Das Appartement war sehr geräumig, sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Der Pool war für eine Erfrischung toll. Ganz besonders war der Frühstücks Service.

Die Zimmer sind schön groß

Checkin war zu der von Booking angegebenen Zeit nicht möglich.Zimmer Service kommt erst nachmittags wenn man vom Ausflug zurück kommt.Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.Der Saunabereich wird morgens um 6 Uhr schon genutzt da er unter den Balkonen teilweise im Freien ist macht man dann kein Auge mehr zu. Die Rezeption ist zu der Zeit nicht besetzt.Es gibt bessere Hotels für das Geld.

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de la dame qui nous a accueillis le premier jour et la grandeur du logement.

L’appartement, bien qu’agréable mériterait un rafraîchissement : présence de traces noires dans la douche, sol abîmé, lit un peu petit et qui grince. Le taxi qui avait été réservé la veille à l’accueil et qui devait nous emmener à l’aéroport à 05h15 ne s’est pas présenté. Heureusement, nous avons appelé un responsable qui a géré la situation. Cela a toutefois engendré un stress qui aurait pu être évité.

Schöne Wohnung, schön ausgestattet. Vor allem auch die Möglichkeit des Gartens des Pools innerhalb der Stadt ist wie eine Oase der Ruhe.

Das Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen, jeden Morgen das gleiche, nur eine Kaffeekapsel als Getränk, kein Tee und nur eine ganz kleine Packung Butter für zwei Brötchen. Das Bett war nicht komfortabel, weil die Matratze war kleiner als das Gestell und die Matratze war sehr instabil, wie ein Wasserbett.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The pool area was clean and well maintained. Really sunny aspect, so good for sunbathing after exploring Porto. The staff were friendly and welcoming,

It was approx 25-30 min walk to the Historic centre with the river area further 5-10 mins. There didn't appear to be a bus stop close by. Whilst, it was fine for us, if you have mobility issues it may be too far to walk. However, Bolt taxis are plentiful

The hot tub and pool wasn’t always so clean. The area around the apartment was a little run down.

Logement très spacieux, bien équipé et propre. Literie parfaite : grande et confortable.

Seul bémol, la gestion de l’extérieur… Le SPA était inaccessible pendant notre séjour. Le personnel ne faisait pas respecter les règles indiquées au bord de la piscine, il y a eu des cris d’enfants toute la journée et nous les entendions depuis notre chambre. Il faudrait également ajouter quelques transat car nous étions installés dans l’herbe.

Houding baliemedewerker. Ongeïnteresseerd en de klant is niet koning. Opmerking over kapotte lampen in trappenhuis uit verleden zijn niet opgevolgd en lampen nog steeds kapot. Is er geen onderhoudsploeg?

The apartment was large and the balcony had a nice view over the pool. It was very well equipped with cooking equipment. Close to the city center on foot. Close to a small supermarket.

The pool was small. The cleaners were passing every 2 days but even then, they forgot to pass by our room so we had to look for fresh towels. The pillows were not comfortable and were old. There was no shampoo or har conditioner. There were many dogs in the neighborhood barking during the night

Lokacija super. Sicer nekje 20 min hoje do centra ampak ce zeliš čutiti utrip je prav da prehodis nekaj korakov. Imeli smo tudi rent a car kar je odlicna izbira sploh za raziskovanje okolice. Hotel čist, prijazno osebje, voda super za osvežitev po ogledih. Priporocam elektricno kolo z vodičem. Čudovita izbira. Porto pisano mesto veliko bolj kot Lizbona. Kuhinja poleg fenomenalno.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer gehört zum Teil revitalisiert, Türen lassen sich nicht schließen, Türklinken locker, Couch durchgesessen … Das Frühstück sollte wählbar sein, jeden Tag das selbe ist auf Dauer etwas mühsam und zum Teil auch viel zu viel (Kinder).

The location was amazing, having the garden, pool and jacuzzi so close to the centre of Porto was perfect. There was a small business running a snack/drink bar in the garden which was great and all staff we interacted with throughout were lovely. Breakfast was included which was (3) lovely bags delivered to the door containing a fresh pastry, 2 bread rolls, 2 slices of ham and cheese, an orange juice and small fruit salad. It was great quality but at €20 per person, not that cost effective when there are so many food options locally.

We booked a ground floor garden room for 3 people but it faced the road (not garden) which made the balcony unusable due to foot and car traffic with no privacy. The blinds in the living area were sheer so my son who was on the sofabed got no sleep between both light and street noise. Two friends booked directly with the hotel and got a much bigger room with a balcony overlooking the pool. I addressed this with the Hotel and as they were fully booked there was no option to move rooms, which I accepted. There was an ant issue in the kitchen area (due to being on ground floor) and the hotel did send housekeeping to clean but unfortunately my bag of Duty Free gifts was removed in error. This is difficult to accept as it was clearly sealed heavy bottle of alcohol  while the actual rubbish in the same space was left in place. The receptionist was great and did her best to contact the staff that attended but the result was it was considered rubbish and that I was told I should have been more careful than store my personal items in a cupboard in the kitchen area. I was assured Management would email to discuss 2 days after departure, but after a week of no contact I emailed, then had to follow up again days later to a response saying they took no responsibility and my request to cover the cost of the 'misplaced' items was denied. Its a very disappointing end and as much as this could be a one off I feel it would be remiss of me not to share our experience, isn't this the point of feedback.

The size of the apartment was great and the pool / garden area was lovely. The location was a little bit of a walk from the centre but it was still convenient. I would recommend staying here but with a few caveats.

Our room had a bit of a bad smell, the bathroom didn't have a window so I think it was damp coming from there. The air-conditioning did work but it wasn't the best and didn't really cool the apartment enough. We had a balcony with a street view, if visiting again I would definitely request a garden view.

Ein modernes Appartement mit Balkon. Sehr gute Betten. Glutenfreises Frühstück möglich und sehr gut. Das Frühstück wurde ans Zimmer geliefert, der Inhalt war ausreichend und qualitativ gut. Safe, gutes W-LAN, schöne Außenanlage, Poolhandtücher, leise, geräumige Tiefgarage, zentrumsnah - zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Das Wasser im Pool war sehr trüb. Das Balkonfenster in unserem Zimmer konnte nicht richtig verschlossen werden (Montagefehler - könnte jedoch repariert werden), daher war keine Geräuschbarriere vorhanden. Man hörte sogar die Möwen kreischen und die auf dem Kopfsteinpflaster vorbeifahrenden Fahrzeug ebenso. Zu wenige Haken um nasse Handtücher aufzuhängen. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten rundum das Appartement, da überall max. Parkdauer von 2 Stunden möglich ist. Tiefgaragenplatz sehr teuer 20,- €/Tag.

Ce n'est pas un point négatif mais un peu loin du centre ville, nécessitant un peu de marche. Mais quel plaisir de rentrer dans ce logement !

Very clean and comfortable, loved the pool/jacuzzi/sauna after a days walking, great location not right in the old town but just a short walk out of it, excellent breakfast.

Grote, ruime kamer. Mooi zwembad. Handdoeken beschikbaar voor zwembad. Goede locatie. Ik zou het hotel zeker nog een keertje boeken, ondanks de minpuntjes.

2 jaar terug ook in dit hotel verbleven, in dezelfde kamer. Airco was nu krakkemikkig en schoonmaak was veel minder goed. Onderhoud begint ook iets achterstallig te worden.

Het appartement is ruim: keuken, ruime badkamer, living met tafel en 4 stoelen, zetelbank en 1 aparte slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed. Basisbenodigdheden aanwezig in de keuken. Mooie badkamer, met lekker geurtje om je te wassen. Personeel erg vriendelijk: bezorgde ons handdoeken voor aan het zwembad en legde uit wat er in de buurt zoal te doen was. Op amper 10min. wandelen van de shoppingstraat.

Doordat het erg warm was, hadden we het raam opengezet. De meeuwen (die de hele nacht door schreeuwden) hebben ons wakker gehouden. Net als een hond. We hadden uitzicht op het zwembad. Een omgeving waar meerdere woningen op uitgeven, wat een soort van omringd plein creëert. Het luide en onophoudelijke geblaf van een hond was verschrikkelijk. Heeft op zich weinig met de accommodatie te maken, maar wel het vermelden waard.

From arrival till derparture : Very helpful staff; explaining everything we could visit around the city. Thank you !! Map included which we safeguarded during the entire stay .. calm area, with quite a few breakfast locations and restaurants around, within walking distance.

Swimming pool with a lot of kids, but that's ok I guess, we didn't get around to using the pool nore the tub during our stay, so we enjoyed the garden.

Amazing, friendly and helpful staff with immaculate apartment. Pool was lovely and clean as well as great pool bar. Great facilities in the room!

Loved the decor, quality fittings and wonderful garden. What an asset to have that bit of tranquility in a busy city. The garden even has a little bar for drinks and snacks. The lady at Reception was so friendly and helpful too. Cannot recommend the hotel more highly. We were sad to have only stayed for one night.

El apartamento era muy amplio y cómodo. La ubicación era muy oportuna, cerca del centro pero alejado del bullicio.

Las instalaciones necesitan alguna mejora. En una de las habitaciones, la caldera goteaba, y a pesar de que había toallas, el agua se filtraba a la habitación. En cuanto al jacuzzi, hacía mucho ruido y durante nuestra estancia, vinieron a repararla. Para mejorar, creo que se podría añadir más menaje, o incluso añadir una lavadora (hay espacio de sobra en el apartamento).

Läget var perfekt, man hade nära till allt, till centrum. Pollen var fin, jacuzzin fungerade som den skulle, bastun också. Det fanns en mini bar med snacks och dricka vid poolen, som var öppen hela dagen. Solsängar räckte till alla. Receptionisten var mycket trevlig, man kunde lämna bagaget efter utcheckningen och njuta av poolen fortfarande (vår flyg var senare på kvällen).

Sängen i sovrummet var 140cm bredd, man hade gärna önskat 160 cm

El suelo de la habitación tenía humedades, la cama dejaba mucho que desear(ruidosa y incómoda), el cuarto de baño no tenía sitio de almacenamiento y la ducha se salía el agua por todo el cuarto de baño, el aire acondicionado era muy antiguo y ruidoso y el del salón no funcionaba.

Lo staff gentilissimo, in particolare la signora Anna, che parla anche italiano e ci ha dato molti consigli.... L' appartamento è ben tenuto e si affaccia sul cortile con la piscina. Molto gradevole anche la Jacuzzi.... la zona piscina però risulta sottodimensionata quando tutti gli appartamenti sono occupati. Infatti non abbiamo potuto usufruirne il nostro secondo giorno, in quanto era davvero troppo piena di persone. Non c' era neanche più posto sui lettini.... peccato...

Non consiglio di ordinare la colazione. Fanno recapitare fuori dalla camera pane, un dolce (per esempio muffin), yogurt, succo di arancia, latte (freddo) e cialde per il caffè(in camera c'è la macchinetta) prosciutto cotto (di bassa qualità) e formaggio... sinceramente 20 euro a testa non sono pochi .. A pochi passi c'è una caffetteria dove ovviamente non si prendono tante cose, ma si sceglie ciò che si desidera e si viene serviti con prodotti caldi. Altro lato negativo: il centro è a 10 minuti di cammino, quindi vicino, ma la zona non è molto bella, a mio avviso...

Great 3 night stay in a beautiful apartment! Clean, comfortable and spacious. The garden, pool, hot tub and pool bar were fab!!

Breakfast delivered to the door was a bit basic - but overall fine.

De aparte kamers en de ligging ten opzichte van het centrum. Ook het zwembad was heel fijn. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het was hygiënisch en er waren voldoende supermarkten in de buurt. Top!

This is a fairly unique place to my knowledge in Porto if you want to be near the centre of Porto but you also want to chill out by the pool after your exploring….. The staff are really friendly and helpful. There is also a nice little pool bar serving cold drinks and snacks …. The prices were really reasonable and the bar man is a really nice guy. Lovely relaxed environment by the pool with music….

The staff did their best with the hot tub but on times the water wasn’t very clean… Owning a hot tub myself I understand how difficult it must have been to keep the water perfect…. The concept doesn’t work of a shared hot tub with people getting in and out with sun cream on all day in the hot months …. It’s probably a really good idea for any season except the summer …. The only thing I could think of in the summer months is to put a sign up telling people to use the outside shower before entering….

Et lite og fint leilighetskompleks i et rolig strøk. Liten bar i bassengområdet med salg av drikke og enkel lunsj. Gangavstand til gamlebyen og Douro. Bor gjerne der igjen.

Eneste minus var at det stadig var noen som røyket på nærliggende verandaer så det ikke var hyggelig å sitte på egen veranda.

Das Apartment war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und ist sehr geräumig. Das Apartment hat auch einen kleinen Balkon. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Pool gibt es sogar eine kleine Bar. Die Lage ist top. Man ist in ca. 8 Min. in der Haupteinkaufsstraße.

Gute Lage, Rezeptionistin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Lage der Schlafzimmer im Keller (sehr dunkel) im kleineren Zimmer gab es keinen Schrank. Die Zimmer gingen direkt zur Straße hinaus und lagen parterre und jeder konnte herein schauen. Es gab keinerlei Möglichkeit, Handtücher oder Badekleidung zu trocknen, obwohl es einen Ool und einen Yakuzie gab.

Das Apartment war sehr schön und geräumig, es gab alles was man brauchte. Der Kontakt vorher und auch dort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen super Tipps für Sightseeing mit Kindern und wo wir Lokale usw. finden. Ich habe irrtümlich kein Frühstück dazu gebucht, aber mir wurde sofort eine Bäckerei an der Ecke empfohlen, wo man super Sachen holen konnte. Die Kinder haben auch den Pool geliebt, es war nett sich in der Früh und auch am Abend nach dem langen Fußmarsch in der Stadt noch dort abzukühlen und ein bisschen zu entspannen.

Im Badezimmer wäre eine weitere Ablagemöglichkeit für die Toilettesachen nett gewesen. Das kleine Board beim Spiegel war etwas mickrig, wenn man zu fünft unterwegs ist.

The building work being carried out outside our apartment. It was extremely noisy all day from around 8am.

Pool and hot tub great after a busy day. Cocktails at the bar amazing. Rooms comfortable and well equipped for self catering.

Location was great, this gave us the opportunity to walk anywhere if you wish, nearby supermarket and easy access to the main areas, friendly reception who was very willing to help.

Lower sun lounger area would be better without the grass, as the grass was sparse which left mud and therefore can be taken on people feet into the pool area, all of the lower garden needs maintaining.

Hoewel het op loopafstand van centrum is, is de straat zelf wel een soort achterbuurt zo het lijkt. Wij waren met 4 in appartement en was best krap.

This apartment was amazing! So spacious and comfortable. The room was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful - they chatted us through a map of Porto when we arrived and gave us loads of helpful recommendations, especially for slightly lesser known things like taking a coastal walk up to Matosinhos and enjoying fresh BBQd fish there. We went to so many amazing places in Porto and lots of them were because of following the advice of the apartment staff!

The garden, pool and hot tub were a real bonus.

The basement apartment was a little dark and there were some maintenance issues in the room such as a leaking boiler which has stained the wall and pillows were not comfortable.

Magnífico apartahotel situado en zona tranquila de Oporto y a un paseo del centro de la ciudad. Las instalaciones son agradables destacando la zona de la piscina y jacuzzi ideal para cuando termines de hacer las excursiones por Oporto. El apartamento es amplio y bien equipado con todo tipo de utensilios en zona de cocina. Cerca del apartamento tienes supermercados por si necesitas comprar algo. Destacar la amabilidad del personal de recepción, siempre atento.

Das Hotel ist praktisch gelegen und man kann die Stadt von hier aus zu Fuß erkunden. Das Apartment war grundsätzlich wie abgebildet und wirkte auch im Wesentlichen sauber.

Es gibt allerdings ein paar Punkte, die wirklich negativ auffallen. In unserem Zimmer war die Jalousie defekt und das Zimmer damit dauerhaft dunkel. Zusätzlich war auch das Fenster defekt und Frischluft im Schlafzimmer nicht möglich. Zusammen mit einigen weiteren Mängeln im Zimmer haben wir das auch so an der Rezeption reklamiert, aber insbesondere die Probleme mit dem Fenster bestehen scheinbar schon länger (Befestigung für den Fenster/Türgriff mit Tape abgeklebt) und es ist unklar ob und wann diese behoben werden. In unserem Zimmer war zusätzlich der Tisch so wackelig, dass man Angst haben musste etwas drauf zu stellen (wurde nach Reklamation notdüftig behoben). Außerdem haben die im Boden befestigten Türstopper gehfehlt, sodass als Stolperfalle nur noch eine Schraube rausstand. Ingesamt wirkte das Apartment zwar ordentlich aber eben auch schon ganz schön abgewohnt (zusätzlich zum Problem mit dem Fenster siehe zB auch die Bilder der Dusche). Bei den ganzen Mängeln halte ich es nicht für gerechtfertigt, das Zimmer zum vollen Preis anzubieten und würde das Hotel deswegen auch nicht empfehlen

Mooie kamer sfeervol modern ingericht. Ligging prima, redelijk rustig en op loopafstand centrum. Kamer schoon. Barretje bij zwembad met drankjes en makkelijk hapjes, prima verzorgd. We kregen een kamer aan tuin / zwembadzijde. Er was roomservice.

Receptie kan wat vriendelijker qua communicatie en het zou fijner zijn als er een afgesloten kofferruimte zou zijn bij vroegere aankomst. Zwembadwater enigszins troebel, water hottub niet zo fris, al werd het onze laatste ochtend wel helemaal ververst. Muziek bij zwembad veel te hard en teveel house / dance muziek. Past niet bij ligging en sfeer en de gasten van het hotel.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel gebucht und wurden ca. 4 stunden vor Anreise darüber informiert, dass das Hotel überbucht ist und wir deshalb kein Zimmer haben. Uns wurde eine Alternative angeboten die leider absolut nicht dem entsprach was wir gebucht hatten. Die Kommunikation war zudem sehr schwierig über WhatsApp und hat so gewirkt als wäre man genervt obwohl der Fehler auf Seiten des Hotels lag. Wir haben uns dann am Anreise Tag vor Ort ein neues Hotel gesucht

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The 2 bed apartment was ideal for the four of us. Pool was exactly how it looks in the photos (drinks & snacks served from hut beside pool 👌🏻) . A short walk to supermarkets & restaurants, a walking distance from city centre. Everything was consistent with great reviews I had read before booking, we were very happy to have stayed there.

Morgenmaden var meget ensformig, jeg ville vælge at købe den selv, hvis jeg skulle afsted igen. Der blev røget på altaner og ved poolen, hvilket var ubehageligt for os der ikke ryger.

It was quiet, despite the ground floor apartment. Nice to have a pool to cool down.

Great place to stay. 10/15 mins walking to Bolhao and top end of Santa Caterina. Good size room (pool view room on 2nd floor). Very clean. Good soundproofing. Aircon worked well - temperature in 30s for our stay. Very welcome pool. Reception staff helpful and friendly.

Eine hochwertige Anlage, Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und modern. Personal hatte alle 2 Tage sauber gemacht und neue Handtücher gebraucht .

Wir haben die Anlage gebucht, zwecks der Bilder und Bewertungen, wir hatten andere Erfahrungen gemacht. Wir müssten 2,5 Stunden auf das Zimmer warten obwohl wir ein früheren Check vereinbart haben. Das Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss zur Straße hin. (Siehe Bilder) Balkon könnte man nicht nutzen, wie in einer Kellerwohnung. Gegenüber war eine Baustelle also lärm ab 7 Uhr, wenn nicht gearbeitet wurde kam die Müllabfuhr..Die Bilder der Anzeige entspricht nicht das was wir hatten, Andere hatten ein Zimmer zum Pool war bestimmt viel besser.Ich habe Verständnis das es auch so ein Zimmer gibt aber für 7 Tage Buchung hatten wir auch ein anderes bekommen können.Wir hatten keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher aufzuhängen, wir wollten gerne einen Wäscheständer, den wir nicht bekamen. Dafür war meines erachteten unsere Buchung für das was wir vorgefunden hatten, viel zu teuer!
