Reviewed Dec 24, 2025Rooms were very clean, comfortable, nice interior design and great view of the mountains The lady at the reception was very welcoming and helpful (advised a great local seafood restaurant). Parking on site, a walking distance to Lulu Hypermarket and seaside.

The pillows were awful, the TV wasn't working, the shower head was leaking. Moreover, I've sent a special inquiry with the booking which was just simply ignored and it spoilt our mood at our anniversary.

Reviewed Dec 6, 2025I read many average comments about this hotel but I have to say I don't agree with all of them. Rooms are old fashioned,yes, but it's Oman. Rooms are big and there is hot water. I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport. The ladies at the front desk were nice. WiFi worked well.

Далеко до пляжей. Если хотите спать ночью с открытым окном, то лучше бронировать номер с видом на горы. Рядом магистраль, шум от машин и мотоциклов.

Rooms smell stinky and the bathroom were leaking even though i booked sea facing suite. Moreover, there is no option for complimentary buffet breakfast which is pretty much the norm in other properties…. Highly not recommended.

Reviewed Nov 10, 2024Very nice medium size hotel in the small town of Khasab, with the view on the mountains and the bay. Clean, modern, functional. Free parking in front of the hotel, breakfast at an extra fee. Free and efficient WiFi. Very friendly staff eager to help you. We were given a larger room, a small apartment I guess, even though we have reserved and paid for a standard king size bed room. We have enjoyed our stay here and will stay here again if ever again in the area. Strongly recommend.
