Straightforward check in process, receptionist was helpful. Completed the formalites, also booked excursion for us. Being Ramadan time, also helped us with our breakfast needs.

May be something for kids- game room; books, activities

It was right in the city close to restaurants.. and size of the rooms was good.

they have wifi so if they can put smart tvs in rooms so that would be much better for the kids..

The staff was very friendly, they arranged nice breakfast and even got some croissants for the kids. It’s an appartment with 2 rooms and w2 bedrooms and kitchen. You get some water and make a tea or coffee. The water is the shower was hot. It’s what you can expect for the price.

The accommodation has a bit dated furniture, with white lighting, somewhat old towels etc. We slept with 3 adults and 2 kids in a double bed and two separate beds not sure if there was suppose to be an extra bed.

Near the airport. Near the industrial area where there are groceries and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff Quiet and peaceful area. A nice place to stay. Comfortable beds and overall, a comfortable stay.

Toilet bowl- needs fixing/ recementing to the ground as it moves everytime you sit.

There’s no proper water dispensing in the washroom pipes and shower in the apartment. Swimming pool is only in pic. No temperature adjustment and it is too small. They say break fast included but once you pay fully the booking confirmation comes as breakfast to be paid extra. Worst experience.

I feel it like home. Flat was good & the host was also welcoming. Small problem with washroom lock, which need to be fixed. Rest all ok about the flat.

1. Apartment is sufficiently spacious for 4 adults, kitchen, Fridge, utensils, gas stove, sofa, 2 bathroom. 2. Staff is very kind and helpful. 3. Location is good, grocery stores like Madina are within 1 km radius. 4. Dhow cruise arranngement from KTT group, in appropriate cost 150 Aed full day with lunch.

الشقة كانت نظيفة ومريحه ومناسبة للعوائل الصغيره توجد غرفتين نوم و المرتبة والمخدات مريحة والاغطيه جودتها ممتازه.. وحمامين ومطبخ يتواجد فيه موقد للطبخ وثلاجه ولكن لاتوجد غسالة ملابس.. وتوجد صالة صغيره ومساحة للجلوس لابأس بها مع طاولة طعام وكراسي.

Funny smell in the room

When you have a family this option is good as it has two bedrooms. The beds in the master bedroom were hotel standard and very comfortable. Close by the tours and a short drive from every where.

As per other feedback there should be more attention to the cleaning. The crockery needed to be washed as it was not clean. The hallway was not kept clean and although the beds were very well made. One of the showers didn’t work even free fixing. But more importantly the two other single beds were like sleeping on rocks. The most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on unfortunately.

Booking .com said there was a restaurant, false it is completely closed and only serves breakfast. Should not be a two star hotel, one star! As tv didn’t work our shower had no hot water and was faulty

Everything was good. The apartment was spacious and clean and the staff were helpful.

Apartment was very clean, well resourced. We arrived and person at Reception was super polite and helpful. Many of the reviews say that there was no one at reception but we found them really helpful. Within 15mins of arriving, he also followed on with a WhatsApp to check everything was ok. WiFi was great. Apartment was clean and beds were quite comfortable Overall great stay

I had booked for 5 adults and on booking, it said there was a sofa bed. There was a sofa that could be used as a bed but not a proper bed.

The staff is very accommodating, Mr Ahmed assited us to his best of capacity. The pool is soo good.

The size of the apartment was reasonable enough. There was ample space for parking. They were quick enough to arrange for our pick up from border when requested, on urgent basis.

My booking was for 5 persons whereas I was provided bed space for 4 people (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Upon asking, they first checked my booking and after confirming the fact that I had booking for 5 people they provided me one mattress for no additional cost. On booking.com the apartment was showing bed space for 5-6 persons. Further, the swimmimg pool is in a separate property although adjacent to the apartment building.

Hotel refused to give toothpaste / toothbrush and staff said that they don’t provide. These are basic toiletries and such things should be included!! Wifi was weak and sometimes didn’t work. Need to be taken care of.

Very basic, not overly clean, curtains were broken and hanging off.

Very poor internet connection. Having a mobile data option is almost rare, as usually guests arrive here for very short visits. So wifi at hotel should be reliable. Some of the bathroom fittings and furniture are loose and shaky.
