Facility, kitchen, beds, bathroom, everything was perfect. The host kindly prepared a variety of foods & dishes for us.

Whether you can spend a quiet stay depends on your upstairs neighbours. Unfortunately, our neighbours upstairs were making a lot of noise every day from early in the morning.

Absolutely wonderful apartment! Spacious, comfortable, beautifully equipped and extremely welcoming. You can tell that the hosts put a lot of thought and care into every little detail – everything we could possibly need was there. Annalise was a fantastic host. She welcomed us warmly, showed us around, and gave us great tips for the area. She was always kind, helpful and quick to respond. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Before our arrival, she generously stocked the fridge so we wouldn’t arrive to an empty apartment, and when we left, she even prepared water and snacks for our journey. We had a fantastic stay and felt truly welcomed and cared for. Highly recommended!

We had a truly wonderful stay in this lovely apartment, beautifully located on the outskirts of Sarnen, with stunning views over the surrounding hills and mountains. What made our stay especially memorable was the incredibly warm welcome from our hostess, Annalise. She greeted us on arrival, gave us a tour of the apartment, and shared excellent local recommendations, which we followed almost to the letter! From the best swimming spots in Lake Sarnen to a music festival in Lucerne that weekend, her advice greatly enriched our stay. We were also delighted by the generous welcome food waiting for us: fresh bread, breakfast items, yogurts, jams, muesli, local cheese, and plenty of fresh fruit. Arriving after a long travel day, it was such a thoughtful touch not to have to rush out for groceries. The apartment itself is very well equipped, with everything needed for family cooking, plus a dishwasher—an essential for us on holiday. There is also a laundry room with detergent provided, which was very convenient. We especially enjoyed the long balcony with beautiful views, where we had breakfast each morning. The beds were very comfortable, and the three separate sleeping areas suited our family perfectly. The air conditioning in the living area was also a great bonus during the warm July days. Sarnen proved to be an excellent base for exploring the region, with highlights including Lake Oeschinensee, the Stoos–Fronalpstock ridge, Lucerne, and Bachalpsee. We would wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful property and would be very happy to return. Thank you for making us feel so welcome, Annalise!

The host, Annalise, was very welcoming and provided everything we needed and much more. She even stocked the apartment with groceries for our family of four! The location was excellent, and we loved having real, built-in AC rather than a portable unit.

Zeer gastvrije host. Oog voor detail, aan alles is gedacht. Omdat we op zondag arriveerden en de winkels dan dicht zijn was er het nodige aan lekkernijen al in het appartement aanwezig. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Sarnen is een goede uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes in de omgeving van het leuke en mooie Luzern.

Het appartement ligt op een bijzondere plek, iets buiten Sarnen, boven een reisburo. Niet echt een heel mooie locatie. Wel praktisch want op 5 minuten lopen ligt station Sarnen Nord en een grote Lidl, het dorpje is ca. 10 minuten lopen. Het terras is wat lastig toegankelijk door de hoogteverschillen.

شقتنا من 3 غرف نوم فيها 3 حمامات و فالطابق الارضي. الثلاجة فيها اكل من صاحبة الشقه و بعض الفواكة. الاثاث نظيف و الشقة جميلة. باركن مجاني امام الشقه. يوجد اكثر عن سوبرماركت فالمنطقة. صاحبة الشقه لطيفة و ساعدتنا في حمل الشنط عند الجيك اوت. مكان الشقة في منطقة هاديه و آمنه تبعد عن لوزيرن 20 دقيقه و 50 دقيقة عن انترلاكن.

I loved that the host met us and gave us an overview of the property. It is nice to have personal attention. Everything was perfect. The property is located close with easy access to anything you would like to do. The bed was comfortable and the neighborhood very quiet and safe. We loved the apartment. There were views of the beautiful mountains.

Excellent property! We were welcomed with a thoughtful hamper filled with fruits, snacks, and other goodies, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, spacious, and very well equipped. The management team was exceptionally warm, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They even picked us up from and dropped us off at the train station, which was an incredibly kind gesture. Their hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. We can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Very nice apartment in an idyllic location, just a stone's throw away from the local train station and a Lidl for your top up grocery. Host personally handed over the keys and introduced us to the apartment. She very kindly left many essentials in the kitchen including a very nice fruity sparkling wine which we loved. She also drove us to the nearest cable car station for Mt Pilatus excursion which was awesome. Overall a very kind and warm host.

Nothing in particular. If I am being pernickety, I would perhaps suggest having some USB-A/C charging sockets as our European 2 pin adapters weren't working.

Everything. From Annalise the amazing host to the beautiful and nicely maintained property. Everything was perfect about our stay there. We wished we had stayed here for the entire trip and just commuted to the other places.

We truly loved our stay here. The host paid attention to the smallest details, making us feel warmly welcomed and completely at ease. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully arranged, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, making it feel like a home away from home.

Cosy apartment focusing on all the little details that make an apartment great, from tea and coffee to spices, bread, juice, and fruit, as well as a welcome gift and a care packet for the trip when you leave. We have stayed previously in Apartement Peter and stayed this time in Apartement Heidi. We didn't think this time would exceed our expectations as they were high from last time, but it did.

The only negative thing is that the WiFi was a bit slow (compared to ours at home), but we could still watch YouTube videos but not streaming and gaming

This is a very comfortable and nice apartment. The location is quiet and allows you to reach the Lauterbrunnen and Gridelwald , Interlaken and the lakes areas in a relatively short drive. As well as the Aare and Rosenlaui gorges. Cables cars and cogwheel trains to Mount Titlis or Pilatus and visit beautiful Lucerne. These are only some of the options. When you arrive at the apartment you find groceries. The staff is kind , helpful and very friendly 😀 😊 🙂

We had such a wonderful stay at Apartments Chalet Wirz Travel. The apartment was incredibly spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed—fridge full, bathroom stocked, and huge, comfy beds that made it perfect for our family of four. It’s the kind of place where you can stay short or long term without worrying about a thing. Lisa went above and beyond for us. She was always available for any questions, picked us up from the train station in the rain (such a lifesaver without a car!), and even surprised us with goodies every day. My kids absolutely adore her—it felt like being cared for by family. Overall, it’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended for families—we’ll definitely be back!

الشالية واسع ونظيف جداً، كل شيء مرتب ومجهز بشكل ممتاز. الاستقبال كان لطيف ومميز وصاحبة الفيلا شرحت لنا كل شيء بابتسامة واهتمام واود ان اشكر ليزا على هدية الوصول وهدية المغادرة .. والمكان قريب من لوسيرن.

لا يوجد شيء يذكر، كل شيء كان مريح ورائع.

De gastvrijheid die wij als familie hebben ontvangen van de host, is werkelijk onbeschrijfelijk. Van het denken aan de kleinste dingen to het verwelkomen het gedag zeggen. Simpelweg TOP verblijf!

Property was extremely well equipped with plenty of welcome food and snacks on arrival. This was greatly appreciated as we arrived fairly late! Annalise met us at the property and was extremely friendly- giving all the information and recommendations we required. The property was an excellent find and well located in particular to Lucerne. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed and there was even a dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, BBQ, and electric vehicle charging point! We will definitely be returning again soon, thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Nice location. Very clean ,well equipped , spacious and comfortable apartment. Really very kind people.They were kept all the things that what we need including baby items, we have gone lots of places but never seen this much of hospitality. We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Great property! It was very clean and the host was great with communication throughout the process.

This isn’t the fault of the property, but the unit below us is probably a bit better as it has access to a much larger roof deck. We found it less desirable to be on the balcony when the other family was using their roof deck from a privacy standpoint.

Everything was great. The apartment was well-equipped, even including a thoughtful welcome of food. My family truly enjoyed our stay here. I highly recommend it for families, especially those who prefer to be away from busy tourist areas.

It was wow! Really wow! So well furnished and maintained apartment as the owners just left the other day. Absolutely nothing missing for self catering even for ones that like cooking. The interior was even better than on the pictures. We mostly enjoyed the real quiet neighbourhood, the fresh air, the Mountain View . We were riding the passes on a bike and visited Lucerne. It was good starting point. Plenty of parking space available as well.

The best of the best Faclitey Houseptlity Jasmine is the most nice personality she took care of us end to end . When we arrive, we got all the best you need. The hosts generously provided us with provisions as a gift for our use, and they spared nothing. And for that, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

住宿的地點距離Sarnen火車站步行只需要5~7分鐘. 要前往皮爾圖斯山/STANS/琉森/都很方便. 房東準備的各項器具都很齊全且方便使用. 也有準備很多餅乾/簡單的早餐麥片/多樣的新鮮水果/充足的調味品/喝不完的膠囊咖啡 冰箱也有鮮奶/果汁/果醬/義大利麵醬/起司/無鹽奶油/... 也有準備可以自己DIY享用起司鍋的鍋具 , 只要在超市買好起司鍋(Fondue) 就可以在民宿輕鬆享用划算的瑞士美食. 一切的一切真的是準備得太齊全了 , 十分的感謝.

Mi a Heidi aprtmanban szálltunk meg. Rendkívül tiszta, kényelmesen berendezett szállás. A vendéglátó nagyon kedves és figyelmes, kaptunk behűtött bort, édességet, sós rágcsálnivalót, egy nagy kosár gyümölcsöt, a hűtőben tej, tojás, joghurt, dzsemek, sör a felnőtteknek, narancslé a gyerekeknek, plusz a reggelihez friss zsemléket. És ezeket mind grátisz.

Yaşadığımız ülkeye özgü atıştırmalıklar, meyveler , kahvaltılik malzemeler ve içecek koyması , dini inançlara saygısı bakımından odamıza KURAN VE SECCADE koyması kalbimizi fethetti. İki çocuğum için küçük çikolatalar koyması ve bu denli ince düşünüyor olması işini ne denli sevdiğinin ve saygı duyduğunun gostergesiydi. Ev İsviçre nin kalbinde yapacağımız aktivitelere eşit mesafede , İsviçreye özgü mimarisiyle tercih sebebimiz olmuştu. Eve girdiğimizde bir evde bulunması gereken malzemelerden çok daha fazlası mevcuttu .odalar aşırı temiz yataklar çok rahatti herşey olması gerektiğinden daha iyiydi .buradan ayrılırken yol için su ve şeker ve not koyması bizi Tekrar kendine hayran bıraktı.Tekrar İsviçre ye gelecek olsam tekrar burada konaklardim.10 puan az bile . خيار جميل جداً وفخم ونظيف ومميز وموقعه استراتيجي ويوجد به إطلاله على المناظر الطبيعية ، من اجمل الاماكن الي سكنت فيها في حياتي ، تعامل المالك راقي جداً ، و تسجيل دخول سهل جداً والمالك اخذ فيني لفة تعريفية على القرية بدون اي مقابل واعطاني ضيافة واكرمني على الاخر بدون اي مقابل. ، انصح بالسكن في اعلى دور عشان لو الجوء كان حار تقدر تفتح الشبابيك ويدخل عليك الهواء ، سأقوم بتكرار التجربه في كل مره ازور فيها سويسرا ، من الاخير حلال فيه كل ريال تدفعه المالك بيتر على قدر عالي من الأخلاق والتفاهم والتعاون

Appartement spacieux, l'accueil plus qu'au top, la très belle terrasse, et la literie extrêmement confortable . Frigo rempli à l'arrivée pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain. Très gentille attention pour le départ, sac avec bouteilles d'eau et confiseries.

Wonderful apartment – ​​fully equipped kitchen with all eating and cooking utensils, dishwasher, stove, microwave, large fridge and freezer, spices. The host even prepared all the necessary food for our first breakfast (and not only breakfast), and there was a bouquet of freshly cut roses on the table. Large dining table in the room, an equally large dining table on the terrace, a huge terrace that covers practically both rooms and the kitchen, board games, two large TVs, 3 beds that can sleep 5 people. There is a grill on the terrace. Very clean apartment, it is located 4 minutes drive from the lake swimming area. By car you can drive high into the mountains in 4 minutes, where you have a fantastic view of the mountains and valleys. This building is located on the edge of the town – it was very quiet at any time of the day, cars practically do not pass by, people do not make noise. 1 hour drive away is the famous village of Lauterbrunnen with waterfalls - we recommend visiting. The host is very helpful, friendly, responsive. We have never met a more polite host. Those who do not live in Switzerland - you may be surprised that the tap water is very tasty and does not need to be filtered. The apartment is located 1 floor above the ground (actually ½ floor), which is very convenient when staying here with children. We usually travel with our own pillows - next time we will leave our pillows at home - because these are very comfortable. There were many hangers for clothes, there was an umbrella, walking sticks There is free parking right at the door.

Maybe the wifi speed could have been a little better, but it was enough for us and we didn't plan on spending too much time at home.

Joghurts, Käse, Zopf, Weisswein, Milch, Chips, Cornflakes, Butter, Mermelade, Ovo-Aufstrich, Ovo-Drink, Ingwer, Orangensaft - das alles war in der Wohnung extra für und bereit. So etwas habe ich in einer Ferienwohnung noch nie vorgefunden. :-))

Her yere 1 saatlik mesafede olan kendi evinizde gibi hissedeceğiniz efsane bir otel ve sahibi öyle düşünceli biriydi ki kilerde herşey vardı. Biz 5 gün keyifle kaldık ve İnterlaken , grindelwald, Louteburn, basel, colmar, zürih, montre, bern bu rotaların gezdik. Ve tabiki Sarnen. Huzurlu keyifli sarneni çok sevdik.

Very good and comfortable.Every minute details were looked into.Very peaceful and good location, close to the train station.Also the owner, Annalisa was very kind and guided us to the farm fresh foods including nearby scenic areas.

Our kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of yummy food! And we had fresh bread and doughnuts delivered to our doorstep every morning! Our host gave us such valuable information about the history of Sarnen, which led us find the home of our great grandparents homestead!

We loved our apartment! It was perfect for our Christmas holiday. They thought of everything! The apartment was stocked with some complimentary food and beverages which was a nice surprise. Also, the location is great. The train station is nearby which is great to do day trips to places like Lucerne. The shops are nearby as well which is convenient! There are a lot of activities and things to see in the area and this apartment was the perfect base. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it!

الغرف ضيقة الموقع بعيد عن الدام سكوير 10 دقايق مشي الى محطة المترو وبعدين 20 دقيقة ف المترو لين توصل لا يوجد مواقف مجانية لا يوجد مرافق للفندق مثل المسبح وغيرها

المكان نظيف جدا ومرتب وتصميمه رائع خاصه الشقه في الطابق الارضي كما ان مالك الشقه ودود ومتعاون جدا فقد اخذنا اول يوم في جوله للمدينه كما انه وضع في الشقه كل شيء نحتاج له من خبز وحلويات وفاكهه وهذا كان تصرف راقي في التعامل كما انه ساعدنا بالتواصل لمعرفه جميع الاماكن السياحيه وطريقه الوصول لها ...

اقمت في المنطقة 3 ليالي المنطقة تتميز بالهدوء قريبة من لوزيرن تبعد 20 دقيقه عنها توجد فيها بحيرة ومنطقة العاب ،، بالنسبة للسكن ممتاز ومرتب ونظيف ويتكون من 3 غرف نوم وصاله وحمامين ومطبخ مجهز بالكامل وحديقة وادوات الشوي الغساله والنشافه وادوات الكوي والتنظيف متوفره ،، والتكييف عبارة عن وحده بالصاله ووفروا مروحتين لغرف النوم الفوط والفرش جديده ويصلح للعوائل وفيه كل ماتحتاجون اصحاب السكن لطيفين وموفرين ضيافه ترحيبيه

لاتوجد بالمنطقة فعاليات تناسب العوائل ماعدا البحيره والعاب الاطفال ولكنها قريبه من لوزيرن تقريبا 20 دقيقه .

المساحة صغيرة بالمقارنه مع الصور لا توجد خصوصية بالغرف مفتوحه على بعضها موقع الحمام الوحيد غير جيد مكان الاقامة بعيد عن المدينه والفعاليات السعر عالي مقابل الخدمات

The apartment had more than enough parking, was really warm, cozy and clean. Host was so generous with tons of welcome food and wine. It was equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher. Just felt like home. Sarnen was a nice quiet town with a 50 minute drive to Interlaken, a bit closer to Luzern. Next time I won't be going all the way to Interlaken, but there are tons of places to enjoy near Sarnen. Would love to come back soon.

Appartement très bien équipé, il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. La literie est confortable. A notre arrivée nous avons eu la bonne surprise d'avoir le petit déjeuner pour le lendemain dans le frigo (oeufs, beurre, fromage, confiture, yogurt, pain frais...) ainsi que plein de petites attentions (chocolat, biscuits, etc). C'est vraiment très propre. Nous avons pu utiliser la borne de recharge électrique gratuitement. La communication avec la propriétaire à été simple et efficace.

The best accommodation we had on our road trip of Switzerland! Set in a beautiful location, service was excellent with well stocked fridge and pantry. The apartment was spacious and homely.

كل شي كان ممتاز وانصح بالاقامه في المكان وكان صاحب المكان لطيف جداً ومتعاون واشكره علي حسن الضيافه وحسن الاستقبال وقام بتوفير كل مايلزم مع الفواكة والشوكلاته ومواد غذائية وقام بآخذنا لنزحه لتعرف علي اماكل سياحيه في المنطقه وكان علي تواصل الدائم لتوفير أي خدمة وعند مغادرتنا قام بوضع شوكلاتة ورساله شكراً عند الباب الخارجي

Excellent location and the apartment is modern, very comfortable and with complete kitchen facilities. My family enjoyed our stay and highly appreciated the remarkable hospitality of the host JP. He took time to show us around Sarnen, provided drinks and groceries as welcome treat, and even organized water and snacks when we left. Thank you JP for your warm hospitality. Very cosy apartment with all the equipment you can think of and very nice welcome package such as bread and other food and wine already in the fridge, that was very cute!

There was no option to turn off the heating in the top floor apartment, no thermostat, sometimes it was really hot. There is in fact air-conditioning in the living room, but in the bedroom was still very hot. If you open window, you have full room of mosquitoes.

The host JP was so warm and welcoming.....he made sure that our stay was memorable and gave us lot of goodies for kids and us . Our kitchen was well equipped with grocery and he took us to his farm as well where we picked fresh eggs and honey. Best stay in airbnb till date...loved it 🤩

東西非常齊全，而且屋主提供了各種食物、酒水、烹飪食材，餅乾、巧克力、冰淇淋、優格、起士，香檳。每隔一晚就算東西來，第一次遇到這麼棒的屋主，還有房子，朋友們都太喜歡了～

Everything we needed was there for us with a Swiss homey feel. The personal over-and-above service from picking us up from the train station to bringing our luggage to us on the last day was so appreciated.

We liked it all. An extra table or shelf in the corner in the living room would make the extra bed function more like a room.

We really liked our stay and the attention to detail, such as having an international converter for our use in case our cords didn't match. And that the lamps in the bedroom not only had a usb-port but also wireless charging. And a toilet with built in bidet. Not to mention the loving touch of the owners and staff of Wirz Travel/Apartments as they not only greeted us with some chocolates in the bedroom but also a fruit basket and a lot of breakfast food (sorry we couldn't eat it all) as well as a well stocked kitchen as a kitchen one would have at home. And even a small but important thing as female product in the bathroom just in case one needed one before going shopping

I booked too short a stay to enjoy everything.

루체른과 인터라켄 사이에 있어서 두 곳을 여행하는데 매우 좋은 위치였습니다. 사르넨이라는 작은 마을도 너무 아름답고 포근한 느낌이었습니다. 무엇보다 호스트의 친절함과 배려에 매우큰 감동을 받았습니다

We were in the Heidi apartment two years ago and we came back again. Each time we were a week. I didn't try to look for anything else. Lovely apartment well equipped. The location is excellent to travel to different areas in Switzerland and the charming city of Lucerne. Plus, lovely Lisa makes us feel like we've met a beloved family member. When we arrived, we found different types of food that indicate an investment of thought and the desire to sweeten the stay. She also left us a gift and a heart-warming blessing. Highly recommended, you will want to come back again and again. Many hugs 🤗 to Lisa .

السكن ممتاز وموقعه ممتاز وبه تكييف بالصاله ونظيف وبه مطبخ فيه جميع المستلزمات وايضا اشكر الاخت ليزا والاخ جي بي على استقبالهم الاستثنائي و وضعهم بعض المياه المعدنيه والنبيذ الخالي من الكحول والشكولاته وبعض السناك وقبل الخروج ودعونا بكيكه لذيذه معموله بالمنزل. شكرا جزيلا على حسن الاستقبال
