Solo el cuarto 342 que tiene varios problemas con el baño. Ducha debe corregirse salida de agua que se inunda el baño, inodoro debe corregirse el sapo, se queda cogiendo agua y olor del mismo. Nada que no puedan resolver fácil.

The room was not cleaned to our expectation when we arrived. When we brought our concerns for the front desk, we were quickly switched to a new room that was great.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Partial ocean view room still had nice ocean sounds. The food at the restaurant was the real highlight, by far the best meals we had outside of San Juan. The beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly. Nice pool and little beachfront area. Good music at the bar until 11pm.
There was oily bug spray residue on the floor along one of the walls with hundreds of dead ants. No vent fan in the bathroom so it was a moisture trap. Walls were bare and needed more decore.

Las camas son muy altas. Solicité un step para poder subir a la cama y no habían disponibles. Deberían tomar en consideración que existen personas con diversas discapacidades que no pueden subir a ese tipo de cama. Tuve que salir a comprar un artefacto que me ayudara a poder subir a la cama.
