Ahlam Musandam Villa

There is no credibility in the reservation and after the place was reached after confirming the reservation, the phone was not answered more than once and then I was told that the room was rented to someone else

The villa is very spacious and you can enjoy the authentic Arab neighborhood. Surrounded by the hills the neighborhood gives and amazing view.

The room was large, comfortable and relatively clean. It is located within easy distance if the airport, restaurants and attractions. The owner is very hospitable and you purchase excellent boat cruises from him.

The room needs a shelf or storage space in the bathroom area and to provide some amenities like extra towels, toilet tissue and hair care products.

Overall the property was good and had been kept clean.

Water pressure was not good, had to wait for 30 min to get hot water and pressure is not good. The shower head was completely rusted. Other than that overall stay was good.

The room is suitable for three people, as mentioned, and is suitable for the price, but it would be better if the owner could clean up the kitchen and common area, too, since these facilities are part of the accommodation provided to the guest.

It was ok the air con worked well.

Dirty and dusty, a variety of rubbish and fluff under the bed. No kettle, couldn’t find a kitchen. Asked for fish restaurant recommendation but was not given any advice. Room needs painting, no mirror above sink but lots of stains. No window as it’s boarded up, couldn’t see out, the frame was dirty and couldn’t open the window. Twice someone tried to open our door, luckily we had locked it.

Everything was extremely clean, and although simple, it is a comfortable and good place to stay in Khasab.

There was an issue with the water pressure but Eldho took this very serious when I mentioned it. The location is quite a walk from the center and airport but if you ask Eldho can come pick you up! One thing that could be improved is a socket near the bed.

Our host took good care of us during our entire stay. He picked us up from the airport, he arranged a pick-up by our tour company, in the evening he took us to buy excellent fresh fish and have it cooked in a restaurant.

Fairly basic room, no shower curtain, so the entire bathroom gets wet. Towels, pillow cases and soap were only provided after we arrived.

Eldho was amazing, organised a great dhow tour, a delicious local dinner and took us to the airport.

Very friendly host. Helpful. Responded to questions in advance before me even getting there.
