Clean and good shower

Getting the key was seriously hard, hard and lumpy bed, couch was poor

Lovely quiet location. Great area. Nice walk to town centre. Awesome wee cafe 30seconds walk away. Perfect views. Awesome stay thank you.

Clean and simple

Not having a curtain or a blind for the back door, we felt abit uneasy. Just felt like someone is going to look in.

The shower tiles needed a good clean on the walls

The kitchen facilities were amazing and the whole property was in excellent condition.

The shower was brilliant, but we didn’t like the toilet in with the shower with four people trying to access the toilet while someone was showering. The polished concrete floor we thought could be a danger, especially when wet. There could have been a mat placed just inside the door to wipe your feet on and take your shoes off, because when the outside mat gets wet, the floor was very slippery, in fact, one of our party slipped and fell over, although no damage, thankfully. The second bedroom, where the bed is low, the corners of the bed were quite sharp. Again someone in our party, knocked their leg twice and has a nasty cut and bruise. I know these are only small matters, but I thought they were worth mentioning.

The apartment was beautiful, cozy and with everything we needed. Communication was easy.

Wow this accommodation was fabulous. From the easy access instructions to the modern town house It was very clean and quiet with good views. The full kitchen facilities and more are better than most motels also the complimentary chocolate was a nice touch. We would definitely return.

Maybe a portable heater for downstairs would be good in winter as my elderly parents found it slightly nippy until they got into bed but other wise this place is 10/10.

We liked everything about this property although there was a step leading from the garage to the front door that wasn’t lit at night. My husband tripped twice on it.

Beautiful with lots of light. Nice coffee and scone shop tucked in beside it. Only two of us stayed in the one room but other unused room was same large size with windows.

Not really walking distance to downtown but very short drive

Fantastic location. Great scenic walks from the door (including kingfishers!) and a little cafe 2 minutes walk away for breakfast/ brunch. Easy short drive to the stunning beaches and to Raglan centre for restaurants and shops. Felt like a real home, very comfortable and well equipped and so quiet!

Super clean and new.

Perfect Location. Peaceful. Calm. Very Very Quiet. Feels new, with developing units all around. Gorgeous natural lighting. It looks exactly like the photos. Shower was great. Kitchen was stocked with essentials and host left us a chocolate treat :) Highly recommend Mahalo Nui Loa

The sun is suuper bright upstairs during day time. It gets very hot on couch. Black-out curtains will be a great addition for using the TV without glare and a lil more privacy from main street.

Great new townhouse in a developing part of town with a cute cafe next door.

Gorgeous property, light filled with beautiful views. Set up really well, has everything you could need. Excellent location, not far from town or the beach. Very responsive and helpful as well whenever we contacted them. The recommendations for local restaurants were also great!! Had a wonderful stay.

Very clean, modern and comfortable accommodation in a beautiful area of Raglan. Great shower. The fan in the bedroom was also a plus to have to use. Milk/chocolate provided was appreciated. Clear communication from host Sarah. Would book this place again.

Only minor … but for 4 adults we could have done with extra seating . Only 2 chairs on the deck , and a 3 seater sofa . Two chairs at the breakfast bar .

It's spacious and has a nice view

The sound insulation isn't great enough and there's a hanger at the bathroom door that makes some noise when closing the door. The hanger is actually too high to reach so not sure what's that for.

Das Apartment war wie neu, die Ausstattung super. Die Lage und der Ausblick auf den Golfplatz und den Fluß waren sehr schön. Der allgemeine Baustil in der Gegend ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Gastgeber hat nicht auf meine Anfrage nach einem späteren Check Out reagiert, was besonders ärgerlich war, da wir mit einem Kleinkind unterwegs waren.A

Layout of the space was awesome. Location worked perfectly for us [with a rental car]. Nice to be a tourist amongst locals in the neighborhood.

Great location and a beautiful, modern apartment. Everything was well thought out, from the clear, simple instructions to the little touches like chocolates on arrival. It made for a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again!

Loved the location and coastal feel. Being able to see water on both sides of the upstairs windows was magical. The Hut Coffee Shop is just a hop and a skip away and had lovely coffee and food. Also really enjoyed the close proximity of Raglan Roast Food Department (900m). The wardrobes were great for storage and fans and electric blankets in each room a bonus. Fantastic kitchen!

Agree with the other reviews that a toilet roll holder would be a fantastic addition.

Spacious for one person, clean, nice body wash to use and easy to access the home, quiet area and lovely to enjoy. Electric blankets.

No black out curtains upstairs if you want to watch some telly and relax, no heating down stairs either, it was freezing but would have been more comfortable if there was heating.

No toilet roll holder. It was very windy when there and sounded like there maybe a loose flashing on the roof. Really loud banging noise all night on the first day.

Coffee just up the road. Kids could play on the courts a bike ride away. Comfy beds. Great set up.

Should have told that they won't be providing heaters for bed rooms exapt bed heaters which were also not working properly. Had to request heaters from newr by people

The host was communicating with us promptly. C/in instructions was clear. It's a cosy unit with two large double bedrooms and a shared toilet. Beds were comfortable and the whole property was clean.

We looked for sugar and milk for our coffee. It was not available. That was the only disappointment we faced. Everything else was perfect.

Location was great and lovely views. Had everything there we needed and a coffee shop just up the road was a bonus.

Toilet seat was loose and no heating downstairs (my partner feels the cold).

Beautiful modern property with a great kitchen and big windows for light.

The step on the foot path joining top path to lower one from units to garages, a slope instead of step, or a white painted mark to make the the step obvious.

Cool designed new townhouse in new area. Around 30 minutes walk to Raglan town, a nice walk. Townhouse has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Host was great to deal with. Beautiful views.

Location, design, attention to detail.

Google maps led us twice to a spot that is approx. 300 metres further. It is worth reading the instructions from the owners carefully getting there first time.

The Location in the Rangitahi Peninsula was awesome. Beautiful Apartment, Interior design very modern, with awesome artwork on the walls. Short drive into town , cafes and eateries.

The 2 Bedrooms had hard mattresses on slat beds. Also I thought the pillows could do with an upgrade.

This is a nice modern unit within a new and developing section. Built and fitted to very high specifications. Felt a very safe community and was close to the town either in a car or on foot. Some nice views including good sunsets from the property. Host was quick to respond to questions.

I note that the property has received some design awards. As is common when designers are marking their own work there is some style over substance. The main bed while looking great is very low and almost Futon like which may not suit some. The main issue with the property design is that it pulls in solar heat through extensive windows which is difficult to dissipate on hot days. The bedrooms are downstairs so they stay cooler.

The plants were all over watered...yellowing of leaves evident. ZZ plants like shady area.

Easy access to room and beautiful apartment!!!

You need air con in the bedrooms, toilet roll holder and shower shelf in the bathroom, since the room was not serviced you need more towels for a multiple night stay. Since the bedrooms are quite small the luggage needed to stay in the entrance hall which meant that it could be seen from the door as the door did not have a blind. Also, house rules of no shoes inside is quite restrictive especially when we did not know about this before arrival.

Luxurious, bright, welcoming location. A great end to our trip at NZ.

Just a 3 seater couch was a little bit of a squish for two adults and a teenager. An occasional chair or larger couch would be a great addition.
