De water temperatuur van de douches werkte 1 keer op de 10, we kregen alleen brandend water of juist super koude. We vonden ook dat er in de keuken war gerief miste, zoals nog een pan waar je kan koken ect, want voor zes man was het altijd nipt om in gepast pannen te koken. Voor des rest was alles meer dan prima!

Eigene Parkplätze im geschützten Innenhof und Außenbereich mit Pool sind die cherry-on-top. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar.
Einfahrt zum parken maximal für kompakte Fahrzeuge geeignet und direkte Umgebung des Gebäudes teilweise heruntergekommen.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026De ruimte, de tuin en goed uitgeruste keuken. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie was perfect, in de buurt van supermarkt en bezienswaardigheden.
De airco deed het niet. Er stond wel een mobiele airco, deze was lawaaiig en kon maar in 1 ruimte gebruikt worden. De jacuzzi was de eerste dag smerig, daarna was er verbetering. Het bed was klein: 1.40m en het matras was hard.

Nos alojamos en un apartamento de tres dormitorios, con una terraza magnífica y unas bonitas vistas de la ciudad. Están muy bien situados, a poca distancia a pie de los principales lugares de interés.
El agua de la piscina estaba un poco sucia

Manque de communication claire sur le check in et check out. Tout s'est finalement réglé, mais il a été difficile d'avoir les bonnes informations. Manque quelques petits plus pour que le logement soit parfait (de quoi étendre les maillots de bain, petite épicerie pour cuisiner, de quoi ranger ses affaires...)

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Lo que más nos gustó es que tiene aparcamiento en el interior, aunque con un precio adicional de 20€/noche. La ubicación también está bastante bien.
No nos gustó la poca o ninguna insonorización del apartamento. El nuestro daba a la calle de la entrada principal, y por la noche y por la mañana se escuchaba cada vehículo, persona o máquina de limpieza que pasaba por la calle. También se escuchaba todo lo que ocurría en el pasillo del edificio. En definitiva, está muy mal aislado para el ruido.

La calle donde está la entrada al hotel tiene muy mala pinta, con edificios abandonados y vacíos, por lo que la primera impresión da un poco de cosas, pero una vez entras, todo perfecto.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026We had a wonderful three bedroom, two storey apartment. It was huge with a walk in wardrobe and a sauna. It was really modern and clean and we loved it. The terrace was lovely too for a peaceful drink or breakfast. We really enjoyed the garden area with hot tub and pool after a long day walking around Porto. The staff were helpful and the breakfast delivery each morning was delicious with plenty of food for each person. It was handy to have pool towels as we didn’t have space to pack any. It is a bit of a walk to the river but the Ubers are cheap to come back up the hill. We would recommend these apartments without hesitation. Thank you to the staff.

The apartment is nice and looked like the pictures. However, the bed was very uncomfortable—very hard and noisy, even with minimal movement. There was a nice terrace, but unfortunately, the floor was very dirty. The pool is relatively small and also didn’t look very clean. I didn’t get to see the jacuzzi. They leave a breakfast bag with yogurt, fruit, orange juice, ham, cheese, marmalade, two pieces of bread, and a sweet snack. It was okay overall, but Porto has many great coffee places, so I would have preferred to go out and eat something fresh.

Требуются ремонт в душевой комнаты 2.3. В целом сотрудник быстро отреагировал на просьбу разобраться. Но сделать ничего не смог.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Apartment in great location and pool etc great but apartment quirky rather than comfortable. Balcony only 4 seats for 6 person apartment. One tiny shower room to share. Bath along with loo and basin in the twin room but not great to use. No where to put clothes apart from on floor or small bench in each room. One mirror in tiny bathroom with hair dryer but no usable with 6 people using the shower! I oval wall mirror in one bedroom so difficult for girls for makeup etc. no full length. Sofa ripped in sitting room. Cleaning facility good.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026un court séjour mais qui sera plus long lorsque nous reviendrons a Porto. Que ce fut agréable de se baigner ensuite après les visites dans la.piscine et le jacuzzi. L’espace de l ́appartement est incroyable. Quand on voit l'hôtel de devant, on n'imagine pas ce que l’on va trouver de l’autre coté. Nous avons adoré cet hôtel proche du centre
Rien..Par contre, il ne faut pas trembler d’un pouce pour rentrer dans le parking avec la voiture. 😂😂

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Emplacement idéal, établissement avec du charme, un écrin de verdure avec piscine et jacuzzi. Peu de monde.
Booking nous a fait prendre 2 logements. Pour notre famille 2 adultes et 2 enfants alors que sur place nous avons utilisé qu'un logement qui était largement suffisant pour nous, quand j'en ai fait part à la réception il m'a été répondu que c'était la faute de BOOKING et que nous ne pouvions pas annuler la seconde réservation même avec des frais!!!!

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Lovely spacious 1 bedroom apartment. High ceilings and big windows. A big bright space. Garden is lovely and there are plenty of chairs to sit out. We swam once in the pool which is small but very nice to cool off after a hot day.
The area is very central but the pay off for this is that its an urban area. Our apartment was at the front of the building, with apartments overlooking ours. A garden view would be nicer.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Très bon séjour. L’emplacement est idéal, l’appartement est très beau, confortable et parfaitement équipé. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont un véritable plus, très appréciables après une journée de visites. Mention spéciale également au personnel, extrêmement sympathique, disponible et accueillant.
Seul petit bémol pour les personnes ayant le sommeil léger : l’isolation acoustique de l’immeuble est assez mauvaise. On entend notamment les personnes qui montent et descendent dans l’escalier central, ainsi que les bruits provenant des autres appartements, ce qui peut être gênant la nuit. Nous gardons néanmoins un très bon souvenir de notre séjour !

Poro horario de recepción, que las peticiones no las hicieron caso y que encima de mi apartamento debieron de alojarse caballos por que era horrible el ruido que hacían continuamente al andar cada día … imposible dormir y no hicieron nada para remediarlo … Los demás alojados cogían los sillones de la jardín y te decían que estaban ocupados para que no lo usaras . PD ; después de 1h y media se fueron y nadie usó ese sofá . Por no decir todos lo niños gritando subiendo y bajando escaleras Nose la gente de verdad es tan incívica ??

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Die Lage ist super. Wir hatten eine Wohnung nach hinten raus und es war wie eine grüne Oase. Toller Garten. Als wir nach einem Wäscheständer und Kehrblech gefragt haben, haben wir beides direkt bekommen.
Es war sehr hellhörig, so dass wir gezwungenermaßen um 8 Uhr aufgestanden sind. Um die Uhrzeit ist nämlich die Familie über uns aufgestanden. Am Tag vor der Anreise hieß es plötzlich wir müssten alles im Voraus über einen Link bezahlen, da abends die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt sei. Bei der Buchung hieß es aber wir könnten alles in der Unterkunft bezahlen und bis Mitternacht einchecken. Nach einem Telefonat haben wir uns auf das Bezahlen der ersten Nacht geeinigt und es hat dann alles reibungslos geklappt.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Très bon séjour! L’accueil a été chaleureux et l’hôte nous a donné des recommandations de restaurant. L’emplacement est idéal, avec plusieurs restaurants accessibles à pied et le pont Dom Luís I se trouve à environ 15 minutes de marche.
Seul point à améliorer : la propreté. À notre arrivée, il y avait plusieurs moustiques écrasés sur le mur de la chambre, près du lit, ainsi qu’une grosse fiente de mouette sur la fenêtre de la cuisine. Malgré cela, nous avons passé un agréable séjour et recommandons cet hébergement.

Reviewed Jul 31, 2026We've just returned from a wonderful week's stay at the aparthotel - we chose our 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the pool, it was spacious and comfortable, elegantly designed ( as is the whole carefully restored property) and very clean. The staff team looked after us very well, with a warm welcome, with great local information, helpful, friendly responses to our questions and requests, and a thank you to the gentleman at check out who helped us with onward travel. The garden and pool area were lovely to relax in after a busy day visiting the area and it was kept clean. We found the location great for walking to the main city areas and there are good transport connections from Bolhao so we didn't need a car. I highly recommend OportoMaison Alves da Veiga and we would love to come back.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Die Außenanlagen ist wirklich eine kleine Oase in der Stadt. Auch die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet.
Das Viertel ist etwas heruntergekommen und die Einfahrt in die Garage sehr eng. Das Personal hat uns beim Einchecken wirklich lange warten lassen, war sonst aber nett.

La calle donde está situado el hotel da muy mala impresión. Edificios descuidados, contenedores muy sucios...

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Tolles Hotel mit wunderschöner Poolanlage. Noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und hoch, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage in Porto ist auch perfekt. Wir können es nur empfehlen.
Es ist ein wenig hellhörig. Aber die Vorteile überwiegen dies bei weitem.

Le seul bémol est la température de la piscine, il faut être courageux pour rentrer dedans , elle était froide.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Leuke tuin met fijn zwembad; super om af te koelen na dag stad. Appartement was groot. Heel fijn om onze auto veilig te kunnen parkeren (reken wel op 20 euro per dag parkeerkosten). Appartement was heel rustig; zeker zo in de stad.
Hoewel het hotel redelijk centraal is gelegen, is de directe omgeving niet heel fijn. Glas van ingeslagen auto ruiten op straat, afval op straat, onguurdere types (zeker ‘s avonds). Misschien niet iets voor een vrouw alleen. Leuke restaurantjes zijn wat verder lopen. Geen echt bezwaar maar houd er rekening mee. De bedbank was wat hard om op te slapen. Maar dat is natuurlijk vaak zo met bedbanken ;-)

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Amabilidad del personal(joana magnifica) tuve varios problemas con mi reserva y me ayudaron en todo con una sonrisa, todo estaba muy limpio y espacioso , tenia parking para el coche imprescindible si vas con coche , la piscina es pequeña pero suficiente para quitarte el calor, todo un 10.Venid a Oporto gente estupenda y en este alojamiento lo encontraras :)

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Amplios techos y muy bien los acabados mezcla antiguo y moderno y funcional. La piscina es pequeña pero nosotros lo pasamos muy bien jugando el balón ⚽ en ella. La situación está a 10 km de las playas hay autobuses cerca tiene un gran centro comercial y muchas tiendas y restaurantes y bares y supermercados. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias del apartamento. Gracias por todo 💜
Plena ola de calor en Oporto. Malos olores en las calles. Calles de adoquines, estrechas donde no corre ni el aire. En pocas calles sales a avenidas comerciales más amplias.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Die Größe des Appartments, ist perfekt für mehrere Personen! Die Rollläden/ Beschattung, vorhanden und auch notwendig. Die Balkone und die Ausstattung mit Klimageräten und der Aufzug ist super! Das Quartier ist sauber. Die Lage praktisch um die ganze Stadt zu erkunden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Ein Badezimmer ist sehr klein und finster, für Personen über 1,70m zu niedrig, die Betten etwas zu kurz. Das zweite Badezimmer ist im Schlafraum integriert (das ist Geschmackssache), die Amatur beim Waschbecken wackelt sehr, da sie freistehend ist. Duschen in einer Badewanne stehend ohne alles unter Wasser zu setzen, ist sehr schwierig. Die Sitzmöbel im Wohnbereich sind sehr abgenutzt, die Ledercouch iat aufgerissen und die andere ist fleckig. Der Poolbereich sieht am Foto etwas anders aus, als in der Realität, aber ist vorhanden.
