastic, the apartment is clean and well maintained and the host was very nice and welcoming.

Everything was imaculate. Appartment has everything you need and more. Staff and host very friendly and helpfull. Will be back for my next visit.

Love the facilities and the view. John was very helpful and offered to take us to a friend's B&B when there was a power failure. We love staying here and it is our go to accommodation when going to Cape Town.

Hypnotic view of the mountains and ocean; stylish, modern space and amenities, yet cosy and homely with pretty much everything one could possibly need; good options for ordering in food; host was friendly and accommodating. And I saw baboons!

Two single beds pushed together to make a king size was hard and uncomfortable in the middle.

Everything! John was an amazing host. Enjoyed every moment, the view, the area,the hike to Admiral's waterfall not far away which is safe with the baboon Rangers on guard, John's suggested places to go. Fishermen's beach 💗 and the Korean food at one of the many restaurants around the area. My husband truly enjoyed meeting and chatting with fishermen on the pier at night. We'll definitely be back.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, with breathtaking ocean views from the apartment perched high on the hill near a waterfall. The peaceful surroundings were perfect — no noise or barking dogs — yet it was still conveniently close to the centre of town. Spacious veranda, to relax on and enjoy the stunning scenery and tranquil atmosphere.

Spacious, modern apartment situated high above Simonstown with views to die for. Small kitchenette suitable for simple meal preparation. All requests met promptly. Parking. Walks from apartment door. We loved it.

It's just an unforgettable hotel with a spectacular view. We'll never forget the emotions you feel while grilling at sunset, overlooking the bay. Very nice owner. Excellent and safe location. I recommend it to all my friends, and we will definitely come back again.

The view was amazing and the service. I asked for late check out and this was no problem en for free. Flight was 23:45. Clean also. Everything you need. We wanted Some rest after our travel and we find it at this place.

A mattress topper would be nicer. Small night lights.

The view from our unit was stunning. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The host also supplied an extensive list of local attractions and restaurants. Wi-fi was also great.

Being seniors, the stairs were a bit of a challenge, but once up in the apartment, you could not fault it at all.

A very comfortable studio. Spacious. Good living space. Nice bathroom. Convenient kitchenette. Balcony to sit outside. There is less wind on this side.

When you come to stay in Simonstown people need to prepare themselves how to cope with baboons. Informative brochures are available online. The host didn't supply information, nor is there an exit plan when baboons enter the balcony or the room searching for food.

The view from our stoep was terriffic! Views to the mountain and the sea.

The bed can perhaps get a memory foam or mattress topper/ overlay to be softer but maybe it is just peronal taste.

Der große Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer war unser Highlight. Das Apartment war sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gab sogar einen Gasgrill und eine sehr kleine Küchenzeile. John der Gastgeber war total nett und hat uns nach der Ankunft direkt einige Empfehlungen gesendet.

Uns hat alles gefallen, sollte jemand aber vor haben sich selbst zu verpflegen wäre die Küchenzeile vermutlich zu klein.

We loved everything, it was a wonderful stay! The location was great, views awesome and the room was excellent with lots of space and very modern. Extra touches like a list of restaurants and shops nearby was very helpful, and little extras like the chocolates in the apartment were appreciated!

Tranquility at it's best, calm/peaceful and serenity were my highlights. The view is mind blowing. The host John is a kind hearted human being and accommodating. I will definitely be back

Netter Empfang, schöner großer Balkon mit toller Aussicht, Zimmer hat alles, was man braucht, gute Betten. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Peaceful and quiet with the best views you could ever ask for. Highly recommend this to everyone. You won’t be disappointed!

Everything, nothing less. John and Kathy are amazing hosts and genuinely lovely people. The flat is equipped with everything you might need for a longer self-catered stay. And what a view! We couldn’t stop staring at the bay and the hills from the balcony. The building is located higher up in the mountains, so it's really calm and safe and friendly, though very close to the baboons’ natural habitat. From time to time, you can even watch a live “rangers vs. baboons” show from the balcony while sipping your coffee (which I truly enjoyed every single time) 😄 There’s also a short walk to a waterfall, as well as beautiful residential streets and historic buildings nearby. You can easily get to the downtown with nice restaurants or Boulders beach (or further to the Table Mountain National Park) by car. The roads are of excellent quality, and the views are once again absolutely stunning. We would definitely stay here for much MUCH longer if we ever return. Thank you, John and Kathy! Exquisite view, excellent location as a base for Simonstown beaches and snorkeling as well as visiting Cape Point. Beds comfortable, and seating sufficient. Great proximity to mountain for walks too.

Prep space to cook limited but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Extractor fan in the bathroom a bit noisy.

Die Lage ist strategisch gut am Kap gelegen, so dass man von hier viele Ausflüge unternehmen kann. Am tollsten ist der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer und den Berg. Von hier aus lassen sich gut die Affen und Perlhühner beobachten. Es ist absolut ruhig, sicher und der Parkplatz vorm Haus sehr komfortabel. Toll, sind die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, wie Seife, Kaffee, Tee und Wasser etc. Es ist alles wie auf den Bildern und der Gastgeber ist vor Ort, so dass wir dankenswerter Weise früher einchecken konnten. Er war so freundlich uns das Gepäck die Treppen hochzutragen. Wir wollten ja auch unbedingt, das Apartment ganz oben haben😉 Zudem ist er sehr hilfsbereit, sollte es um Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Wäschereien oder Wanderungen gehen. In ein paar Minuten erreicht man ein Einkaufszentrum, die Pinguine und Restaurants. Die Apartments sind absolut empfehlenswert.

Fijne studio met een ruim balkon met fantastisch uitzicht op de zee en de bergen. Parkeren voor de deur.

Dingen om rekening mee te houden: de weg naar de accommodatie is behoorlijk steil; de studio's boven hebben fantastisch uitzicht maar daarvoor moet je wel trappen op; hout in de badkamer is niet heel praktisch; bavianen klimmen de balkons op, hou dus alles gesloten!

Ein sehr nettes Apartment mit einer großen Terrasse und phantastischem Ausblick. Wunderbar windheschützt. Großes Bett, genügend Platz für unser vieles Gepäck und prima Dusche. Danke an den netten Gastgeber John für die vielen Tipps und das unkomplizierte Check In und Check out. .

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Aussicht, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. Das Bett war bequem und die Terrasse sehr grosszügig.

Die Lage mit Blick auf die Bucht war sensationell! Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt.

Most beautiful place to stay in Simon's Town. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful - he sent us a list of activities to do and allowed us a late check-in. The apartment was very clean, with everything that you need. The bed is big and comfortable and you can see the most amazing view directly from it. We loved being able to grill/barbeque/braai on the balcony, where we felt immersed in the mountains and you could also see the ocean. It is superbly located, with fast access to the harbor and all surrounding hikes and beaches.

It is our second time in Stone Brook Apartments. We like everything: the host, the location, the amenities. The place is priced very reasonable, especially taking into account its location.

Fantastic property! The views, the cleanliness, the room, all of it! The owner greeted me on arrival and got me acclimated and gave me a great overview of the area.

The view and small touches were incredible. We had to leave early for a family emergency and wish we had longer but we will be back for sure!

We had the most perfect stay at Stonebrook Apartments. John, the host, contacted us on WhatsApp to check our arrival time and was very flexible and accommodating when we needed to change it. He met us on arrival and even carried our bags upstairs. John was helpful in making recommendations for local places to eat (we enjoyed a great breakfast at Saveurs and dinner at Dixie's). The location was excellent and the apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We got up early to go to Boulders Beach and more or less had it to ourselves which was very special. We then spent the rest of the day in the magical Cape Point national park.

I am really nit picking here as we loved the place but the extractor fan in the bathroom is a little on the noisy side so my relaxing bath at the end of a perfect day was a little less relaxing that it otherwise might have been. Apart from that, everything was perfect!

We enjoyed the comfort and coziness and the view and waterfall was amazing.

Stunning and breathtaking view! It was cozy and spacious at the same time. The location was also good for what we were looking for.

The baboons caught me off guard a few times, even if I was warned about them. We did have WiFi, but the signal overall apart from WiFi is really bad. It is very difficult to make phone calls. But this is not a property problem, I believe it's a problem in Simonstown overall.

Nice area, beautiful room, nice view to the bay and the mountains. Very clean and comfortable. Beware of baboons, which may even climb up the balcony!

The view and location were fantastic. The finishes were modern and beautiful. The couch was super comfy.

The kitchen is a bit too small, making it difficult to wash dishes, or for two people to do more than one thing at a time.
