Ruime, lichte studio en de ligging was erg fijn.

We hebben de sleutelcode om in te checken niet tijdig gekregen en kregen niet direct contact met de contactpersonen.

L'emplacement me convenait tout à fait car j'y allais seule pour décompresser avec mes bouquins, Hans, mon hôte a été génial et précis dans ses explications, j'ai d'ailleurs laissé un message en ce sens à son adresse

Rien à part qu'il faudra vérifier le revêtement des deux chaises du balcon mais cela c'est vraiment un détail, nous, les locataires les avons beaucoup utilisées et donc elles sont un peu abimées maintenant

Everything was perfect, and we were very happy with our stay there. The studio was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed.

Goed gelegen, vlakbij het strand Leuk balkonnetje, uitzicht op plein Handdoeken aanwezig Lift

Tolle Lage, in der Nähe vom Strand und einer langen Strandpromenade. Gute Küchenausstattung. Wohnung liegt im 6. Stock mit Aufzug. Es ist nicht weit bis zur Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof kann man laufen (ca. 20 Minuten).

De locatie was heel goed. Dichtbij de dijk en dichtbij het centrum en daardoor dus ook veel winkels en restaurants. De studio zelf is simpel maar perfect voor koppels zonder kinderen of met baby's. Wij hadden zelf onze baby van 3,5 maanden mee en dat ging perfect. Er is zelf een schoteldoek en sponsje, met dreft aanwezig en koffie. Zeer handig. De keuken is ruim genoeg.

De matras is stilletjes aan vervanging toe en handdoeken roken een beetje muf. Dit laatste komt denk ik gewoon door het vele wassen en was echt maar een miniem minpuntje, want het is al heel fijn dat je twee handdoeken per persoon krijgt. Voor de rest echt zeker een heel mooie en handige studio.

J'ai été agréablement surprise par la propreté du logement. J'ai aimé la proximité de la plage et des magasins. Assez calme. Je recommande très bon rapport qualité-prix. L'hôte est facilement joignable.

- It was really hard to open the key box - impossible to see the digits in the dark - The water kettle was disgusting - it had not been cleaned inside for a long time. We used a normal saucepan to boil our tea water.

Een heel gezellig appartement mooi ingericht alles was aanwezig en goede ligging 3 minuten naar het strand en het centrum wij hebben genoten 👍

Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sehr schnell geantwortet ☺️ die Wohnung war schön, gut ausgestattet und sehr nah am Strand.

La gentillesse des hôtes qui font tout pour que votre séjour soit agréable. L’emplacement, la propreté, l’aménagement. C’est un studio donc pas une chambre séparée, mais tout est bien proportionné. La possibilité (sous paiement) d’un parking privé.

La literie commence à grincer… mériterait un petit upgrade.

Tout était parfait..il y a sel , poivre, produit de vaisselle, papier WC ...super pour un we . Lits faits , studio très propre .

Studio très bien situé que ce soit de la gare, de supermarché, du centre-ville et commerces, de la digue et plage. Studio, calme, très propre, moderne, équipé de tout le nécessaire, très bonne literie. Contact et communication suivis et rapides avec Hans.

Excellent emplacement, appartement très propre, avec un lit confortable et même un canapé-lit pratique. Il y a une machine à café (Krups Dolce Gusto, au cas où quelqu’un voudrait acheter des capsules à l’avance) ainsi qu’une bouilloire. Tout est bien pensé et agréable, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Hans a été très accueillant et facilement joignable par téléphone.

En revanche, je ne recommande pas d’écrire sur WhatsApp : sa femme ne répond pas. Mieux vaut contacter directement via Booking Hans

Heel leuke studio in een vrij rustige buurt, goed gelegen vlakbij het centrum en het strand, en ook een park. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een kort verblijf is voorzien, en ook proper en net, goed onderhouden. Contact met de verhuurders verliep vlot.

Het sleutelkastje bevindt zich op een nogal onhandige plaats en de omschrijving van hoe het te vinden klopte niet helemaal, de aankomst en het inchecken verliep dus vrij chaotisch maar eens ik de sleutel uiteindelijk had, ging alles vlot en was alles prima in orde. Ik miste informatie in het appartement over bezienswaardigheden, restaurants of supermarkten in de buurt, en over praktische dingen zoals hoe en waar afval sorteren.

Primai appartement. Niet heel groot maar wel mooi centraal gelegen en goed uitzicht op de 6e etage. Goede keukenvoorzieningen en basis kruiden, zout, peper, olie ed. bij de hand. Attent en verzorgd.

Alles was oké.

Die Lage zum Strand war sehr sehr schön und keine 5 Minuten. Die Unterkunft war auch wirklich sauber und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern äußerst freundlich. Zudem konnte man keine 10 Gehminuten einkaufen gehen

Es ist unglaublich laut. Man hat direkt den Kreisverkehr vor der Tür und es hallt dadurch sehr. Man hat auch leider nur die Möglichkeit über die Balkontür zu lüften, welche dann direkt zur lauten Straßenseite zeigt. Zudem wäre ein Mücken/Fliegengitter nicht verkehrt, da ich leider in zwei nächsten komplett zerstochen wurde (über 12 Mückenstiche). Es gab aber keine andere Möglichkeit, da die Unterkunft total erwärmt war

Ce que j’ai aimé déjà c’est l’ambiance des que l’on rentre c’est simple et moderne. Niveau pratique l’appartement est bien équipé il n’y avait pas à se plaindre. En plus il est super bien situé, on a accès à la mer facilement ainsi qu’au magasin. J’y retournerai avec plaisir.

Le seul petit bémol mais je pense que vous ne serez pas améliorer c’est que l’on entend beaucoup ce qu’il se passe à l’extérieur comme les voisins etc..

Top locatie, vriendelijke host, alles was zeer proper

Alles was geweldig en de afhandeling was prettig. Dankjewel.

We had everything that we needed. Good shower, comfy beds, clean room, bottles of water in the fridge, coffee, tea, hairdryer, towels, nice view from the balcony, good location, and good pice. The access was very easy to the apartment. Hans and Sophie were very helpful and flexible when we left the key accidentally in the apartment.

The cover of the toilet was coming down each time I wanted to use it.

Very nice, friendly hosts, easy communication. Nice and clean studio, with equipped kitchen.

In case of hot weather , no air-conditioner. But it was fine in our case. 6th floor and very smal elevator in case you have lot of luggage.

Good safe location and perfect for the train station to explore Belgium. Felt very homely and after 4 nights we felt sad to leave ☹️.

My only niggle was we only had one small pillow each. Can’t think of any negative points.

Very clean and modern studio in the center of the city and only a few steps away from the seaside. Perfect for a relaxing weekend! Wifi connection was also very good.

The location was first class, apartment was light and airy with useful little balcony, kitchen was handy and well equipped, bathroom had a very good shower

Instructions for finding the apartment were good following 'sat nav' but when you arrive the apartment block is No. 3 and named 'Piccadilly' it's just the apartment itself that's named Ostend Living.

Very convenient location! Sea three minutes walk, many attractions nearby! Attentive, caring owner took care of parking nearby. The room is bright, spacious, a good view of the city from the window, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We were over for the Rock Werchter festival but only the Sunday so thought we would try other areas and the coast was appealing. We really enjoyed our time in Oostende. We were able to observe a seal and her pup and enjoyed the selection of restaurants and visits to the beach. The accommodation was in the perfect location for us. There was a bus stop outside that took us straight to the train station. We will definitely return.
